I have had a great experience with PrideStaff! They are honest with you and try to find something that is the best fit with your skill set. Much more professional than a lot of the other staffing agencies in this area. The manager, Chip, explains the positions well and makes sure you know what to expect when you get to the job.

If you need to go there for an interview please be prepared to deal with the biggest idiot by the name of Chip. He was very rude and disrespectful from the beginning. I was told to just answer his questions and didnt need to get into the details and when he asked me about some paperwork I had I started to explain it to him but was interrupted by his comment of I know how to read. The idiot should not be in the field that he is in. Clients probably miss out on good workers to to his actions.

This place is a joke! DONOT go here for work they won’t help you I needed assistance 9 months ago with work haven’t heard a peep from these people after being interviewed and sending my resume which was 3 months ago. I’ve since found employment and I referred two other people who had the same experience and worse. My brother was told they couldn’t help him find employment because he hasn’t been working in the last 6 months ? What?! Never heard anything like that in my life ! Just go to aerotek at least they follow up with u!

8 people quit in a month of working for a company i was sent to...and a few more plan on quitting.....they will lie to get you to a site... and they wont tell you about any of the working conditions for the jobs you will be sent to...

I had a great expierence with the members of Pridestaff Huntersville Skylar, and Kelly. They were honest in expectations, knowledgeable about the management and consulting positions I interviewed for, and were not afraid employ constructive criticism in preparing me for the high level interview I would be encompassed in. If you are serious about investing in your self these two will see your value and help you take yourself to the next level! Overcharged - I ordered 2 temps and was charged $32 per hour for unskilled labor. Never received a written rate confirmation. Not recommended.

I love the staff. The first position I was placed with, wasn’t a good fit for me. I called and spoke with Danielle and she quickly solved the issue and placed me on a different assignment. I love the new position and will be hired on permanently. I’m so grateful for the staff. Allie, Danielle and Lindsey are nice and helpful :)
