I accidentally bought 3 bras which came up to $62.00, I told them I only wanted one and they said I would be refunded within 7 to 14 days for $37.00, hows that, its not half $44.00 the bras are$22.00 each. Anyway todays I got an email saying I got refunde on my debit card, well guess what? Its not there. Ive sent them email, talked to them about it on the phone, chatted with them and they say I never had an account and I never ordered anything!! Stay away from these people, theyll RIP you off bigtime
If I could give less than one, I would. I purchased 4 bras, all the same size, 2 different styles. One style is fine, the other style is described as slightly snugger, but is at least a full cup size smaller. Their return policy states that if the product is found to be defective they will issue a return shipping label. It would appear that a full cup size difference would be considered defective, but customer service has decided that isnt. In order to receive a refund I have to pay to ship them back (and paid to have them shipped to me in the first place) and then may get a refund in 2-4 weeks. Very poor customer service, rude and unbending. Will not honor their return policy and the decision is left entirely in the customer service hands.
