I have nothing but great things to say about Pinwheel. When first reviewing sample videos from various video vendors, I found that the style of Pinwheel’s videos was more simple and elegant than the rest. They recapped the most special moments in a beautiful and seamless way, whereas other vendors used so many special effects that their videos seemed jumpy/chaotic. I’m so glad we picked them because we couldn’t be happier with the final product!Most notable about my experience with Pinwheel is their amazing customer service. I corresponded with Alonso Aliaguilla on the revisions (mostly minor edits like song choices but also adding in a video clip that had been taken on an iPhone from the rehearsal dinner) - he was very receptive and prompt in his follow ups. We were thrilled with the second draft, although there was one clip during which the sound was messed up on my dad’s wedding toast. I realized over a full year later that I had never sent the email requesting that fix, and I was afraid I had missed the boat (contractually, I had 30 days from when we had received that second draft to request any further revisions). I reached out to Alonso to see if there was any chance he’d be willing to make the fix, and he could not have been nicer. He got back to me right away and made the requested changes, which he was not at all required to do. I’m so grateful because the final video is perfect and will be such a special keepsake for years to come. I’d highly recommend Alonso and his team to anyone!
