The sales person Terri was very unprofessional. She literally called us a liar and kept asking us well who did you talk too, my Husband told her and she continued to be unprofessional and rude. The customer before us had a concern about her phone she told her the Company did not tell her to come to them and escorted the older couple out of the store. 20 years with Att and very disappointed!!! When we ask about the iPhone 13 pro she said those just came and out and why would expect to get one..

The manager was very courteous & professional...he made every effort to make sure every one in the store was being helped & thanked everyone for their patience...the sales associate, Terrie, was super helpful! Red Samples was the absolute best employee I’ve ever worked with at AT&T. He set up my new phones and signed me up for Directv and I couldn’t be happier! The service was great and I would recommend him above all others to be promoted to a manager or at the very least receive a raise because he is 100% an asset to AT&T.

Mason was very unprofessional. We asked to speak to a manager and he said all they’re here to do is micromanage as and it wouldn’t do you any good. We said we want to speak to a manager anyway and when the assistant manager came out Mason was very rude and did not admit what he said even though he said it in front of all of the employees and customers. He also does not know his job we sat there 45 minutes and I gave him all of my personal information and then he told us we couldn’t get what we came in to get after all of that time. When we told the assistant manager what he had said Mason face turned bright red and he ran in the back. I would never recommend the store to anyone!

A lot of hidden fees that were purposefully ommited during the initial set up. Robert was our salesman and in the store he seemed really nice but he signed us up for a more expensive package than we wanted, masking it by saying it was part of the elite package for where Im employed. He also led us to believe that by running my credit and paying the taxes for the phones up front that we wouldnt be paying for the actual phones. Our first bill was almost $400 and every subsequent bill was going to be almost $300 every month which is absolutely ridiculous. They try to get you to sign up for paperless billing and autopay to save money but had that amount of money been drafted from my account we would have some major issues and I would never get that money back. I called to figure out how to get the bill to what we were led to believe it would be, talked on the phone for an hour and a half and was hung up on but they told me to go into the store and the representatives there could help. I go back to the store and Robert wasnt there but we spoke with Trina who was incredibly unhelpful. She said she couldnt do anything to fix it, her manager couldnt do anything and told us we would have to come back when Robert was there because hes the only one who could do anything. The manager who apparently couldnt help never came and spoke with us. He rolled in at the same time we did at 9:01am and he came by while we were talking to Trina and asked her if she wanted any breakfast but said nothing to us and he left to get breakfast I assume. If it werent for Nakecia D., the customer care representative I spoke with on the phone after leaving the store, I would absolutely not have kept AT&T and I do not recommend this company. The way they do business is shady at best.

On 4-7-21, I visited the store to upgrade phones for both lines on my account. I was met by the sales rep Terri Brandon to initiate the process. Initially she seemed very knowledgeable about the current promotions, store policies and plans. However, as the process went on there were several unethical sales tactics and intentional misinformation given to me.I requested the upgrade for both lines. She checked the eligibility and stated that theyre eligible for upgrade but, I would need to add 2 lines to take advantage of it. I expressed my concerns that I did not want to pay extra. She informed me that it will only add $20 more a month to my existing bill. I told her that it didnt sound right. She stated that she deals with this all the time, she understands more about the deals than most customers and they trust her. So, I thought maybe I can deal with the increase since its only $20. She moved forward with the process and proceeded to tell me that I will need to trade in my phones. She said due to the current promotion (which could end tomorrow), Id get a $800 credit for each phone and that I wont be paying anything but $7 and $13 for each phone. She proceeded to look at my phone and noticed that it was cracked. She let me know that Id only get $350 for it unless I got it fixed. So, I had to call asurion to set up appointments to get both phones fixed. On top of that, she stated that Id have to payoff the phones (which was $150+), return the phones directly to her within 14 days and remind her of the $800 credit promotion for each phone to make sure its added correctly. Next, she stated that I would be required to get the $15.99 insurance plan because The system doesnt give her an option to allow me to keep the $8.99 a month insurance plan. I told her theres no need for me to have the $15.99 plan for each phone b.c that would exceed the $20 increase. I told her I didnt think this was right and she said well its going to be a $50+ fee to restock each phone if I change my mind. She told me its already in the system and she cant go back. At that point, I was upset. I basically left the store with 2 useless additional lines and a unclear understanding of my bill. The following day I called AT&T to express my concerns and was informed that I did not need to add the 2 lines in order to get a promotion due to the fact that existing and new customers can obtain the same promotions. I texted her to let her know Id like to meet with her that day. When I arrived, she stayed in the back as if she was avoiding me. I waited 45 mins to a hour for her to come to the front. I let her know what customer service stated and her exact words were You must have misunderstood.  We went back and forth until I requested the assistant manager who was in the back (not far from me).  After 5-10 minutes of waiting, I left. The following day, I meet with the Manager. I expressed my concerns to her as well. She seemed to be very attentive to my complaints however, I feel that she doesnt understand the severity of Terris tactics. She did put in effort to correct the situation. But, I still felt uneasy. Another employee (Red) had to fix what Terri did incorrectly from the start. I will say that he did an awesome job. My rating does not reflect the other employees or the store its self; its a reflection of Terris deceptive sales tactics and violation of AT&Ts guidelines.I do not wish anything bad on her. But, I do feel like this isnt the first time shes done this and should be held accountable. All I can do is hope that she understands that we are in a middle of an pandemic and she isnt the only one who is trying to maintain. She will never truly meet her sales goal by using deceptive sales tactics to make customers buy unwanted services and items. Honesty goes a long way. Moving forward, I hope she focuses on a sales strategy that shows more respect to customers intelligence.

Went in to pay a bill and Mason was a great help if you go to the At&t store in Corinth Ms definitely as for Mason Dowd he is very friendly and provides great customer service. For once I didnt feel awkward and out of place because some of the people who work there wanna act like they dont wanna be there or help you. Kinda makes you feel like your bothering them and they act like it too but not with Mason. The store could use more people like him.

My husband and I came in to find out what was wrong with his phone. Jeremy (Red) helped us trouble shoot the problem and gave us our options. We decided to get my husband a new phone. We had to back up my husbands phone so I came back the next day to get the new phone. Red helped me again and spent hours making sure that everything was backed up on my husbands old phone and everything was set up and working on the new phone. I appreciate the amazing customer service to go the extra mile to help customers through out the entire sales process. I will be back again when I need a new phone!

No receipts. Billing is too much. We got charged around $1100, yesterday! Also, I called to cancel payment arrangement a month ago, because we changed banks, made the payment. Then the rep tried sending me a free phone? Then sent the payment arrangement through never canceling, when I made the payment with customer service rep and online same day! Along with customers service representative (rep) never updating new payment information on auto pay. Very unhappy and dissatisfied! For a week before this month was due. When I went online and found out what your rep done, I tried calling everyday, even sending a message! This is ridiculous. Look at my payment history! Excellent unless both incidents!

Horrible Experience.Ive been a member of AT@T for over 10 years and I have never had a good experience with an actual store, but the Corinth store is always overly busy with never enough workers. I have never walked in without at least three people waiting to be helped and sometimes there are people standing due to not enough seating. I have been waiting for a broken piece replacement for three months with them never having the replacement in stock and have still not called me once with the part. I am fine with my AT@T service, but I do think all stores should be re-evaluated with new training on customer service.

I have been with ATT for many, many years. I live in Corinth MS and I use the the Corinth store for help with everything I need. I’ve never had a bad experience there with anything. I did make some changes to my plan in 2019 and I happened to get the Customer Sales Rep...Jeremy Samples aka “Red”...as all of his other colleagues call him. I can honestly say that if it hadn’t been for him I’d never made it through all of the stuff that needed to be done to make all of those changes to my account. He is a very patient, kind, courteous, and genuine person. He is very good at his job...and ATT could use a million more like him. Jeremy is my go to person when needing to talk to ATT.
