Noel and Mike came to my home to dry out my basement, remove molding and sheet rock and treat the room for potential mold after a massive downpour of rain. They were exceptional. The specific service was a surface oil spill cleanup emanating from a faulty nozzle in my furnace. Led by James Feustel, the project was completed professionally and to environmental satisfaction. James identified the problem, immediately took the necessary steps to ensure that the cleanup was performed in accordance with the specifications of the Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC), coordinated a team to complete the work while staying on top of the service from start to finish. Praise also to Pat and Steve who arrived the night of the spill and in a timely and courteous manner installed two huge filters to dissipate the bad air quality throughout the house. Respect and protection for the homeowner was given throughout the process for which I am so grateful. James is to be commended for his supervisory skills, professionalism and ability to understand and solve environmental dangers. A valued staff member.

My bathroom sink overflowed last night. We called Servpro of Port Jefferson and they came within the hour to extract the water and clean all the rooms. Water was everywhere! I live in Stony Brook and used Servpro of Port Jefferson for a water damage that we had. They were extremely professional and showed up within minutes after I called them. The project manager was so informative and helped me through the whole process. The crews were hard working and explained to me everything that needed to be done. I had a mold problem and my insurance company contacted Servpro of Port Jeff. James Feustel called me the next day and asked questions to gain information to determine what was needed. He came to the house within a day or 2. Took command as to what was needed and contacted my insurance company immediately to get things moving. Hed check in with me to see if I had heard back from insurance and if not hed contact them. James got a crew together and Sean Ruane and his team came and got busy cutting out my walls and putting up plastic ones for separation. All of these people were friendly and polite and nice to have around. Not in my way at all since I was working from home. I would call ServPro of Port Jeff again if I ever had another problem, and would ask for the same people. Do I recommend this company? In the blink of an eye! Yes! Quick - friendly service!

Saturday after returning from work I discovered a pipe burst on the third floor of my home. Flooding throughout my home, basement had 2 ft of standing water. My son called Servpro of Port Jefferson. Servpros response time was amazing. I discovered a leak in my basement late on a saturday night. They had a truck at my house within an hour and had the clean up underway immediately. I had never heard of a puffback until I woke up with soot covering everything in my house including my kids. I called my insurance who said to call SERVPRO of Port Jefferson. The rest was pretty easy. Luis was in charge and he and his crew cleaned my house from ceiling to floor and everything else in between. I highly recommend Servpro of Port Jefferson. We had water coming into our home from the heavy rains. They arrived at our house within 30 minutes and within a few hours, all the water was gone and equipment was set up to dry it all out. They were back in 3 days, as they said they would, to pick up the equip and do the minor repairs that was needed to get my house back to normal. I was so happy to have my house together in such a short amount of time. The men who cleaned up were professional, kind, respectful and compassionate. They were wonderful!

ServPro of Port Jefferson has been incredible from day 1 of my crisis, through completion of the rebuild. Mike was phenomenal and was more helpful than my own insurance company and home owners association, who frankly made the entire process confusing. Mike made sure I was informed every step of the process from recovery, cleaning, and the rebuild of my home from water damage. He stepped up during my crisis times, and made sure I was comfortable and that everything went smooth. My home looks incredible... Its like they say Like it never even happened... In my case I am happy it did, because my house looks even better than it did before the water damage! Now that the re-build is done, ServPro is still being amazingly helpful while my insurance is being challenging. Michele is being so great figuring out the ins and outs of my insurance, making it as stress-free as possible. I cant recommend ServPro of Port Jefferson enough... ESPECIALLY Mike and Michele! When my aunt suffered a fall from the shower the water ran for 4 days! Water everywhere! After she was found and taken to the hospital, I called ServPro. They were there so fast! They took care of all the problems caused by the water and restored her apartment to better than new. They even helped me through the insurance process.
