Outstanding Service! I am not one to write reviews (positive/negative) but, I felt compelled to spread the word about Erica’s Plumbing. Their customer service and expertise from the moment I called was top notch. I received noticifactions of arrival time, the background on who I would be dealing with, and expertise when it came to a complicated plumbing/leak issue. Joe was absolutely fantastic and should be recognized for his job well done. I will use Erica’s plumbing in the future and have already referred them to others.

Very cool how they text and email me a picture and information about the experience of the individual coming to my house. Fred came over and was great to work with. We just bought out home so he did a once over of all of the major plumbing areas. He did not try to upsell and provided me with all of the information I needed to choose the best options for my repair work. He was very friendly and polite. It was a pleasure to have him in our home and I will be going to this company for all of my plumbing needs moving forward.

Never thought getting my toilet fixed would be a pleasant experience, but Ericas Plumbing changed my mind. Sean the plumber was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Have water seeping from slab through grout lines . Forensic inspection showed no pipe leaks but possible elevation/ hydrostatic water surge through slab into grout lines.Spoke to Fred and after explaining prior results, he did not try to sell me more unnecessary service and gave me some general suggestions without having to waste more money on dead end services. He was very honest, and when I need their service, I will make a point to recall how trustworthy he was! Definitely recommend them just because if Fred advice and no hard sell!!!!

Brandon was my technician, and he was very helpful, arrived between the scheduled times, and worked quick and efficient. I had concerns with my water heater as well, which Brandon took a little time out to look at and give a rough estimate of replacement. Will definitely use them again!

I definitely recommend this company. At least from my initial experience. My insurance hired them to come to my house to do a leak detection and they were not only punctual but extremely nice and friendly from the phone consultation and appointment scheduling to Sean who came to my house and detected the problem in minutes. Sean is super knowledgable, professional and very humble; he also loved my crazy puppy which is already a winner for me! ;). He took the time to explain to me all the reasons for his findings and didnt mind to explain again it to my fiancee when he came in later into the appointment. I will work for them in the future for sure!.

I had a water filter crack under the kitchen sink. I called Ericas Plumbing and Restoration after Googling. They came right out and fixed the plumbing issue. Now theyre cleaning up. They were on time, clean and very professional. They texted me a picture and some background info on the guys who came out!!!! They were great. The restoration is going forward nicely.

Erica’s Plumbing and their technician, Brandon Waite are top notch! We had an issue with our water pressure in our home. Did a google search for local plumbing companies in Boca Raton and Erica’s came up right away. Saw their great reviews online and called them. Even though it was after hours, they dispatched their tech, Brandon, who came to our home immediately. He was professional, friendly and showed a great deal of knowledge. I had a wonderful experience with Ericas and the technician was fantastic. He was so nice and very clean in his work. While I felt bad about messing up my disposal, the tech could not have been more understanding and helpful.
