The service was good. The receptionist was nice. Id give a better rating if you didnt have to wear a blasted mask.
They will work with you and help you with your needs

I was turned down cause i dont make 16000 a year.from crossroads and turned down from Medicaid cause i make over 600.ashame cant get ins and only making 7.25 hr abd 36 hrs a week.my wife is sick and cant get any help
Great customer service. She cared about me ans how I feel
Very helpful and wait times are short compared with other offices
While Im certain the employees encounter many walks of life on a daily basis, especially not so pleasant types since of course it is a job where you work with the public, they should not treat those filing for Medicaid with rudeness or as though they are above them. I was highly disappointed with my last visit and last phone call. I like to make sure I have all information together properly and am not afraid to ask questions so that I dont have to make unescessary trips. The same woman on both the phone and in person was so rude. If I had one suggestion for this location, it would be that the employees should go through better communications training. Learn better how to respond with the appropriate attitude and take a good moment to realize that people go through a lot of unseen things. You have the privelage of helping those in a hard spot receive health care. Use that privelage with kindness and and the realization that this health coverage could be what changes someones life.
Nice caring people.
