I am a subcontractor I work with these guys a few times over the last few years and they really have their stuff together, im always aware of the scheduling Ive never left in the dark on whats going on all the people that work for them All seem to be on the same page all the time and more importantly I dont have to wait to get paid they take care of the people that work for them better than most others.

James Goldman DDS:After several months of interviewing General contractors, we decided to higher, Sean (GC Building Group), theyre pricing was very fair, they showed more than adequate experience and knowledge,We had our dental office completely remodeled from floor to ceiling, their efficiency and communication was remarkable, the team they work with made the project move so quick it was such a pleasure, to have people that care as much about my businesses I do. It has only been a few months I wanted to wait before posting a review, we had no issues with any of the work performed, to spite delays, some caused by else with last-minute decisions, the job was still finish on time.I have had work done in the past that my residence and it did not go very smooth when it was time to remodel our offices I was very reluctant to my prior experiences, after diligently researching the process numerous contractors we interviewed, we are very pleased with our choice, and look forward to having them build our, next offices as we expand, I cant say enough about our experience it was very pleasant.

I had some pretty bad water damage from a hurricane several months ago I had Sean, (GC building group), out many months ago and once everything was settled with our insurance company they honored their pricing even knows pretty far back almost a year, and got my house back in order, in the process we decided to redo our bathrooms well no work was spectacular, the experience with Sean and his crew was wonderful as well they were very courteous, clean, and they gave me a finish date that they actually finished by, I am very satisfied with their work and their service I highly recommend them to anybody that is in need of a contractor.

We had our kitchen and 2 bathroom remodel, they didnt excellent job, they were on time everyday, and they finished faster than they said they would, its been just short of year now, and we havent had any problems with any of the work they did, they were so knowledgeable and courteous, we referred them to everybody we know, I just want to say thank you for the excellent work and Great experience.

I hired gc building group to remodel our office it was a great experience and an unexpected experience as I have dealt with contractors in the past and to say the least they were not efficient Sean and his team at gc building group were really helpful, and very efficient they finish the project in half the time they estimated, even their estimated time is shorter than other contractors I interviewed prior to hiring them, they were very helpful with helping to find specific finishes and products they were always available when I needed to know something or had any questions,I highly recommend them if you have any project that you were in need of getting completed efficiently and correctly, I plan on having them remodel our kitchen and our house next.
