Power button was broken. Wayne fixed it in couple of hours with a reasonable price. prompt communication. Very satisfied with the service and will definitely work with him again.

I just moved into the area so had no real knowledge about who to go to with my iMac issue. After reading reviews they sounded like a contractor I used back up north. Gave a try and bingo success. Great value and quick turnaround. I found the IT group I need for business and personal computer issues.

Honestly I don’t know where to start with my review of Wayne and Apex Alpha... first off quality guy and his dedication to his craft shows in his work. With that being said I’ve had two builds built by him in the past month and I have nothing but praise for everything that he has completed for me. The cable management is bar none the best that I’ve seen. Literally brought him a pc that was 2/10ths completed (IF THAT) with everything disassembled and he took it told me don’t worry about it and had it done in an hour and a half. If you are even contemplating having a computer built... allocate him into your budget, trust me when I say you won’t regret doing so.

Since ELearning started my daughter’s laptop needed necessary updating, it just wasn’t running efficiently enough. Wayne was incredible to work with! He came to my home picked up the computer and within days returned the computer running seemless. He was very informative throughout the whole process. I highly recommend anyone needing repairs to give Wayne a call. I definitely will be using him again!

I had a iPhone X that was refurbished thru Verizon insurance company one day I notice my screen flickering not long after it went completely black I drop the phone to Wayne the owner and he opened up he discovered that’s the phone was put together incorrectly and there was water condensation present he was very informative and knowledgeable he informed me that because the phone was simply put back together incorrectly it allowed water to get in thru small openings. I never dropped the phone in water but water has been splashed on it because I was informed at apple that I phone x is water resistant. I expressed to Wayne the importance of that phone the information and pictures I had on it he told me he tried everything but replacing the screen. Finally we did replace the screen and still the screen was half black he didn’t give up he opened the phone and cleaned every nook and cranny until all connections were cleaned and the phone was working in perfect condition. Where most would of gave up and still got paid he went above and beyond knowing the importance of that phone to me and that is a great customer experience which in today’s world is rare unfortunately.
