Although I tipped the guy that helped wash my suv, the 1st guy I believe was Haitian gave me a bad experience. I told him my problem with berries stuck on hood paint and immediately assumed I wanted to pay the cheap express wash versus telling me what he can do for me. I had educate him on customer service and his demeanor.

I been coming to this place for almost two years and I told people about it because I’ve said they’ve done a good job washing my car but now they just lost a customer because I didn’t like the way I was treated today they did a good job on my car but I always ask for the paper mats Everytime I clean my car and today they want to give me attitude and tell me they can’t give it because it wasn’t a full detail and then I asked if it was a new policy and he wanted to start getting smart with me and then he started saying I’d have to pay for it lol nope not after I paid $20 for a wash I’m not doing that I’m good then he said he’ll give it to me today but I’m not getting it next time ! Well there’snot gonna be a next time buddy audios 👋👋 by the way this is supposed to be the manager ! Some manager very professional (Sarcasm) 😂

Classic Car Wash of Coral Springs is terrific! I take all my cars there because of the quality, value, and personalized service. I get my cars cleaned inside and out, with tire bright, for just over $18, including tax. Great deal! Most places want to charge $25 or more, and it is rarely as good as it is here. After the vacuum and run through the wash, workers spend at least 15 minutes wiping down all the surfaces inside and out. This attention to detail is outstanding. And they dont mind if you tell them they missed something because they want you to come back. The manager, Sean Hernandez, has gone out of his way to get to know me and to make sure I am pleased with their work. Ask for him! Great guy! About every six months, I bring my cars to Sean for extra detail work. The best part is it doesnt cost $150! You just discuss your needs, and he comes up with a fair price. I bought a used 2000 Saturn Wagon and brought it in for the works: shampooing all the carpets and seats; hand wax; and deeper overall cleaning. Because I am a regular customer, Sean charged me $80 (see pictures). I also bring in my 1998 Mercedes-Benz. Look at the pictures after the $18 inside-and-out car wash! Great wash and vacuum but sometimes they have to do the rear glass twice to get it right. Have been going there for 25 years. New owners took over 2 years ago and did a great job putting in all new equipment and upgrading the building. Best in Coral Springs.

So, after all these years now they make you drive it through the wash. I’m sorry but that diminished the experience significantly. For $35, I would sit inside on the massage chairs or get some work done. Forget jt, I can do this at a gas station. They didn’t even come inside to tell me it was done, it was just sitting out there.

This place used to be really great. But I came back for the first in over a year and realized they have started to lack quality. I bought the $34.99 lava shield inside and out and while the outside looked amazing the inside was terrible. They only vacuumed the floor mat, not where the seat and door meet. They stopped putting the shine wipes on your dash which is honestly what I wanted the most out of it. I wish I would have only paid for exterior and felt like I wasted my money. Will not be coming back.

I chose the $12.99 deal on my first visit. Exterior wash, vacuum, and tire bright service. What really makes the difference is the manual soapy scrub down prior to entering the auto drive-thru. I’ve got a large Ram pickup and it gets dirty everywhere. The tech actually hopped up into the truck bed and scrubbed the roof too! First time I’ve ever seen that. Scrubbed the windows and bed rails as well. Even the custom exhaust extension was cleaned. Super friendly, and pride in their trade. They enjoy making the customer happy. Refreshing experience. The truck looks great! You’ve got me for life. Thank you.

I have to say it is a very good car wash. Bring a different car every time and they do a really good job of getting a clean inside and out and at a reasonable price I am very happy.

Horrible service. Was there for an hour and 35 mins. Windows were left with film and streaking. Never vacuumed back of my SUV, not customer friendly and system to wash is awful! Have been going there for years. Will never go back again!!

Detail oriented team, love this place to get my car an extra deep clean

The place used to be Coral Springs car wash. While the updates on decor adding inside waiting and new equipment are nice for us customers, the reason Im there is for my car to be cleaned and that did not meet expectations. My radio had dust all of over it and little white flecks on my dash. I had rewipe it all down myself. IN my own head I question if it was because I had a free wash that was owed to me from the last time I went there and they broke my umbrella. But I did leave a $10 tip. Just sad because I liked CS Car Wash.

When I’m in Coral Springs I make sure this is the only car wash I go to, most professional staff in the city & they know how to leave your car spotless. Great owner who knows how to keep his clients satisfied

June 30th: Did not like the quality of wash that I received. Haste most definitely made a waste, a waste of my time. I chose to do the hot wax, and it left stains all over my white car. Now I have to spend more money and find another car wash that can buff it out. I came here since it was local, never again. I completely feel bad for their employees working in the hot beaming Sun. They should definitely have some type of cover up for them.July 3rd (update): I went back yesterday to speak to a manager to see if there was something that could be done about my car since I couldnt fix the issue myself. I was advised to go the following day since the manager was not in. (Mind you I did not realize they had commented on my review.)I went this morning, and was completely blown away with the service I had received from the manager and owner. Not only did the manager suggest to get my car washed again, but he also participated in the cleaning. I have never seen that type of hard work and dedication at any other car wash from a manager. The owner himself came up to me and apologized for the experience I had received the previous time, and clearly showed they take matters personal. The place has such a great following that a couple CS Police officers have their patrol vehicles washed there! I will give this place another chance, and left my prior review there to show that even though I had a terrible first experience, managment takes complains seriously to make their customers happy and keep them coming back.

Disappointed. Used to be the best car wash in the area. Three times in a row now Ive paid for the $35 full service wash and its been subpar at best. Lazily cleaned interior especially. Have had to ask for a towel to complete the interior cleaning myself each time. I have been a regular customer for years and today was my last visit.

Brought my 2018 Jeep Wrangler here and let me just tell you the service from start to finish was amazing. The staff is attentive, lobby is clean & smells great....not to mention the amenities while you wait, makes waiting for your car no problem. My jeep was clean in & out, even down to the nasty bugs on my front bumper. Will be back again for sure.

The car wash scratched my mirror, and they didnt wash off the bugs on the front. They also missed the entire lower portion of the vehicle.

For years I went to this car wash. moved out of Coral Springs to Plantation. I was staying with friends in Coral Springs and decided to get my car washed. Rude from the start. I had some dog hair on my back seat... I still do. Didnt remove it. My windshield was dirty on the outside... now its dirtier on the inside. Seems dirt was moved from A to B. Worst car wash experience in a long time. I would just assume go through a gas station car wash and vacuum the inside myself. It certainly is not what it once was. STAY AWAY

The 1st thing I would like to say I had my car washed at this silty the yesterday August 19th 2029 the company did a great job of washing my car however I did not notice until 6 oclock this morning that the antenna cover was knocked off my car by the carwash company I call them to deign to question them on this they told me let they did have the item I explained to them that I would come by later this morning to pick it up. After I arrived one of the employees said are you the German that call this morning about the antenna cap for your Kia optima 2014 I told him yes he said wait because the manager would like to talk to you the manager came over and explained to me that they did not have the cover for my antenna I explained to him that I was told that that you did have it he denied it I explained to him or now what is the process he told me that theres nothing they can do because they did not have the item calmer now please understand the antenna cover it was there I did not pay attention to it when the car was was complete I just jumped in the car and drove off but when I got into my car this morning at 6:30 Ami walk to the car from the back and noticed that it was missing theyre the only ones that could have done it one person told me they had it 2nd person told me they did not extremely disappointed in their management team.

I have 4 children so needless to say my car gets pretty dirty. Everytime I bring my car in the attention to detail on cleaning is outstanding. My car actually stays clean and smelling fresh longer than usual. The staff and management treat everyone with VIP customer service. Extremely personable. Their waiting area is very clean comfortable and offer coffee while you wait. Highly recommended!!

They have a new owner and management now. My car is immaculate.I am going to go back more often now.I used to go in the past but because my car was still not totally clean when I left (I used to wipe down the dirty spots inside and out when I got home) I stopped going. I highly recommend having them do your car. My was so clean I gave an $8 tip. Well worth it.

Brought my car in for your basic car wash, the place is under new ownership and you can see that through the cleanness of the facility, the friendly staff and the smily faces. While waiting for my car to be ready, Nicholas (the vacume guy) comes to me bringing $100 that he found in my car without me knowing. This kind of honesty you hardly find these days.

My 1st time here, got in line for service and then I realized I forgot my wallet to pay. The owner Jeff came up said Hey dont worry about it, its just a wash stay in line and you can pay me later...all I can say is, this is now my car wash place!!!!!Coral Springs Resident

We had just gotten back from a road trip and the car was in desperate need of a wash (gotta love the bug splats from traveling the Turnpike)! We saw this location and decided to try it out. It was relatively easy to get into, but when we pulled into the driveway, we werent sure what to do as we didnt see any employees. A young lady came out shortly after we were sitting there for a minute or two and asked us what kind of wash we needed. She was knowledgeable and answered our questions on the different types of washes. We opted for the $5.99 exterior wash only (no hand drying at the end). We were directed into the wash where another employee pre-treated the cars exterior. Then, we were directed onto a track and were moved through the wash. It did a good job of getting the bugs and road grime off the car; however, there was a still some soap left on the car after we exited the wash.Overall, this is a decent place to get the car washed, and I will probably be back to try out the wash and hand dry option.

It is an organized place with good quality products and good prices. Its owner is friendly and cordial. Recommended it
