Amazing first experience here, my girlfriend has told me about it for a year now and I finally decided to give it a shot and so happy I did! Hanna did a wonderful job and was very consistent with her time and service even with another client waiting! Five stars all the way!

Very clean and followed the covid guidelines. The ladies were also very pleasant as well.

I went to QNail salon for the first time today! The salon is adorable, and the people were extremely friendly! Harrison did my pedicure...He took his time, and the results were excellent! Lisa did my acrylic fill~in with Gel polish. She is a true professional, and truly a perfectionist! I had her do a French manicure, and she did an amazing job. I was very happy with the whole appointment. Lisa gave me exactly what I asked for, and was so polite & friendly! I am definitely going to be a regular customer of Lisas! Their prices are great, and the wonderful part is, the salon is right across the street from my house! I recommend it highly! :)

Q nail spa is the best nail place I’ve ever used! The staff is so friendly and I love their workmanship!Lisa, jeff, and Chris are so good athe their jobs. Best quality pedicures, they take their time and make sure the work they do is always good. If over ever had a problem with something they are fast to fix it and make it better. My mom and I have been coming here for 6 years since the day they opened and will continue to do so. We love Q NAILS!

My experience was good at this salon. Its not fancy, so if that is what you need, this might not be the place. But the woman who did my pedicure took her time and was very attentive to details, as was the woman who did my manicure. I am pleased and feel I have found my new place to get my nails done.

10mins prior I already had my nails done at Saigon and they were horrible. It wasnt what I wanted despite clear instruction on what I wanted plus the man doing my nails there clipped my cuticles to low and I started to bleed. The acrylic he laid down was not stable plus the polish on the glitter was uneven. So I came here to see if they can fix my nails and they did a FANTASTIC JOB!!!!! The women who took care of me was so sweet!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR FIXING MY NAILS!! Im definitely coming back!!

Rude. Clicky. No stars. They only acknowledge “certain groups” in this establishment. I walked in and said hi. No one acknowledged my presence. No one spoke to me or even looked my way. I stood at the counter for 5 mins waiting to be greeted or asked “how can I help you”. This isn’t the first time I experienced this at this saloon. My sister had the same experience. My money is green just like those other people you service. I take my money to Saigon where they treat EVERYONE the same. Saigon workers acknowledge all customers and greet them at the door. ALL Customers should Always feel welcomed in your establishment.

ONLY have Lisa do your nails if you go there. She is the only one who knows how to do nails there. Never have that young girl Nina do them. She always rushes and she messed my nails up SO bad!!! My nails were uneven and blochy when she did them. I had to go back and have Lisa fix them. Then, a few days later, I had to go back yet AGAIN because my nail had lifted underneath because when Nina had originally done them, she f****d them up, so, again, Lisa had to fix her screw up. Nina will talk about you in Chinese to Lisa and you know its about you then she looks at you and smiles. So Rude! I have been going there for 3 years and now Im in the middle of looking to go else where. Sucks bc I only like Lisa and she gets super busy.

Pretty reasonable and lots of colors just need more current options for glitter gel polishes.

They are so sweet there and will do anything to get nails right. I’ve gotten my family to all go there and prices are reasonable for acrylic.

I love coming here. Lisa and the lady that sits next to her are perfectionists! I get upset when theyre busy and I have to go elsewhere because the quality doesnt compare. :) Will always recommend, as long as theyre there.

I went here at the recommendation of several people from facebook. i learned my lesson. I will continue to go to Q1 on middle country even with the hour + wait times. i called in the morning to check prices because i like designs and needed a nail fixed. They told me $10 designs and $2 repair. Well when i came in it became $3 for the repair. I told them i wanted the designs and he said we will do leopard print. I said no I want Easter - he said the leopard is good, I said no Easter and showed pictures he said for that design it would be $20. In the end I didnt do a design the badgered me into the Gel polish and it cost as much as if I went to Q1. Also asked for Square nails and got a hybrid round square. horrible.
