A contractor doing work on my home hired coral glass and window to repair a window that the contractor broke mistakenly. The contractor was liable for the damaged window so they setup the repair job directly with coral glass. Now fast forward to today which is 2-3 weeks after the repair by coral glass, I receive a notice of lien on my property filed by coral glass. Whoever owns coral glass should be utterly ashamed of this action. I understand that their was a discrepancy/miscommunication between the contractor and coral glass regarding the final payment of $155.00 however coral glass and window should have reached out to me directly prior to filing for a lien on my home. DO NOT USE Coral Glass and Window. Given the statements above and their reviews on Yelp, Google, etc. I do not know why this contractor would send a company like this to my home.

This company really cares about customer satisfaction as it shows through their work. I had recently broken one of my windows and they made it a point to fit me into their schedule, regardless of how busy and did a wonderful job as well. I would recommend coming here.

Horrible Company.I didnt think much of the initial no call back. That happens.I then had an appointment setup for a mirror removal for a specific time. It was on the books... They were a no call/no show (Day 1).I called back the next morning to see what happened. I absorbed the excuses and gave them another chance. I made a new appointment. Again, no show / no call. (Day 2).Tonight I got the attitude and the excuses. Im not gona do it.I ended up with no option but to stay up late and do the job myself. I have another company coming in tomorrow AM and the mirror had to go. They left me in the lurch.The bottom line... Some nice big job came in that was obviously worth more than mine.Ive been a Coral Springs resident for 15 years. They have been around a long time as well. I never used them before and I surely will never try again.I will leave this same review on other SM outlets. Consumers need to be warned.

Dean came by and brought my new screen door. He put the door on and put some extra work in to make sure the track was clean of debris. Very personable guy. Overall, I am pleased with this company.

Please Please save yourself time and frustration and do not use this company. We wanted a mirror placed on the wall in our bedroom so we went to Coral glass. The owner sits right in front as you walk in named Bob. Bob told that that they could do the work, that they could come the same week and then went on to tell us how he recently acquired the business because the previous owners had bad customer service. We paid the full price upfront ( our mistake ) and advised on when we wanted the service done. A guy from the company came out and measured the wall and again gave us the assurance that the day that we scheduled would be fine. Heres where the problems begin; on the day that we scheduled the installation we called and was told that the glass had not been delivered to the shop, 2 days later the dame thing, until an entire week passed. Finally we called and was given a date. On the day I took off work to be here and when the time came the guy was a no show. I called the shop and the owner Bob tells me the installer did not show up. Im frustrated by this point but they have my money so I ask if it could be done the next day and the owner says yes. I ask what will happen if his employee doesnt show up again and he states that he will come to the work himself. The next day the installer named Paul or Peter comes takes a look at the wall and says that he measured it wrong and that he has to go back to the shop and cut another piece of glass. One hours passes ( we dont live far from the shop), 2 then 3 hours pass. I call and the owner tells me that he hasnt seen the guy and that he doesnt know whats happening. I call again an hour later the owner tells me the same thing. Then another 2 hours pass and the owner calls me and asks have I heard from the installer! The entire day was a waste of time so I decided to drive to the shop myself to request a refund and once I get there the owner lies and says hes not the owner and that they will not give me a refund because the glass was already cut ( cut incorrectly by his installers bad measurements ), then the (missing) installer walks out and when I ask him where hes been and why didnt he come back he says that he told me that he had to get back to the shop! The whole thing was super unprofessional, the owner was rude and insulting. I demanded a full refund and threatened small claims court and the BBB until the owner agreed to give me my money back the following Monday. These guys are horrible lairs and have awful customer service. We ended up calling Diversified Glass and they took care us within 48 hours! Please dont waste your time with Coral Glass and Window.

Wish I had called Diversified Glass & Mirror first!!! It would have saved me a lot of time!!! I called Coral Glass & Window. They gave us an estimate and time they would be out. They never showed. I called them again and they finally came out-three hours late. When they arrived, they stated that they could not cut glass in the drizzling rain??? They would cut the glass in the shop and come back. After waiting a week for them to come back, we called Diversified Glass & Mirror. Diversified Glass came when they said, matched the price of the other so called company (Coral Glass & Windows), and completed the job the day I called. Ron with Diversified Glass is great! Do not hesitate to hire Diversified Glass! We will never ever do business with Coral Glass & Window again, since Diversified Glass & Mirror is honest, has great prices, and does the job when promised!!! And just so you know Bill Brent, we are not rude like you accuse all of the negative reviewers of being! We gave Coral Glass & Window THREE OPPORTUNITIES to replace the window glass and they failed all THREE TIMES. I think that is called a strike out, not rudeness!!! Maybe you are failing to see that one right cannot make up for SO MANY WRONGS!!!

Warning like the last review, call Alpha Glass or ICU Glass and Mirror, they were both wonderful when I called, ICU refereed me to Alpha because he knew they carried what I needed, Alpha had it, was cut and ready the same day!Coral Glass: Went for a decorative piece of glass the 1st time, they had it ready and the order was correct. Had to get a 2nd piece of decorative glass for another customer, on the 2nd trip there, they said they had to order it and it would be a week, well the week turned into a month, called to check a week before the holidays and still didnt have it. Gave a final call on week 5 of the order and the owner said that he just didnt have time yet to order it, hes been to busy. Well thanks for sticking me, and now I have one of my customers mad at me!

My advice : ID STAY AWAY. I was promised my order would be ready in a week. I called after 2 weeks and was told it was still delayed. Nobody submitted it. And then I called again. Still delayed. Then I called again. When it finally came I was disappointed in the excessive delay. I was told the owner would call me back that day. 3 weeks later I called again. I received my call back from the owner today. He explained that somebody should have called me back and informed me. Yeah, like its my fault they forgot to submit the order. No sincerity on his part, just tossing a few words around as an excuse. Bottom line, I could take my business elsewhere. Like I had to be told that at this point.

RUN AWAY.!!! Do not do business with these people. The reviews are correct!. First they will mess up your order and make the size is incorrect, and then they will do nothing to correct it and tell you sorry too bad. Having to file a lawsuit in small claims court. Who needs that aggravation. Would be a zero if that was an option

Worst customer experience ever. Severely incompetent and rude and obnoxious on top of that. They took 3 months to fix, install mirror closet doors. Broke our handle off, claimed it was already broken until we provided pics proving otherwise. Finally when it came time for payment they didnt ask at time of job completion and didn’t take payment over the phone. With a newborn baby it took me a week to go personally to their office to pay. In the meantime they sent several notices and even threatened to put a lien on me!! When I went to their “corporate offices” it was a joke. I paid a girl in denim cutoff shorts and since they knew me by name, I’m assuming business is scarce. Not surprising considering their service and bad attitude. The only professional I encountered was the owner. The rest of them need new jobs. Do not use them. Oh btw, theyve moved to 4320 nw 120th ave in Coral Springs in case you think these are different people.

Worst service ever - assclown staff - went in and ordered glass top for a desk- told it would be ready next day - waited for call till 430 and finally called back - glass was never made but was told it would be ready in morning & they took my name and number. I called the next day and it wasn’t ready - I asked for some assurance from the person (since it’s been 2 days since I visited them to place order & glass top was not ready) and they said he did let like my attitude. Well sir you have lousy customer service skills and even worse service. Don’t buy or use them

The gentleman in the office was very patient with me and knew what he was talking about. I contracted with them for my showers and the delivery and installation were on time and beautiful. i dont know what the other reviews are talking about. Maybe the problem is their own rudeness.
