We blew a tire on our motorhome on the interstate in Ashburn. Stranded, out of town, and no local wrecker services willing to come help. Thank you so much to Teresa and Rus for coming to our rescue on such a hot day. Our kids and dogs want to say thank you for saving their beach trip. Great service and came in the time frame promised.

On the way from Miami FL to Tennessee in a caravan. A semi trucks tires popped then shortly after my truck damaged and left me stranded. Out of the 5 places called ABC answered with the quickest time. They came a little sooner than expected. No damages incurred during the towing and he allowed us over night parking in a secure location. Jimmy thanks for saving us!

Refused to come tow my car without saying so. I called ABC around 9 or 10am after getting a quote from a repair shop. I’ve used ABC before so this is the only reason I called them. They didn’t send a driver to me until after 6pm. When the driver finally arrived he didn’t even try to tow my vehicle. He was very lazy and didn’t listen to any information I gave him about my car. I assume they hired new guys because he didn’t even know how to put my car in neutral. I was trying to tell him. His first response was “I can come back in the morning” but I’ve been waiting on you all day?? I’m confused. He left. Next morning, I bought a skinny tool that was long enough to hit the shift lock button in my Infiniti G35 and they still didn’t come back for the car. The lady on the phone lied to me as well on numerous occasions about calling me back. I called them multiple times, with hours in between. Called a tow company from the next town over who came within an hour and was also cheaper!! Way more professional. I won’t be using ABC again. Ever. You shouldn’t either.

Where do I even begin! 12 females were on our way down to Miramar Beach, FL when I was cruising along GA 300 and started getting tire pressure notifications! We were all scared to death and praying we would stumble upon a service station soon. After a few minutes of driving and praying, we saw the Goodyear sign and immediately pulled in. We were greeted by Jimmy and he immediately stopped what he was doing to help us out! After a quick look, Jimmy told me I was in dire need of new tires. He told me who to call and where to go. He put on our spare and we were off. Once we arrived at Mavis tire, we were informed that they wouldn’t be able to help us until the days end and I called Jimmy back and he told me to buy the tires and come back and he would put them on! Y’all this man, was our Angel and totally saved our trip! Thank you so much Jimmy and ABC Wrecker! These Georgia girls will always be thankful to you!

Did a great job taking care of my BMW.

I will give 1 star and that was only because the tow truck driver showed up with in 20 mins. My fiance my 3 children and I were traveling from Ohio to Florida and broke down. We were charged $175 for the tow back to the garage and charged $75 for labor for a $10.99 part and were told they checked the tire we believed was bad and all was fine. The tire blew 4 Miles down the road and we are back stranded with 3 children and have been traveling for 17 hours . Thanks ABC

Who answers the phone saying “yeah” while running a business? Pathetic.

The ABC wrecker crew were awesome! They responded quickly, on time, and had everything wrapped up and moving in no time. Truly nice people and you can tell they actually care about taking care of you!

I called them everyday for a week and a half and no one came to pick up my car. I just ended up selling it to a mechanic, who came to get it immediately. Although the lady who answers the phone is really nice and she tries.

Very great experience with ABC today. I hydroplaned and ended up in a field. Eugene came and recovered my car for me. I think he had more dirt on him than my car by the time he got done. It didnt take him long at all. He even beat law enforcement to the scene!! I will definitely use ABC in the future!!!

These guys were awesome. I was stranded at Walmart with 2 kids and groceries and they got to me in 20 minutes. They also helped me put the car onto my car trailer! And did not cost an arm and a leg! Super helpful

Awesome staff and very friendly. Very knowledgeable on hooking and positioning their equipment for recovery. Promptly getting to us and saving our Rig and trailer as well as the load. Thank you for being there for us and making sure we were ok before leaving.

Called for a quote for tow service. Prompt response to phone call. Needed to have car towed to different state so decided to go for cheaper option.

We had a longhaul truck driver on I-75 near Cordelle with a broken hose to the radiator. Truck was overheating and we needed a mobile repair team to help him. We called ABC and they gave us an ETA of 45 min. Our driver had a time sensitive delivery the same day 300 miles away and they knew that. It took their driver/mechanic 1h30-1h40min to get to our truck. He was barely able to get under the truck and after 30 sec his diagnose was that there was a broken pipe and the truck needed to be towed to their shop. Our driver disagreed and went under the truck himself to see the issue again and show it to their mechanic. By the time our driver made it out from under the truck, their mechanic was back in his truck and gone, without saying anything.When we called back ABC to see what the hell happened the answer was Your driver went under the truck to fix it himself, so obviously he didnt need our mechanic. I asked them to send the driver back, so he can atleast can sell our driver the antifreeze their mechanic brought with him, so our guy can make it to a shop down the interstate. They said their driver refuses.Dear ABC, I didnt call 10 other places before I reached out to you, because my driver could fix the issue by himself. We needed your assistance, to which you agreed, and then you provided us bad service. If our driver had the tools needed, granted - he couldve fixed the issue himself. We wouldve paid you JUST for using the tools and getting the antifreeze, if needed. It was urgent for us to get this truck back on the road ASAP, so we can do our job. This driver had to walk mile and a half to the nearest gas station, and buy himself the antifreeze, then walk back to his truck. He was able to temporarily fix the issue himself, just so he can make his delivery and not let our customer down. No thanks to you that is. Only thing you did, was waste our time.Looking at your other reviews, this looks to be an isolated case maybe, but its the only case that matters to us. The lack of professionalism, common decency and good communication you showed is astounding.

They did a good job on changing the radiator, but they didnt clean greasey finger prints off truck my mats were covered with mud. They should have clean it the way I gave it to them
