I need to mail a package to my sister. I called ahead to ensure they are masked as I’m high risk for covid. I also mask but I rarely go out and though vaccinated I can’t afford even a breakthrough Delta case due to risk factors. I asked the young man who answered if they mask. He said one does and he doesn’t, they are always together so there is not a time I can come in and only see the masked employee. I asked if he would mask just for the few minutes I was in there and he said no. Very disappointing that he made that decision that masking for a 5 minute transaction for a customer’s safety was too much to ask.

Hands down the best place to mail off Amazon packages and all other mailing needs. The guys who work here are fantastic in fact, I bring multiple Amazon packages here at one tim. Not only are they always willing to help but they help me tape up the boxes and never feel rushed. 5/5 stars!!!

Expensive package magically dissapeared from here. USPS inspector told us it was most likely stolen from inside Pack N Mail and never made it on the USPS truck. Pack N mail owner told us we should have bought insurance and basically told us tough luck. USPS told us insurance wouldnt have mattered because their records stated they NEVER recieved the item and insurance wouldnt cover. Owner wouldnt even take the time to return our calls, instead just emailing responses. 2 weeks later, another package sent by my employee lost here as well. Many package shipping companies around, I reccomend using any of them, and if you do ship from here, spend the money for insurance. Our new packing/shipping company said that she has heard alot of similar issues about this place. What was shocking is how the business owner really could care less.

Several times weekly I receive texts and phone calls from the PnM group suggesting different shipping options that are more cost effective. Due to the volume of items I pack and ship daily / weekly, I usually have a few buyers that report damaged items due to shipping and usually the cause of the damage was a lack of sufficient packaging on my part. Of the many items these guys have packed and shipped for me, Ive never received a single complaint of damage from any customer.Fast, Confident, Conscientious, and honest! What more could any small business ask for!? If you want to increase sales and raise profit margins, dont charge more for your products, instead just start using Pack n Ship (Corinth) for ALL your shipping needs and watch your overhead costs plummet as your Customer Satisfaction ratings skyrocket!

I am go in this place almost every other day to ship something. These guys are great, friendly, remember you, knowledgeable and fast. There is no reason to go wait in line at the post office. I recommend Pack N Mail in Hickory Creek, TX the one in Denton is not as fantastic as this one. I enjoy doing business with this group and will continue to do so.

I brought my Will to Pack n Mail to have Notarized and was very pleased with the service. Everyone was very polite and courteous. They seemed very grateful to have my business and their Notary was very professional and had great attention to detail. The store was very clean and in order. I will definitely give them return business.

The last 2 times I went there, Ive had very bad luck I guess. The first time of the two, I had a package sent out priority mail, but the package arrived 6 days after shipping. The last time, I shipped out a computer completely covered in styrofoam and packaged just as well or better than a warehouse would have.....with the word FRAGILE on the box and This side UP as well.....somehow, a leg from the computer and the keyboard got busted up. Not saying this is their fault, but I wont go to this place again
