Hello, I wanted to give a review on my services that I received the end of September at your Coral Square Location. My mother and I came into the store to get a few pieces of our jewelry repaired. The woman Susan was helping us but she was not of great help. She was asking manager Carina for help and the manager seemed as though she did not want to help her get us taken care of. I felt less than because all Susan kept saying is that I don’t have warranty and there is nothing they can do. Very dismissive.If she took the time and looked for warranty she would of seen I actually did have one.BUT if it was not for Dee who took us under her wing and took care of us I would have definitely walked out of the store. Dee was patient with us and helped us settle everything we needed done. Dee is an All Star! She deserves 5 Star Ratings.There needs to be MORE like her working at this branch.Thank You Dee!
The other day I was shopping for my wife and decided to walk into Kay Jewelers at the Coral Square Mall in Coral Springs. I was very pleased with the service and professionalism of the employee Ms. Carina. She answered all of my questions and gave me excellent service. A true credit to any organization. Thank you
Carina went above and beyond to help me with with an ongoing issue that no one else was able to resolve for me. She exemplifies what true customer service is!
I came into the store unsure of what ring I wanted to propose with and Carina made me feel so comfortable. Best customer service, and the ring was everything I wanted and more
I came here 3 times. Each time I came the service was incredibly slow. The first time was me picking up a necklace. The last two times I came here was to try to solve a problem from the first time I came here. The second time I came I returned the necklace I bought because it was bad quality and I couldnt use it. I went to see if I could buy another one to see if it was just a problem with the necklace I had and they treated me as if I was wrong, even though the necklace was clearly broken. The third, and last time I went was to pick up the necklace that I had ordered the last time I went. They gave me the necklace and I looked at it and it was still broken, I explained the problem to the lady that was in training and she was being nice and explaining the problem it could have but then Nickly came and interrupted her and started telling me in a disrespectful way that the necklace is what it is and the only way to resolve this is by returning it.
The manager lets her employees handle situations that it’s her job to actually handle. I was very disappointed, my husband and I love Kay Jewelers however, we had some issues with one of the rings we purchased and when I tried explaining to the manager what happened she just walked away and said her employee will handle it . Will not longer be coming to this location.
They definitely need to work on client services, follow up and Record keeping. I was told it would be 4 weeks for service and not only did it take 9 weeks, I had to call them every week after the promise date to inquire the status of my ring.Additionally, the Manager Nicky never followed up with me the 3 different days I called as she was busy every time I called. Not once did she reach out either before the end of the shift or another day.
I went to Coral Springs location to pick up my ring and was annoyed because a guy served another couple who walked in after me instead of asking who was next. He was very nasty with his attitude towards me. Ge clearly does not have customer service skills and should be behind a desk without contact with people. The staff composed of women seemed much mote inviting. With my profession, I always treat clients with respect. He shpuld receive some customer service training.
It was amazing!!Dee was great and got both wedding rings at great prices. Large selection and awesome customer service.
I had such an amazing experience today at this store. Yenny Lopez was helping me all the time and she was such a gem. She got me some nice discounts and was so patient with me. Loved her!!

I wish I could give a negative star!Went into this location yesterday with my husband looking for diamond earrings and a necklace. Two women were working (wish I had their names). I didn’t see any earrings I liked however I saw a rose gold necklace with four different color circular pendents on them. We asked for the price and this is where I I’m completely disgusted! She took the necklace to the register, we saw her fidgeting around and after 5 min she says it’s on sale for $450 from $899. 🤔 I’m intrigued now and want to told the necklace. She would not let me hold the necklace completely, she kept the price tag in her palm. So I pry the necklace from her grip and look at the tag. She had written over the $799.99 with a pen to make the price $899.99. I asked her what the price was under her writing and she said the price is $899.99. Nope it sure isn’t and I have been there before and that same necklace was priced at 599.99. Needless to say they lost $2000.00 yesterday. We went to Zales. Worst place I have ever shopped from service to prices. Never shop Kay’s in Coral Springs mall.
This is reduculous, I came to the store a month ago to place a customized jewelry set for my daughter.there store actually call me to let me know my items was read then when I come to pick it up my stuff this young lady with the pink pant couldn’t find the earring along with the with the necklace and the a bracelet. This a very bad store to come to, I spent so long waiting for my item and they still can’t find it. I highly not recommended you to go to this store.
Very unprofessional place what kind of store . Customer paid with cash and returned a bracelet i bought for my daughter on January 25/ 2021 and tell the customer you only have $79 at your register. Who does that . And the manager on floor not even making it better. She came so dirty for to come to greed a customer, no protocol what so ever . I don’t know who hired her . I will never do business with this location again, is always something about this store always something when they don’t make you wait for 2 hours service, they give you bad customer service.Now for the lack of not have enough money to return my item . I have to force to drive to a other location. I should go at first place to the plantation location at first place . I guess this is how people do business now this day. Please stay away to the Kay jewelry Corals Spring location.

Went yesterday to get some paperwork (diamond bond) and a cleaning for diamond bracelet my husband bought me for Xmas. 2 men were working that acted like they didn’t want to help me and didn’t know what they were doing. Total bad experience, poor customer service and I could of done a better job cleaning my bracelet then the guy did. I’ll tell my husband to stick with zales next time. I don’t want anything from this place ever again.
While my review is mostly intended for the actual Kay company and not this specific location, I am giving the overall shopping experience merely 2 stars. My husband bought me a beautiful personalized bracelet, thinking that it was an anklet as they had it advertised on the website as an anklet and also a bracelet but just different chain. Upon getting the bracelet and seeing that the chain would not work as an anklet we tried to call Kay and spent over an hour on hold with nobody picking up. We went into this location and the lady basically had to do the same thing, which was be on hold for over 40 minutes to be told that we can’t exchange the item or get a bigger chain for it. While at the store, the lady helping us made a few remarks that were completely unnecessary such as “why don’t you want this as a bracelet” or “are you sure it doesn’t fit as an anklet?” She should really learn to refrain from such comments. I do want to say that the gentleman in the store checked on us a few times and asked us if we were being helped which was nice. Other than that, please save yourself the time and money and go to a jeweler that is actually willing to work with you.
I have been coming here for years, and have had nothing but excellent and above excellent service. The staff is always been very friendly helpful. My husband and I mainly deal with the kindest most knowledgeable gentleman in jewelry, Rick Pilots. If anybody is looking for wonderful service, top quality jewelry, and very helpful service, please stop in to the coral square mall in coral springs, Florida for a wonderful experience.
Roger in the Coral Springs Store is very helpful, pleasant and experienced. He made it easy for me and my husband to choose what jewelry we wanted.
I come to this Kays just because of Roger . I live in Deerfield and there are many different Kay Jewelers I can go to but I specifically come to this Kays because hes the best. I purposely wait for him to assist me because I know I will receive the same great attitude and customers service to matter what day or time I come. He is just amazing. Thank you to Roger for being fantastic cant wait to come back again .

Customer service is very poor. We walked in to the store and waited for about 10 minutes for someone to help us. No acknowledgment or anyone saying we will be right there we got looked at then ignored. The associates working seem like they dont want to actually be here. There is a lack of communication from the store. We have a ring delivered here from another location and no one bother to call us to let us know it was in. If you arent here to make a purchase you arent cared about.

The whole staff is incompetent! I have been waiting since November 2016 to get my engagement ring back with a lot of back and forth and them not being able to get it right. Also, they really need to work on their communication skills.
Horrible service and staff. I waited 10 minutes for someone to ask if I needed assistance. When I was approached, I asked the staff if she spoke Spanish, since I was accompanied by someone who was visiting from a Latin American country..she refused to speak Spanish ..Which I knew she was lying because she was OBVIOUSLY from a Latin country..the racism is DISGUSTING.
I called earlier this week and spoke to a very sweet lady about getting my ring sized. She advised it takes about two weeks but this Saturday the Jewler would be in and she can size my ring that day. Perfect. So I called Friday to follow up and see what time I needed to come. Spoke to a different lady who told me to come between 10-2pm. I got there at 10 am Saturday morning and was told the Jewler didnt bring her tools, so it will still take 2 weeks. Im not sure who is exactly at fault, but they had my name and number and knew I needed to get my ring sized, the couldve called... I drove 25 minutes there just to be told they cant do anything? Not happy... I saw the bad reviews but decided to go anyway because of the nice lady I spoke to the first time. Not going to be going back to that location.
Called to inquire about a Battery replacement for a Movado. Was told it would be $99 and they would have to send it out to have the seals changed. Had it done for $4 at S.B. Jewelry at the Lauderhill Mall without any problems.

I waited 35 minutes in line to drop off a ring to have it sized. Two ladies working very slow and seemed aloof. I was there at total of 50 minutes just to drop off a ring to have it sized. Horrible service, long lines, and slow staff. Never ever will I go to this location again.
