We were in a panic when a huge Word file was found to be corrupted. I tried everything online, but could not find the fix.Though there was a power failure in the area,Travis was able to find a quick solution to restore the Word document. Great reponse!

Just want to add an update to the older review below. Both my husband and I rely on We Handle Tech for keeping the PCs response time excellent, virus protection, and, in this last year, transition to new PCs. Jake did a great job migrating all of my data to the new PC and installing the new Microsoft suite and Quicken. In addition, he was available for follow-up questions and accessed the PC online to update a few additional things such as a printer I have always had issues with. The whole process was easy. I highly recommend this team!Terrific job, Travis and Chad. My PC had gradually gotten slower until it could not open any apps or even Google Chrome. We Handle Tech fixed it within 24 hours, identifying that disk segments were going bad. This was handled under my routine maintenance contract which, so far, in the last 9 months has included the following services for me personally, and has proven a good value: tuneup for performance, constant monitoring for virus protection, installation of Windows 10 and new version of Quicken, and this last incident, where the PC was virtually inoperable. I highly recommend this company. It services individuals as well as companies. Personnel have always been available to answer the phone.

I brought my college computer here to be wiped (as it was slow and had many viruses) so I could use it for work. Travis has worked on my mothers computer before so I knew the service would be great. Travis and Chad are the best computer guys in the Lake Norman area. I wont trust anyone else with my computer! I was in the middle of an essay and my computer blue screened. Travis told me to bring the computer in and they quickly figures out the problem. My hard drive was starring to fail, they ordered the new one, transferred all my personal data and put the new hard drive in. I have had other small problems here and there and with their remote service they quickly remote in and help fix my silly mistakes. It pays to have the monthly help!!! Thanks guys!!!

Wow..the guys at We Handle Tech really bailed me out this past week. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was back to work as quickly as possible after a ugly virus wreaked havoc on my PC. Excellent service. I am a college student and always use my laptop. My computer had been shutting off randomly for weeks, but I dealt with it because I always had assignments to do. I temporarily solved the issue by auto-saving my documents every minute. It got to the point where I had to fix the computer, so I tried a bunch of places but none of them were willing to fix it as quickly as We Handle Tech. I brought it in about 30 minutes before closing time and told them I needed the laptop as soon as possible. I expected it would take a day or two, but within 4 hours I got a call from Travis saying he had fixed my laptop and I could come pick it up right then if I wanted. I was blown away with how quickly he fixed my laptop (works great still), and how he understood my time constraints. He even charged me less because he knew I was a college student with no money. Great place, I couldnt recommend it enough.

We faced the dilemma most small, but growing, businesses face - needing serious IT support but not having the time or expertise to do it in-house (none of us got into business to network computers or set up a firewall). We first tried a local communications business that sold us a server, firewall & telecom bundle that was way (!!) overpriced and and too complicated for us to use. And charged us for every support phone call - even if they couldnt resolve our issue!!! A business contact suggested Travis & We Handle Tech. After our previous experience I was seriously skeptical. We Handle Tech isnt overly cheap but we had learned the hard way that the IT world runs on billable hours; Travis flat fee per work station seemed too good to be true. But we took the leap, upgraded all our computers and used his telecom supplier. It has only been 6 weeks but that has been long enough for us to work out a lot of kinks and even have a couple emergencies. Our experience so far has been quite remarkable. They actually answer the phone when you call and even an after-hours emergency was addressed by 2 (of their 3 person team) within the hour. And they were honest with me that they might not be able to fix the issue (fortunately they did). IT is something I dont have time, or even want, to think about but when there is an issue, its an issue! With Travis team I have faith that it will be addressed expertly, with honesty and fairness.

My laptop had fallen off the arm of my couch and suffered some major physical damage. I was recently told by another repair shop that the cost of fixing it would be more than the cost of a new computer. I stopped by We Handle Tech to see if they had any used laptops for sale. They did but they also asked to see my broken laptop. The price they quoted to fix everything was extremely reasonable. Travis and the gang did a fantastic job getting my computer back to me in just a few days. They also ran a complete virus scan and updated my software. Awesome Job Guys. Thank you!!
