I sent almost 500 hundred dollars in merchandise to this office. The shipping was paid for. The items did not arrive as promised. They were lost. I was told that Uniexpress had shipped illegal cargo on a plane along with my Amazon and zulily clothing items and the whole plane load was confiscated in Colombia. After asking to wait patiently so that they could be recovered. I was offered a full refund that never happened. Then a half refund half credit that never happened. It has been a full year and Uniexpress has not given me the items or my refund. They make a very big effort to hang up or not answer when I call. I have reported to Amazon about the ordeal. As you can see there is a 5 star autoreview posted by the manager/owner. Soo misleading.
