Poor everything when it comes to customer service. Ever since covid, any time I walk in to this facility to ask a question or speak to someone, it is as if I’m invisible. Bring the counter are usually 2 of 3 or 4 people. The older women who you can tell have been there the longest are the absolute worst. After standing and waiting for so long, the younger lady always has to put her calls on hold to tend to me while the older one sits at the desk ignoring my presence. Thank you to the young lady. In short it usually feels like there is only one staff member who actually knows how to tend to customers.

Have attended many gymnastics events here. Seating is adequate. Bring a cushion. Parking is not a problem. Easy place to find. Good experiences

Safe, clean courts for basketball. Our favorite spot to watch and play. Parking is adequate.

Sometimes lines are long to pay at the window for activities. The worst situation, though, here is the Parking Lot flooding I observed one week ago around mid-October 2019. I think the Parking Lot needs improvement to allow for proper drainage.

Although my son enjoyed playing in the basketball tournaments, the experience is a nightmare for parents. The parking is among the worst I have seen anywhere. Each time we had to park far away, then walk back to the building. We are just lucky it was not raining.

This review is for consignment sale at the gym. Jbf sale is huge, lots of good stuff, just watch prices because the individual is selling not jbf so you might find 3 people selling same item at different prices. Love going twice a year.

Crooks stole money from 2 families that I witnessed!! Their Recreational league is nice and not too competitive, but dont get involved in their travel team. Poorly managed organization. Kids get too much of the political backlash...

Staff is super friendly and the gym is always clean! Love that there is water readily available to players during tournaments.

I was there for a basketball game. Place is very clean. The restrooms are even very well maintained for a city gymnasium.

I really only come her for the JBF sale. I find great deals for my classroom here.

The receptionist in the front and rest of the help during the week need a workshop on interpersonal skills . Never dealt with such rude people in charge of a recreational center. Unsatisfactory

The dance teacher Mrs. Melissa is RUDE, IMPATIENT, and UNPROFESSIONAL. She should NOT Be teaching children. The way she spoke to my 4 year old was completely inappropriate. She left the class in tears bc of the way mrs Melissa treated her. She speaks to the children with annoyance when they don’t do the dance move correctly, and thinks raising her voice will make TODDLERS do the dance correctly. Disgusted. Will never be using Coral Springs gym again. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. They gym did absolutely nothing about the situation. Very disappointed in this city’s recreations

What a mess this league, we pay $110 to not to have enough coaches, not know the right schedule of the games, our last hope was to get at least a decent jersey, not even, simple tshirt that we cant even cut the sleeves, i dont recommend . Margate league is very professional, organized, awesome jersey with the kids name and $80 bucks. FOr the future please dont use the jersey to promote someone pizzaria, at leats make something better .Fabio Souza.
