I took sales training classes and coaching with Anne and I attribute some of my success to what I learned in class. She provides a sales process that works for any size client and for any size sale. It really taught me to focus on my client/prospect and to spend more time listening and to ask open ended questions to get them to share with me their problem(s). It also taught me how to eliminate the negatives so that the sale is easier to close. However if you need to teach your staff on how to engage your customers or to effective problem solvers, take the classes on customer service. If you need your employees to focus on goal achievement or conflict resolution, look at the team building classes.If you need personalized programs or standard, Anne can help you and your staff to be better and more effective.
