This was my first time getting a facial, and it was even better than i expected. 100% plan on coming back. the staff is super helpful and knowledgeable, so making the reservation was really easy. the esthetician was also amazing. she knew exactly what i needed, and charged me for only that. she was super gentle, and so helpful with recommending products to use for my skin as well. and to top it all off, the environment was great. great light, nice quiet space, good music. 12/10 :))

The place is nice and clean. Staff are super nice. I bought six laser treatments, but I’ve only done 3 so far and I’m already satisfied with my results.I started seeing results after the 1st treatment. I love it!

I came here for my ears, (a very small area) and was I surprised. The professionalism and attention was like I was spending thousands. Very nice and pleasant staff and would recommend anyone 100% to try this place out.

I went to Vanity Laser for 6 months. I remember seeing really great results after the very first session. The service was exemplary, she was quick and very knowledgeable. The only issue I had one time was that I started to feel sick before my appointment so I called to reschedule and I let her know it was because I was sick, seeing that we are in a pandemic & you have to take your mask off to get the laser, I felt uncomfortable going in. I was advised that if I didn’t come in I would have to pay the rescheduling fee. She was very nice and professional about it. But it put me in a hard situation; come in and possibly expose people if I had COVID or being safe and staying home but paying the reschedule fee. I ended paying the reschedule fee. All in all, it was a great experience for the most part and I saw amazing results. I would definitely recommend.

The facial was status quo, it was concerning that the girl at the front desk was not wearing a mask, and came into the room for half of my facial, it was super uncomfortable since I was now not wearing a mask since I was getting a facial. It was just weird. I have had many facials and I have never had one wear an employee came into the room to talk to me during the process. I think that she was trying to be nice, but it was not the norm. for spa etiquette. Wont be going back. In fact, I couldnt wait to get out of there.

Sofia gets 5 stars. She is super sweet and tried to be as helpful as she could regarding my issues with the VI peel.However the VI peel I received there and lack of customer service makes it 1 star. I received a VI peel that was over $300. I never peeled or saw any difference in my skin afterwards. Weve been trying to contact VI this whole time without a resolution of this. Its extremely disappointing that I paid so much money for something with no results and the company is not willing to help in any way.
