I have been using this place for many years and have never had an issue with there services. I again was in here a couple of night ago with a broken iphone and as always quality service and speedy repair. Phone looks like new and works perfectly.

Amazing place to get electronic devices replaced. I have been here for many things over the past couple months and service has been phenomenal. They have repaired my ps4, and 3 phone screens. Alex is amazing and knows exactly what needs to be done. I have seen some bad reviews that doesnt make any sense guess they cant make everyone happy but these guys are the best.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR A SCREEN REPAIR!!!!I had a cracks phone screen and went here to get a replacement. They at first did a good job and told me “Remember to keep your receipt. If the screen happens to break again bring it back and we will replace it for free.” About a month later there was a small crack that formed under the screen protector they said will not make the screen crack. I take my phone back and ask about the free replacement when they told me it would cost around $80 to fix again. I was in awe as they went against their word and said if you had the bundle you could get a free replacement. I was never told about the bundle originally. I was lied to at Cellaris!

The only reason this got a 1 is because it was closed permanently they had move out I have used them several times in texas and Minnesota and never had a problem with them

These people are scammers! I left my phone there to get fixed over night and left a number to be reached at but nobody got back in touch with me. I had to call up there to see what was going on was told I would get a call back.....nothing, so I went up there and heard all bs!! They told me that my phone was destroyed that they have to send it off or some other bs, and needed more money but I would have to pay more whenever my phone was back and ready! its been a whole month and a half since I havent had my phone, I keep reaching out but no one is responding! Im getting really irritated

Extremely knowledgeable staff and they always try a fix before charging you for it to make sure it works. They ended up having to send my phone elsewhere to be fixed due to water damage but shipping times were faster than expected and I appreciate the warranty they offer. Great service.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. Took in a phone with a cracked screen said they could fix it, they ended up braking it completely. Gave us a refurbished phone that didn’t work. I tried taking it back MULTIPLE times and till this day it has been almost 3 months and the phone is still not working!! Would NOT recommend!!

I came in just to buy a case. I was talked into fixing my iphone 6plus by Alex and he did a phenomenal job. I was iffy about it due to past experiences with repairs but Alex promised me there would be no issues as he was the new manager and there was a lot of changes happening I would have to say best service I have ever had here. Do not take your phone here!! I had a crack in my iPhone 5s screen and brought it here to have the screen replaced. Now the touchscreen doesnt work properly. I had zero issues with the touch screen until I got the screen replaced. The day after I noticed it glitching out.I later noticed the screen is not put on right...it sticks up a bit on the left side of my screen. When I push it down it pops back up and the home button clicks a bit like the screen is not aligned properly. My phone registers that I am touching the screen when Im not making it nearly unusable. Now have to replace my phone.I live out of town, so I couldnt take it back. Very disappointed I wasted $80 when that could have go towards getting a replacement phone with insurance. I dont think Ive ever left a bad review before, but I want to make sure people dont end up wasting their money like I did. Apple charges $129 to replace a broken screen, and I wish I had done it right the first time around.

Damian at Cellairis at Coral Ridge Mall is very professional, approachable, and extremely talented at fixing phones! My iPhone was run over by several cars today and Damian managed to fix it in time for me to back up all my photos and everything on it. Ive had my iPhone screen shatter before and had to sign a no-fault contract at a different repair shop. Not required and not needed here. We all want expertise when we have a phone emergency and Damian is the person to trust in that situation.

I had to go to a whole new person to re-fix my screen yes I did drop it but the guy that fix my screen told me that I was missing a whole peace from my phone. Gadget guy “missing force touch panel the purpose of the panel is for added durability of the screen and without that the screens integrity is significantly hindered” . Even told me that they leave and probably assemble my screen to my phone they just hurried up and took it out the package and even take the wrapping off or even the tape waste of time waste of money. . . .

Excellent service. If youre having trouble with any type of Apple product, dont even bother going to the Apple Store to get it fixed. My Iphone 7 had water damage to the battery and Apple offered no help other than a $755 charge to fix the entire phone just for a battery issue (solely because the phrase water damage was used). These guys were able to open up the phone and show me exactly what was wrong and were very specific, thorough and genuine with their attempts (and success) to fix it, saving me about $565!

Awesome customer service. He was super attentive to everyone that came by, even while helping me. I called him beforehand to let him know that I had cracked my screen down the bottom half, and originally he said it would be $130 for my repair because it was pretty extensive but I let him know that I only had $117 to my name and he kindly brought it down for me so that I could afford it. I watched him take it apart and put it back together right before me and it only took about 20 minutes, give or take a few minutes and a few other customers. He also discounted a protective phone case for me and a glass cover. 5/5 stars.

I made quite a mistake going to this place. I originally went for a cracked screen and nothing more. I got my phone back with a broken home button. The guy then tried to give me a “sob story” as to why he didn’t break my phone and that there was a sort of malfunction in the system even though it was working just fine before I took it to the them. Now my phone has a broken home button which is very frustrating. If I were you, I would recommend going somewhere much more certified than a mall stand.

I went in to this Cellairis a couple of months ago because I cracked my screen. They replaced it in under an hour for over $200 which I wasnt too upset about at the time because I just wanted my phone fixed and over with. Not even a month later after that, my phone screen suddenly stopped working. So I tried re-starting it through iTunes with the help of AppleSupport and nothing was working. I even did a factory re-set and nothing worked. So the next day I took it back in to Cellairis to see if there was anything they could do about it. He tried replacing that screen with a few other brand new ones and nothing was working. After a few attempts with several different phone screens, my phone just shut down and wouldnt respond to anything, the whole screen was black. He took a closer look at it and said some connection was missing and I would have to contact Apple about the problem. I wasnt too upset as he gave me a loaner phone until I could get mine fixed. I sent my phone in to Apple and was told that the repair would be free since my phone was only a few months old. About a week later I got a call from Apple saying that the repair was going to cost $179 because they found a non-Apple screen on the phone that caused issues with the internal hardware. They basically told me that the replacement screen Cellairis put on my phone, caused the connection to break, and it broke my phone. Long story short, I had to pay over $350 total to repair a screen that Cellairis broke in the first place.

This place is amazing every time I go there they always have what I need . The staff there are always knowledgeable about all my questions and any concerns I have I would recommend to anyone looking for some good deals with quality work and professionalism

My husband and I stopped and asked about fixing the ghost screw on my husbands phone and the dude just walked away in the middle of the conversation and thought it was more important to hangout with his buddy( who dont work there) than help customers. I wouldnt recommend it

Rip off. I had a tablet screen replaced 3 times by Chris and every time it didnt work right. I paid 250$ and was sick of it not working so I asked if I could just have a refund and he refused. Compete rip off and they dont compensate for poor work. The screen worked perfectly before it shattered.

My iPod works great but there was a small issue for a few hours after the replacement. There was a large white line down the middle of the screen but it went away after about 7 hours. The display seems better than when I got it originally but thats probably because I was with a broken screen for a week. Good service aside from a communication issue. They also gave me a free high quality clear case. Overall the service was good aside from having to wait a week to get the screen repaired because of poor communication. If my screen breaks again I will go back.

Returned for a camera lens part that was not available when I had my iphone 6+ repaired days earlier. Prices are not listed so cost was randomly provided, 169$ Was quoted to repair a cracked screen, and while the original saleswoman was helpful and suggested other items to purchase, I was on a budget and had to decline, she quoted 20$ to repair the lens but had none in stock. She encouraged the screen protector and said shed make the cost work, tallying up a 200$tab. However, upon return, the employees sneered at the price I had paid, made rude comments behind the counter about the previous saleswoman who was not present, and when I asked about screen repair pricing for another smaller iphone6 they quoted an increased price of 189$. I do believe price gouging is illegal. My lens was installed without removing dust particles and employees were not friendly and acted as if I was imposing to ask for my receipt to keep for the protection plan. I appreciated any discounts, but the rudeness of the other employees will ensure that I look elsewhere for screen repair.

They do not use high quality apple products to replace screens. It was a very cheap and pixilated. It was a hassle to get my money back. Awful experience and awful service. I strongly do not recommend.

Worst consumer experience I have EVER had and that says alot. I paided up front for a new screen, they installed the wrong screen and was a different color. Screen that was installed would not stay in place and twice brought back, in meantime I had to purchase another phone. The owner then asked for me to pay the whole 120 over so they could buy the correct screen and try it again. Furious I said I would just eat the 120 and pick it up and download my pics and cut my losses but when I arrived I was surprised to find that my phone now has no glass screen at all and thier answer was for 120 we can fix that. One star is way to high, absolute garbage!

I went to have a shattered phone screen replaced here and they gave me an estimate of $90. I left my phone and came back a half hour later to a fixed phone screen, but they were now charing me $120 for complications but gave me a complimentary screen protector they put on without my permission that normally costs $30.... and that i really did not want on my phone. The complimentary screen protector is now bubbled and ruining my phone. I went to have it replaced and they said oh looks like we did that wrong, there is a lot of dirt we did not clean out before we put it on then continued to tell me it would cost $30 to fix a problem with a screen I never wanted! Absolutely ridiculous service. Such a scam.

They messed up my phone and now it glitches and lags and flickers. He said they could’ve given me a “bad screen” but why would a PHONE REPAIR place give me a bad screen?? Lol don’t go here

Went in to get my screen fixed. They fixed the screen but in the process broke the power button on my phone and they tried to blame it on me by asking if Id ever had problems with the power button before. I now have to wait for them to call me back for a new phone. Who knows how much theyll charge for the new phone.Also, they busted my camera by getting dust in it and ruined one of the screws in the back of my phone, you cant even get the plastic off to get to the circuit board.

Terrible. Took more than 4 tries to get a new screen on my iPhone 5s because kept aligning the home button incorrectly. The new screen was dim, drained my battery, and turned out they also caused pressure damage during the many attempts to put the screen on. Asked for my $ back and got hung up on by the manager. Would never recommend to anyone

I and my husband bought 2 Cellairis cases from Coral ridge mall store this January. Within 2 weeks, both cases started ripping. When we went to talk about it, the salesman said these are not the best cases and said he couldnt do anything about it, but at the time of purchase, he sold us those cases for 30 $ each, with 50 % off on 2nd one, total bill 45 $ before tax. When later this July, we saw some other girl salesman at the same booth, we asked her and she said that the cases we had were the cheapest cases cellairis carried, probably only 10-15 $ each with 50 % discount on 2nd one. we ere shocked to learn when she said that many salesmen had been suspended because they were taking extra money from people. Cellairis is a big and well-respected company and this is a disgrace to the company and very upsetting to the customer. We are very disheartened by this mockery of our trust and we will not return back to cellairis ever, if this issue is not resolved. unfortunately, we didnt keep the bill as we didnt know that this was to happen.

The customer service was good until i tried to take a phone back. They are just about the Money. Careful! This place is individualy owned so Cellairis customer service will not be able to help. This is a scam!The phone we took to fix just had the screen chipped, supposedly it was fixed. (They broke it) they tried to give us a new phone but it didnt make it at all. We asked him about the other one but it was already his property. They just want your money! $ 180 to fix it, the cost of the phone is $ 600 lost. Be very careful !!
