Man do I miss getting my hair cut by a true professional. Alva is the man. I let my hair grow out on purpose knowing I’m coming to Florida to get a real cut.

They cut really good but only when have their doors unlocked. I went there for the second time when they have the open sign lit up and yet their the door is still locked

Came in early for an appointment. Left after they took someone else who came in after me. Shrug. Lots of other options in the area who are better at scheduling and managing customers. Didnt even get an apology after barber told me I was next and then proceeded to take a walk in.

Was introduced to New Image by a friend. Glad to have done business with them. When you get your ears lowered- have a trim (haircut) 💇, you will feel the same way I do, free (on top of your head, that is)!

Best place to get a haircut although I have anxiety so sometimes I get pretty nervous before going in there but when I do its awesome and I always leave happy. wish I knew my barbers name tho hes always a nice guy to talk to and I wanna call ahead for an appointment but cant do that since I dont remember his name.

Arrived there on Friday afternoon, waited as long as I could (nearly an hour) then left because I had other appointments. No one seemed overly disturbed that a customer was walking out. Returned today (Sunday) got served after a moderate wait. Felt like I was overcharged since it seemed like I was charged full price plus for a haircut I usually get a senior discount for. My bad because I didnt ask first but they sure did not win me over as a regular patron.

Never written a review before but I had to for this place. They did me wrong and its my birthday, so let me explain. I call an hour ahead to make an appointment and the guy says we dont take appointments but if you hurry I have a barber thats open. I say dope Ill be there soon. I get there in like 10 mins cause I have other things to do today. I tell the dude Im the guy that called and how long will it be. Dude doesnt even look at me and is like my barbers in the bathroom hell take you in 10 mins I say cool. 10 mins turns into over an hour Im just chillin there watching them take their friends over customers. Its just messed up no acknowledgement of the people that need the service, apparently they dont need the money so just go out of business already. Listen to the other 1 star reviews, the 5 stars are all bots or their friends.

I went in for a haircut at 6:15. After 30 minutes I left. There was another gentleman in front of me. I didnt want to sit there for another 30 to 45 minutes. Sorry, but this guy was slow.
