I always come here for my wax. Almost all my experiences are wonderful. Its quick and affordable, and they are professional and clean. Have been coming here for months and I will continue coming here.

Eight minutes late? Appointment cancelled, but when you arrive on time, you still have to wait 20+ minutes! Extremely unsatisfied with this place. The lady who waxes me had just finished with the girl she was attending when I arrived. Makes absolutely no sense for you to cancel my appointment when I was going to have to wait either way. Ridiculous honestly, this place USED TO be the best.

This was my 1st time using European Wax Center. I am very particular about my eyebrows. I am sure many have horror stories of getting their brows butchered and leaving the salon worse off. Not here. I saw Clarissa. She was professional and left me looking snatched in the face. Will definitely be coming back and booking her again!

I found the services to be rushed and incomplete. They seem to constantly keep hiring new esthetician’s with no more than a year or two of experience. So there is no consistency . Their best and most experienced esthetician, Olga, just left.

Got my full arms waxed for the first time. Siera was my estatician and she was incredible. She did a very thorough job and was super sociable. Made the process very smooth and comfortable for me. I will definitely go back. Im very happy with my wax.

Staff was friendly, proficient with their services! Love their energy! The areas of improvements are, making the rooms cleaner, more updated, more spacious, and staff should give clients a little privacy time before and after, like they do at competition. Those are the only things they have over them. Overall, the service was phenomenal!

The person who I usually go to is Angela but unfortunately she was booked, Angela takes her time and make sure there is completely 0% of hair left and communicate to remove the silence and make you comfortable . Today I had to go to someone new since it was last minute her name was Nelma she was a nice lady but service wise never again, she left hair in the middle section what I thought was removed until I got home and looked in the mirror, did little to no communication, (I’m a sweater) which I told her before I laid down but she use no a/c to make not sweat so the wax can dry and had to go over the same spot 3-4x which is painful after months of not getting a wax . I have ingrown hairs which I plucked out myself right after my service when I got home ☹️👎🏾. I wouldn’t recommend nelma sorry .

I was late for my appointment and the front desk advise me the Liz was with a customer and she is booked for today. Then I seen liz came out saying the appointment is late. Clearly the front desk lied to me. This lacs has poor customer service I will never go back there, that’s not how you treat customer and she kept rolling her eyes at me. I will never go back they lost a customer at Coral Springs.

Went here to schedule my wifes appointment which will be 1 of her surprise Valentines Day gifts. Shes a regular so it was easy besides I always see the finished product👀. Well my cover almost got blowed because she got a text🤦🏽‍♂️. I asked the receptionist to make sure she removes her from the text list just for today but I guess she forgot, its okay.😊

On 06/12/2020 I went to the Coral Springs location for my first time ever getting waxed and I was booked with a woman named Olga...by the sound of her name I should have requested a different specialist.This was the WORST experience I have ever had. I could not even finish getting waxed. Olga Esteves was very rough, unkind and she seemed like I was bothering her by even being there. Olga Esteves left me in the lobby, she didn’t even greet me and introduce herself. The front desk staff helped me. I felt extremely uncomfortable the entire time that I could stand being ripped apart by Olga Esteves and then belittled by her while she kept calling me a “baby”. I could not finish the service. Not ONLY from the amount of pain I was experiencing from the horrible waxing job but also by the belittling and disrespectful environment that she created and held me in.

Boutique quality, almost entirely painless. Great referral program to accrue $$ towards services. Will be returning.

I went yesterday with very full thick eyebrows and just needed a clean up. My lady Sonia completely made my eyebrows way to thin and messed up my face.She didn’t even consult with me she just went right in for it and ruined my eyebrows. I will NEVER come here again.

Very clean and organized store front and rooms. Always had awesome customer service when it comes to bookings. I like how they have wax payment plans, where you can buy a set amount of a particular services and pay in installments. They have sales running every so often where you can get up to a year of waxing for a great price.

I’ve been going to European Wax Center for 3 going on 4 years now and I’ve never been as disappointed with my service as I was today. I started out at the Plantation location then Davie Towers because my specialist relocated. I recently moved to the area (Tamarac/ Coral Springs) so those locations are about a 30-40 minute drive from my home and the Cora Springs location is literally 11 minutes from my home so I decided to try it out. After my wax was completed I noticed a patch between my lover abdomen and pelvis area that was still there and asked the specialist to remove it and she told me it wasn’t apart of the area I chose to be waxed (Full Brazilian). I then explained to her that I get my stomach waxed every other Brazilian and if she looks at the thickness of the hair compared to the hairs on my stomach she’ll see a difference. So she said “I’ll just go one big strip”.. which she did and didn’t even go back over it to make sure it was taken care of. Just said okay have a good one and opened the door as if she was ready for me to go. So I left. Once I got home I was able to get a better look at what she had done & there was still hair on my labia (vagina lip) and the skin between my vagina and anus. I called to location to voice my concern and they said I can come back in and get it taken care of so I did and the specialist I went to said that it was just a little bit of hair left on my labia as if I shouldn’t have complained about something I paid for them had the nerve to tell me that the area I was referring to between my vagina and anis doesn’t count, it’s considered the putter butt. But I’m the same breath said that woman’s body’s are different. My point exactly, I a woman of color with a pretty big rear, so I’d understand how she’d miss it but for this specialist to tell me it wasn’t included was ridiculous. I think I know what’s included and what isn’t if I’ve been waxing for years (with the same company). Won’t be returning, I’ll take the drive.

The first time I went I wasn’t greeted correctly they just asked for what kind of service did I want without saying hello or how are you, then the place had a nasty oder to it like onions and bagels, also when I was gettin ready to get the wax the lady put on the powder so sloppy like she didn’t even wanna be there and for my first experience when she yanked the wax I yelled and she really had the nerve to tell me “don’t yell” like it wasn’t a high pitch yell it was like a yell when you hit your toe or arm on something hard and do a quick scream... then when I was tryna talk and ask her how her wax experiences were she basically didn’t care and was like “I don’t grow hair “ so plainly so I was like “okay” so I kept my mouth shut then after she finished the bikini part which was all she did on me she said “yea, if it was that painful I don’t think you should get another wax” so after math I just went to a different facility a week later and found somebody who was willing to work and answer my beginner questions of waxing with no hesitation plus it smelled wonderful inside

Lady was cordial and asked me about everything under the sun to keep me distracted, not in a pushy way but in the way your best friend makes you laugh and forget what youre getting yourself into- except in this instead of trouble you are now sexy. Very inviting staff and amazing how hygenic they are. I have been to Wax Centers all over Kendall Miami, places in Weston, Homestead, and even up in Del Rey and no one has beat this facilitys cleanliness (thats the most important factor to me).

I went to get a full Brazilian and went to Lau since she had good reviews. Front desk was very nice and friendly but Lau was a nightmare. When I walked on it looked like she was in the middle of lunch or just finishing... anyway She has years of experience but I did not like the way she treated me. Felt like she was in a hurry.. She asked me if it was my first Brazilian, I told her, in a very long time, yes. She told me to take everything off and lie down with my legs in a froglike position. I asked her if she had wipes because I wanted to make sure I was clean. She told me she was going to clean me. Whatever. She put powder on all the spots she was waxing including underarms. Started waxing bikini...my hairs were kind of long so she asked me if I was Italian... Whatever I expected pain so I was just breathing through it. She applied wax on both armpits and while she let those dry she ripped the wax off my kitty and I swear it hurt so bad. She didnt even pull the skin taught she just ripped it off and my skin is loose down there. I cried. After that she was just asking me questions. Now you want to talk.... I wanted her to shut up .when Im in pain I dont like to talk. After everything was done she put on this gel to prevent bumps . When I got home, I noticed bruises under my arms and my lips down there. Worst wax experience ever.

The best waxing experience ever! Whatever fast drying non sticky formula they use is like magoc because the pain was so minimal. Natalie (my waxer) was friendly, efficient and professional. The front desk staff were so nice and attentive. Going back to my regular waxer will be super hard!

First time at a Eurpoean Wax Center. I was very pleased with the service from start to finish. The receptionist was kind. Natalie, my wax tech was awesome. She did my full brazilian bikini. She was fast, precise, informative and overall very nice. She made me feel comfortable. What was most notable about the service was cleanliness. I was going to another waxing center and noticed they would redip the stick into the wax jar numerous times after they had placed it on my skin, not at European Wax Center! Natalie made sure to use a different stick every.single.time. She briefed me on post wax care, especially with regard to ingrown hairs, which I found very helpful. Not to mention the results were great. I will definitely be going back!Btw first time customers receive 50% off.

Terrible experience! Will never go back there again!Ive been going to European Wax Center for a few years now, but dont often go to this center. Well...never going back again! Waxer waxed half of my eyebrow off (I told her to make them natural, thick, and to NOT change the shape of my brows). I now have one eyebrow slightly thinned out and the other one was waxed off (well...have about half of my eyebrow left). I was devastated! I came home crying my eyes out! I look ridiculous! Lady was nice but did all the waxing so fast and I tried showing her I was uncomfortable, but seemed like she wanted to get it all over with. So mad will never go again! They say eyebrows should be sisters not twins (as in they should look almost symmetrical, but not identical). Heck mine look so unalike, they arent even third cousins! PISSED OFF!

One of the specialist who did my wax was very rude.. it was my first time ever getting a wax and she made it very uncomfortable especially for it to be my first time... will be finding another wax place.. her attitudde was disgusting and rude(i wish i could remember her damn name) !!

I normally go to the one in plantation but I decide to come here. The experience was OK however the lady waxing me left me covered in powder and told me to clean myself up. Powder was all over me she didnt make a effort to clean up her work.
