When we had some snags in getting out of our old house he and and his team expertly negotiated a two day extension without rewriting the contract. I dont recommend anyone doing this, but it demonstrated how Kevin and his teams ability to make things work. Kevin chipped in, helping take apart a custom bookcase and even sweeping during the final cleaning of the house.During our purchase of our new home Kevin worked with the seemingly always finicky HOA and was making calls for us for a multitude of issues.
