So sad this store is closing.. It might be due to the pandemic or biz downsizing, is sad anyways when you see a big chain store closing in your neighborhood

I visited this store earlier tonight and was assisted by Annio, Client Engagement Manager. He was very attentive and very helpful. He dealt with the issues I had and even gave me advice on the size of one of my documents. I really appreciated his help. Thanks Annio.

Went to this Office Depot at Atlantic and University in Coral Springs on 2/15 afternoon as I was in the area to look for a desk chair, was not greeted on entering, made my way where the chairs were, there was a salesman helping a customer he never acknowledged me, I looked around and found the chair I wanted, he went out with the customer with his purchase and my sister went to the front of the store to seek help she saw the salesman and he told her he would come help when he got back from helping the customer to his car so we waited, in the meantime I saw another worker passing by with a bicycle so I asked him if he could help me, he said he was coming in and would be back. I waited and saw him hold his head straight and pass by as he walked to the front, still waiting for the other salesman I saw him come back from outside but he never came back to help as promised . I was so upset after patiently waiting for so long I told my sister let’s go, when we walked up to the front we saw both men up there hanging out doing nothing the store was not busy there was no one at the register. We left, no one noticed or cared we went to the store on Westview and University received excellent customer service and bought the chair. I will never go back there, they should just close it down

This is the absolute worst Office epot ever!!!!The staff are rude and I courteous... as compared to The other one in the plaza further North off University past Wiles rd-who are super helpful, professional..ect.., these people offer very little help& seem to hate their jobs & life!!!They also act like they may possibly be bankrupt-can’t type out your work for shipping online, no matter what you are spending to ship??!!!! Bs!!!

Never in my life have a dealt with a more lazy staff. I come here regularly and print my stuff for nursing school, so yes, I have a lot of things to print and have them neatly organized on my USB. The staff member behind the desk decided that it would be a wonderful idea to convert ALL my files into a PDF. I have NEVER had someone at an office depot just go ahead and do that. ON TOP OF THAT he threw EVERY. SINGLE. FILE. onto ONE FILE. ALL TOGETHER. So ALL my work that SHOULD NOT be front and back, was front and back!!! the audacity. I had to spend so much unnecessary extra time here that shouldve been my study time because this person was LAZY. I was charged $95 for this might I add, so the service did not match the price Ill tell you that. The manager tried to help the guy doing the printing, but he acted like he didnt need help. So as I was getting ready to hole punch my papers, that is when I saw almost half of the pages were just error codes, and not what I gave the man to print. THANK GOD the manger was nice enough to give me a full refund. I never look forward to printing stuff here because the service is absolutely disgraceful.

I ordered 4 picture portraits which came out fine for the price I paid. Picking up is horrible, the first guy (old white bald men heavy side who was probably a manager because he offered me a clearance item at a cheaper price) that tried to help me at the pick up center said the portraits were in the copy center and told me to go over there. I had to wait almost 15 mins for the guy there to help me out. Whats the point of placing orders online if you cant pick it up fast? The first guy should have helped me because it would have only took help less than a minute to hand me the portraits but he was just too lazy to do that.

If you are going to get something printed I’d recommend finding another location. Currently waiting after 45 minutes and haven’t had one picture printed yet. Oh, and I was the first customer to walk in the door after they opened.

Extremely helpful staff. As I walked in the door I was greeted and asked if I needed help. The nice young lady took me directly to the forms that I needed. I was pleased as most places do not carry what was needed. I recommend you checking this place out if you need forms prior to having to pay for legal advice

I recently went into this location to return an item. I had the receipt on my phone and for some reason it was not scanning. The cashier, Laurence proceeded to grab the phone out of my hand and play with the screen in order to make the receipt scan. He never once asked for permission or asked me to make the barcode bigger. Additionally, he went ahead and pressed that I want the receipt printed but I always prefer to do both. Why have options on the screen if you won’t allow the customer to decide for themselves?

David was very kind with helping me find what I needed in the store. It was my first time at the office Depot in coral Springs and David gave me wonderful customer service.

I came in the store to fax some papers. There were 2 associates. The girl says someone will be with you shortly. I waited for a while as she finished the customer she was helping. She finished with her customer and as she finished she takes off her apron to leave her shift. Not once came.to help.me before leaving after I had been standing there waiting for so long. Customer services is horrible in this store. I live within walking distance of the store but would rather drive to a further location for better customer services. 😒

The worst store I have ever been to. Employees dont know how to print out a simple sticker shipping label. No one to help out on the floor and cashier can not be slowerEdit after the store response: this was brought to your attention a long time ago and as we can all see, nothing has been done to fix it.

If you need anything printed or scanned I recommend going to another location its a self service and the staff wont help you. When I explained to the girl it wasnt working she didnt say anything ignoring me and rudely turned her head and proceeded to help another customer. I ended up leaving and driving to another location. This is the second time I have recieved such poor service at this location. Should have known better then to go back here.

Horrible service -super lazy employees - they don’t even interact and tell you what is the process or waiting time for certain things. Very unprofessional.

Doesnt matter how you order your copies theyre never ready, theres always an issue at this store, last time was the credit card reader on the copy machine, today I used the app, pay for 4 pages @8:25...10:10 they were not ready...left the store with my 4 pages regular prints at 10:30...shame

The Office Depot is one of my go to locations to shop. This particular store in Coral Springs is conveniently located off University Drive. Very easy access from the highway. Nice selection of merchandise on hand. The staff is helpful when you need them. The only drawback is that this store could use better lighting. The store is well organized.

Thanks for the great service from Lawrance and the bald-headed Latino Manager, Emmnio in the Print Department is very attentive and detailed, he helps every customer throughout the store. But when a customer becomes difficult and disrespectful, they are quick to blame the staff in the printing area. Yes, they are short handed, but they ALL try very hard to get the lines down asap and assist all customers in a timely fashion.

This store is the WORST!! They always have only 1 person in Printing and that is the most busiest department! They always take their time with no sense of urgency. They do not know how to multitask and help more than 1 person at a time. That’s important to be able to do if you have 10 people in front of you!I’ve been coming in to this store for over 1 year now since I moved to Coral Springs. I am always spending a good $20 a week just on printing because I am in school. I don’t always stay here, if they are too busy I go to the one on Sample Rd. Today is the last straw. I won’t even waste my time anymore. They just LOST my business!They DON’T even deserve the one star!!!!! But obviously I have to rate something to post. Ridiculous

First and last time in this store and heres why.All I needed was one fax and postage on an envelope. Guess thats a lot in the first 30 minutes of opening huh.The one and only guy that can operate this magical dept. had a flat tire and was late. Apparently they dont or wont cross train anyone except in sporting those cute little Bluetooths. Or in how to properly speak to a customer. In the age of undercover boss youd think people would be more self aware.Never ever tell someone that youre off the clock while continuing to not help them. Complete waste of my time and gas.

What a bunch of LIARs that work there at the Coral Springs location. They will tell you what you want to hear to make that sale. Well NEVER AGAIN will I darken there door. Hello Amazon Prime!!

They close at 6 on Sundays, even tho it says 7 on here. Guy at the door didnt let me in at 6:05. Kind of a dick about it too. Went across the street to best buy, who are open until 8 pm on Sundays. Screw office depot, they suck anyway.

3 attendants at the printing department with 5 customers needing help and I waited in line for 35 minutes!!!!! On top of that it took another 10 to print out one paper !!! This is crazy and I have never experienced something so ridiculous they have no customer service training, can’t even make customers feel better about the trash service they just want you out of their hair

There seems to always be a line in the copy center. The staff is nice but you can see they are overworked. I had to have copies bring from a thumb drive several times this summer (2016), and EVERY TIME there was a long wait. I even emailed it an hour before going and STILL had to wait long. The lady with really long dark hair is very helpful. So is the lady with the braids.

I had to take my toddler to the bathroom and the women’s bathroom looks disgusting to say the least . There was feces literally all over. The walls had feces, the doors, every toilet in that restroom had feces splattered on the toilet, the walls that divide the restrooms have feces. I have NEVER walked into a restroom so dirty. I couldn’t bring myself to make my toddler go there.

Waited a half hour to have a fax sent. The attendant paid little attention to the fax machine and Spent his time toward the back section. He would give no idea on when I might be served. I drove to Staples and was promptly waited on. That young man does not belong in a service area of your store. His attitude was appalling!

Nothing like waiting in the check out line with three other customers while four employees were 20 feet away talking on headsets and not even caring. The discussion revolved around why they were not going to open a register because they were leaving in 20 minutes. Another manager was shooting the breeze watching it occur. I will drive the extra 15 minutes to go to Staples next time. Very, very disappointed with the services twice this week at that particular store.

Great for back to school supplies. Found everything we needed in one trip. Easy in and out parking lot across from the mall.

Useless. Incredibly overprice. Same calendar was $8 less literally across the street at Target. Went to scan and email something and they try to sell you an overpriced flash drive to scan and email your documents. Definitely go elsewhere.

STAY AWAY!!! The copy and print center (CPC) is the absolute worst. Living nightmare story about getting a simple job done that took FOUR DAYS to complete because every time we went to pick it up it was botched up. Sad that they dont know how to use the technology of the 90s.

Copy person was great. I looked at copiers but no one to help. Also asked about I phone cords someone said over there, which was no help.

Yes, Office Depot can be expensive, but what is great is that they price match. I had to come here to print documents and saw supplies that I needed and price-matched Walmart and Amazon even. I bought more than I expected to buy, but am I happy customer.

This location is the absolute worst place that you could ever have anything printed. They do not value anyones time. The customer service is the absolute worst. Ill spare you the details of many visits. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS

Had to wait over 40 minutes just to print! A fight nearly occurred. They move really slow and this store ruined my whole mood and day. Never come to print here! Update: went today, which is 04/05/2018: no changes has been made. Management failed to improve on the waiting time in the printing section of the store. I crown this the worst Office Depot in the nation.

This is the worst store in the entire Broward county. They dont have enough staff, really really slow service. I waited in line for 20 minutes just to see the line not moving at all. I had to leave after realizing that it would take sooooooo long.

Bought a Fax/Copier machine for $99.00.also bought 2 year warranty $13.99.this copier replaces my old,broken,and discontinued model.Sales staff very helpful,and informative in selling the model that superseeds my old model.

You will need to bring a lot of patience for services like copies,faxing,printing but the service is good.

The manager would not honor the price of identical item in another Office Depot.Very strange policy for a big company like this. Will never come back!

The employees at this location are soooo lazy! They never want to get the printing services done, the always blame the next shift! Twice I’ve had bad experience!!!! 1st time it was for work, poster, the did such a shity job! The were all crooked and cut unevenly, when i went to pick them up, for the 4th, finally they were done right! Everytime was an excuse. Next was my husbands business cards, the order was for same day, the told me wouldnt be ready until the next day, fine, i went 2days later now the tell me 2more days! A same day turned into 5days!!!! NEVER going back

The stock itself at the store is excellent. However, the employees could not be anymore rude, or inconsiderate. Wouldnt recommend using this location/chain.

Printing service is constantly short handed, employees are visibly annoyed and irritated. Their frustration is projected on the customers in the form of the absolute worst customer service Ive experienced in a long time. Please hire help and replace management.

I dont blame the employees though a red head got smart with me today and i brushed it off cause i felt sorry that she was employed there. I drove there with the intent to make 3 copies!!! Usually it is a great experience when I go there, but today when went there I was observing an conversation between a manager and their co worker. The manager completely handled a situation unprofessionally on the floor yelling at her worker! And when I spoke to the manager Cynthia palaquet and explained to her she could have handled that in the back more professionally she looked at her and said she will be ok! Seriously! I dont care how bad the situation was you do not speak to an employee in that matter in front of customers. She made the girl Nancy cosman cry on the floor and she was such a very sweet and helpful girl that didnt deserve that treatment! I wonder if that manager speaks to her other employees in that tone.

Horrible service disgusting store. Manager Nicole thinks its funny to play games with online customer orders and try and give old recycled ink and pass it off as new. I will never go to this office depot again and will seriously think about not using office depot for supplies.

This review pertains primarily to the printing services. Between hardware malfunctions, software malfunctions, and the printing techs being rude and generally not knowing anything about printing large images or handling the finished products I will never be returning here for my printing needs.

Check your receipts. Some of the things I bought werent even close to the actual price. Among other things, I was charged $10 for paper clips that cost $1.25.
