This is about employment...I give her two stars only because she seems to be teaching how to perform a good cleaning service. But on the employment side, she is not a good person. Hilda requirement for new hires with legal status in this country is that they HAVE TO OPEN A CORPORATION in order to work for her so she can wash her hands if something goes wrong. She buys the people by telling them they are going to be independent contractors and will be a 1099 employee. She starts at $10 per hour, and if they dont open a corporation they can not work for her. What this people dont know if that they have to report taxes the following year obligating themselves to return 30% to 35% taxes on the Gross earned; or in other words, on the whole amount earned. Also, this tax return depending on the amount earned will have to be paid every quarter in the year. All of these means that the person she is paying ($10) is really making $7 or $8 per hour. She will only pay the new hires $12 if they have their own car, can you believe this? This is consider a scam due to that a lot of people are new in this country and dont know how everything works. If you have a car, that means is more expenses for you that at the end is the only part you can report. She says she asks her clients to provide everything for her cleaning service. She only provides to her employees a shirt with her business name, she then charge the employees for the shirt and takes money away from their payment.Hey! there is nothing wrong with this, but who knows how much she claims to be expending when in reality she is not.I dont mean to harm nobody by posting this, my intention is to open people eyes that are looking for jobs. Whatever it is that she is doing by working this way and or to her own benefit, it is non of my business, there are rules and regulations we ought to follow and comply, but the most I am trying to state here is that we have to respect each other, value our people, our brothers and sisters and mostly when we all come to this country looking for better opportunities. Respect to be respected and dont harm the people that is trying to make a living so you can have the biggest cut of the pie. WHO ACTS WRONG, WRONG WILL GO.

I have used Hilda & Crew for a number of years. I use them to clean my house and I have never had any complaints. Recently we used their painting service to paint the master bedroom. Roberto the painter was excellent. My husband and I were thrilled with the results and the timely manner in which he finished. Roberto was very professional and I will be calling him back to paint my living room. Roberto took care of moving furniture and replacing once he was finished. I highly recommend Hilda Cleaning & Home services.

I have used the cleaning services of Hilda and Crew for many many years. The two ladies who clean the house, Dahlia and Manuela, have been with me for several years. The house is always cleaned very nicely and I am so comfortable leaving them in my home while I go out and about. To me, they are like family. I never have problems scheduling and have found the offices to be very accommodating when I need to reschedule or cancel a standing appointment. I cannot imagine anyone else cleaning my home!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! THIS WHOLE ORDEAL HAS COST ME OVER $500. BIGGEST RIP OFF OF ALL TIME! THEY DID A HORRIBLE JOB, HILDA PROMISED ONE THING AND DELIVERED ANOTHER. PLEASE SEE PICTURES BELOW. AGREED ON A PRICE AND OVERCHARGED ME. SHAME ON ME FOR NOT READING AN INVOICE PROPERLY. THEY DID NOT LIST ALL OF THINGS AGREED UPON ON THE DAY OF ESTIMATE. THEY CAME AND AFTER DOING A POOR JOB I CALLED HILDA AND SHE TOLD ME THAT SHE HAD INSPECTED THE WORK AND THE GIRLS WERE TIRED AFTER BEING THERE ALL DAY. NOT ONLY DID I HAVE TO HAVE A FAMILY MEMBER TAKE OFF IN ORDER FOR THEM TO COME BACK 2 DAYS LATER TO REDO THE WORK, THEY STILL DID NOT DO THE JOB PAID TO DO LEAVING MY HOUSE STILL FULL OF DUST SINCE THIS WAS A POST CONSTRUCTION CLEANING. I ALSO HAD TO RESCHEDULE MY CARPET GUY IN ORDER TO HAVE THE WORK DONE RIGHT. IM ABSOLUTELY BAFFLED AS TO HOW THE SITUATION WAS HANDLED. I HAD HILDA CALL ME AND INSTEAD OF LISTENING TO ME SHE TALKED OVER ME THE ENTIRE TIME ASKING ME IF I WANTED TO GO TO COURT OVER THIS. SHE IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND INSTEAD OF HANDLING THINGS HER SELF SHE SENDS HER EMPLOYEES TO HANDLE AN UNHAPPY COSTUMER. THERE WERE NO AGREEMENTS ONLY AN INVOICE SO BEFORE YOU EVEN CONSIDER DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY MAKE SURE YOU GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING. BETTER YET FIND ANOTHER COMPANY. I HAD TO PAY SOMEONE ELSE TO COME AND CLEAN WHAT THEY DID NOT DO. SO JUST BECAUSE IT SAYS DEEP CLEANING THAT IS DEFINITELY NOT WHAT YOU THINK YOU WILL GET. SO AGAIN SINCE I HAD TO HIRE SOMEONE ELSE, THIS WHOLE THIS HAS COST ME OVER $500.

I have used Hilda & Crew for the last several years.They always show up on time.I have been very satisfied with their work.They are honest and competitively priced.I will be continuing to use their service.

You dont deliver what you promise, and you want to take advantage of your employees. He pays little and wants his employees to report taxes at the end of the year, as if they had their own cleaning company; when in the end he only pays them $ 10 an hour. That is an abuse! Open your eyes and dont be fooled.
