I have never had a pet cremated before and was looking for a reputable company. This was hands down an excellent experience for such an unpleasant and difficult circumstance. They arrived at the vet to pick up my Layla when my appointment was and had all the paperwork and the process covered. They provided stellar communication, comfort in a time of pain, and quality urns. I love that the packages are inclusive of all the conveniences that they provide and which you may not think you need but you actually do. They delivered the ashes in a personalized gift bag and made a beautiful paw print ornament. I will definitely use them again when our other dog crosses the rainbow bridge and highly recommend them to anyone else! If I could give 10 stars, I would!

Timothy and his wife did an amazing job! They were so understanding and comforting, I felt like I was talking to an old friend. They cover EVERYTHING from picking your pet up to bringing them back home. We were updated during the whole process. Theres a nice page where they posted his picture and obituary that will stay up forever. Friends and family can see the obituary and share memories or even send flowers. The final presentation when they brought him home was absolutely beautiful! We could not be any happier with our experience. We called several businesses before going with this one and we definitely made the right decision. They are family owned and operated which I think contributes to the experience feeling more personal. In a time of pain and sorrow they helped to make the process easier. I highly suggest this business! 🙂

Highly recommended. Timothy responded very quickly when we called. He went over all of our options and was very compassionate. My daughter loved the opportunity to put photos and stories to share on their Memorial page. Everything was done locally...did not have to send away for cremation off site, All was very comforting to the family.

Words cannot express how incredibly grateful we were for Life Celebration Pet Crematory when our dear cat passed. Despite being in the middle of a world pandemic, Life Celebration responded immediately and compassionately during our time of need. Timothy came to our home right away and transported our kitty in an incredibly caring and sympathetic way. We were not expecting such great service. And when our cat was returned to us, just a few days later, we were again surprised by the beautiful package she came home in. Life Celebration took the utmost care to make our cat’s passing a beautiful and treasured moment. They even checked on us later as we traveled through our grieving processes. When my Dog Doc passed a few months ago, it was very difficult for us. I called several places but Timothy at Life Celebration was so kind and knowledgeable. The prices wete very reasonable and the service was Amazing. They did everything including picking him up from the Vet Clinic, cremation (that was my choice) beautiful .paw prints clipping and a obituary. He even hand delivered Doc back to us at our home. I would highly recommend him to Anyone when their pet pass. You wont regret it.

I cannot say enough good things about Life Celebration and everything they did for us in a very devastating 2 week period a couple of months ago. We had 2 thirteen year old cats. One of the cats was doing very bad medically. After a trip to the animal ER we were told that it was cancer and that it was best to put Alfie to sleep. I has suspected that may have been going to happen and I started searching for a business that prepare Alfies remains. I found a few places, but after reading reviews I knew Life Celebration was the place. So the day came and I called Timothy. He answered the phone even though he was working at his families business. He said to text him the details and he would pick up Alfie. Timothy picked Alfie up withing 2 hours. Alfies cremated remains were returned to my house 4 days later. About a week after Alfie passed away, his house mate, Lilly started acting funny. She was alone fir the first time in her entire life. She stopped eating or doing anything. Another week later she was gone. I called Timothy late in the evening and told him that she had passed. Again he picked he up within 2 hours. They are both now resting at home next to each other. Timothy and Life Celebration were the best possible way to say goodby to our four legged family members. Timothy is so caring in all that he does.

Words cant describe how wonderful Life Celebration has been from the beginning of the process to even now. A couple months later they have continued to show their compassion and reach out to check in. Losing a pet is one of the hardest things in life, but Life Celebration took the burden of transporting to and from their business off of us, and took care of everything with compassion, and at a very reasonable price. Timothy was genuine, kind, and so respectful, and his services are the only ones Ill ever use and highly recommend from now on.

Putting my Kitty and Best Friend down was not an easy decision. This had to be one of the hardest days I had in a very long time. My Vet asked what I was going to do with the remains and suggested a communal cremation. I obviously had other thoughts and just wanted the remains of my best friend and thats where Life Celebrations came in.From beginning to end of this whole miserable process of saying good bye to my buddy, The owner Timothy really put my mind at ease. Their website has a few affordable packages and Obviously I chose the best package they offer and Im just absolutely beyond blown away and appreciative of what they offer. Literally Timothy that day came down to pick my Kitty up from the Vet and kept me informed the entire time he was in his care. I mean seriously my cat had a full on Funeral, nothing but the best. The pet urn I chose is really beautiful and has a space for a picture, The poem is pretty touching, and really what got me choked up was the Kitty paw print ornament. Honestly the whole presentation of it all is wonderful.I will certainly be passing Life Celebrations to all of my pet friends and totally recommend them to anyone! The compassion and care that Timothy has for what he does is by far the BEST! and amazing.

Our wonderful pet reached the end of her life and we had to say good bye to her and made the difficult decision to make arrangements. We called life celebration and worked with Timothy. I have to say he was awesome and made the loss of our loved pet K.C arrangements extremely stress free. He delivered her ashes personally within 2days and kept in touch to see how the family was doing in our loss. I highly recommend LIFE CELEBRATION when the unfortunate time come to your pet. It has taken me almost two months to write this review, as Ive needed to get to a place to be able to do this without sobbing. I have nothing but fantastic things to say about this company that was there for me on my darkest day. I had to say goodbye to my 6 year old cat, Edgar, due to cancer. They came to us at 2 am on a Tuesday night/Wednesday morning, and took care of everything beautifully. I had Edgar returned to me in a beautiful urn that following Friday. The delivery/packaging was perfect and included a lock of fur, a poem, and a clay paw print. Life Celebration Pet Crematory made this heart-wrenching experiencing bearable for me. I hope I do not have to reach to them for help for a long time, but if/when that day comes again, I cant imagine transitioning my pet in any other way. These people really care. As heartbroken as I am writing this, my heart is also full knowing I gave Edgar the best experience possible. RIP halloween kitty.Long story short-Trust this service. Its amazing.

Mr Thompson of Life Celebration was excellent. What he did for us, how he treated our beloved cat made out grieving process easier and more bearable. His process was excellent, he not only made things much easier for us but gave us the comfort knowing that our cat was in good gentle hands.

Life Celebration Pet Crematory did an amazing job throughout the hardest time of my life. Timothy came to my house within about a half hour from my initial phone call. The loss of our fur babies came very tragically and suddenly. Minnie and Cooper went everywhere and did everything together they also died together. Timothy arranged, at my request, to have them placed in the same urn. Losing a pet is a gut wrenching experience but Timothy and the Life Celebration Pet Crematory make a horrible experience a little less unbearable. Thank you!!!

Wow, what an amazing company and service. We knew we had to make some tough decisions on a Saturday am at 8am and Timothy called us back in response to a website inquiry with 15 mins. He was so compassionate and supportive! The communication and responsiveness couldn’t have been any better. After our 110 lb baby passed at the vet, Timothy came to the rescue and drive well over 20 miles to beat our vet closing at noon on a Saturday. For a very reasonable price, they did not up charge for our XL breed dog or extra mileage. The extra touches were unexpected- customized an obituary, engraved our girl’s name on her etched box and hand delivered her back home to us quickly. Simply amazing caring people who go the extra mile. Everything including best in class experience included in the package price! You won’t find better service or value! ❤️❤️❤️

Timothy was very polite, caring and professional. He was always available, patience and helpful during the difficult time of losing our beloved dog Apollo. His website was very convenient, informative and easy to use. When I realized that the passing of Apollo was imminent the first company that I reached out was Life Celebration Pet Crematory and after chatting with Timothy I had no doubt that he was the right person to entrust our dearly missed family member. Apollo fought for his life for weeks and Timothy was there from beginning to end. Timothy, I greatly appreciate and respect what you do, thank you for being there when my family needed you the most.

I cannot express just how great they were to me. My dog passed away from cancer and though I knew it was coming the final day came suddenly. I called them in tears and they were super patient with me as I explained what was going on. They were reassuring and professional. They met me at the vet and took care of everything from there. I never felt rushed and I felt like they really empathized with what I was going through. I had my dog cremated and got the cherry wood box and it came out fantastic. They really went above and beyond which means a lot because our animals are family.

I want to thank Timothy for his professional and caring way in which he handled our fur baby Porter, he stayed in contact throughout the entire process and returned Porter home to us fast and in a beautiful urn, thank you Life Celebration.

I cannot say enough positive things about Timothy and Life Celebration Pet Crematory. I was out of town when my wife called to tell me our Ruby was acting weird. A couple of hours later she was gone and my wife, who was 7 months pregnant, was home with our two sons in bed asleep. I called Timothy at 11:30pm and he answered the phone!!!He was incredibly kind and walked me through the process. I went on his website and chose a package while he got everything ready on his end. He arrived at our house at 1:00am to pick up our beloved Ruby. He treated my wife and our dog with the utmost respect and communicated with me by phone every step of the way. He called to tell me he was on the way, called to let me know he had Ruby and she was in goood hands, and called to let me know she had been cremated and scheduled a time to bring her back to us.Timothy was a life saver and I cannot thank him or recommend him enough. I called Timothy at 6:45 in the morning on a Friday. I was bawling my eyes out and he was patient and kind and understanding. He told me that I didnt love my pet any more or less because of his size so why should I be charged more or less because of his size. The fact that everything was included in one charge made things so much easier for us. I didnt have to think about how much extra it was going to be to have my beloved Chance picked up or how I was going to get his cremains back. When Timothy got here, he was happy to chat with us and liked hearing the funny stories about our Chance. He was exceedingly gentle when putting our little man into the body bag that doesnt look like a body bag, it was blue with a paw print and a Halo. He then placed our little guy into a beautiful wicker basket and carried him to his van where he was gently placed inside.The website is easy to navigate and I like the fact that I didnt even have to call Timothy if I didnt want to. Everything can be done over the website if youre too upset to speak with anybody. There is also a pet memorial page on the website and all you have to do is discuss with Timothy what you would like to put up. We opted for a photo, a small obituary written by us, and the Rainbow Bridge poem. The memorial was up within a couple of hours.Timothy brought our little guy back within a few days. You can really tell that this man cares about what he does and he cares about the feelings and emotions that his patrons are going through. Chance was returned to us already in his urn packed in a beautiful bag along with the clay paw print and fur clippings we had requested.There is no doubt in our minds that we will always use Life Celebration Pet Crematory in the future. We are now lifelong customers.

My wife and I contacted Life Celebration while we stood in the vets office saying our goodbyes to our cat Salem. Wed never gone through the process of losing a pet this way before and we set up the arrangements online at the last minute because we were too much of a mess to keep track of what we were doing.It wasnt five minutes before Timothy called my wife and walked her through how Salem would be handled after he was released into their care. He explained everything patiently and kindly, and stayed in touch with her every step of the way. He called her once they had picked him up, kept her updated about when hed be returned and generally just made what was a terrible situation for us so much easier, and so much more bearable.Salem was returned to us today and we couldnt be happier with the quality of service provided to us. This is one of the best customer service experiences Ive ever had. We will need this company again one day, and while I dread that day like any other pet lover I can guarantee we wont hesitate to call Life Celebration.
