Auto Zone in Corcran has very polite employees, however t they Always give you the Wrong parts. They definitely need better training.

Went in for a battery and they told me they only have one battery for $199. Went online and it had 2 other batteries at a cheaper price. I had my wife call and they confirmed they had the other batteries. Not good for business to up sale to your customers cant wait for OReilly to come to town. Bye bye Autozone with your shady practices.Update to owner:Best product you say. I bought motor mounts and when I put them on the problem was worse so I ended up taking car to dealership and they ask me where did I purchase these motor mounts. I said Autozone and they said they sold me used product so I got the mounts from the dealership and problem solved. And to top everything off I had to argue back and forth just to get a refund. So you can miss me with that nonsense, best product best customer service#OReillycomingtotown

It is very good as far as the life time warranty on most parts and being that it is local and close to home....

The people are very freidly and realy try there best but i just wish sometimes they had a little more experience with vehicles and equipment they could use alittle more help from higher up management and not be afraid to call them after hours because getting in trouble or? But like i said they try there best. 7777

I rated the auto zone store in visalia one that has little to do with helping the customer a little bit. When i took a battery for my friend that is a female; the guy almost did not want to take n trade the battery although i had her cell number. Then he gave me a battery that was on the shelf for 1 year n is now burned up. I or my girlfriend will never buy a battery from them.
