I was excited about using the dry cleaning lockers in my building because of the convenience. I would even pay more for the convenience. However I dropped my laundry in the locker on Wednesday morning at 7:30 am. It was picked up and delivered to the dry cleaners at 11:30 am on that Thursday. Its now a week later and still pending delivery. Its not convenient for my clothes to be gone a week. Called customer service was on hold for 15 mins probably other customers complaining. Didnt reach anyone. Called again when I had time, same outcome. Email technical support, never heard back. You want things done right, do it yourself. Still pending delivery.

I always take my clothes here. And now that they switched their name, Mr. Locker has gotten even better. They have lower prices than before, they have a faster turn around and give more discounts. I really have nothing negative to say. They also have shoe shine and repair.

Been using this company for awhile. Quality was good before but even better now. (I think they changed owners) Just got back my wash dry fold and Im super happy with the quality. Its going straight into my closet. :) I have little time to do laundry and this service helps me out a lot.

Loved their services. I had a Duvet that my dog usually gets on top of and filled with hairs and they got it all off! They also were very quick. New management really makes a difference in the quality. They also gave me 25 % off my first order and always send email promotions.

Mr. Locker never fails to get my clothes to me quick and perfectly dry cleaned. I am always very pleased with the outcome and I recommend Mr. Locker for anyone who is looking for an easily accessible dry cleaner which does not require you to go during certain business hours and make an extra trip.

HORRIBLE customer service!

I have a lot of Wash and Fold and shirts for Launder and press. They give me two different bags for free, blue for Dry Cleaning and Green for Wash and Fold. Within two days, I have my orders back and their application is really simple to use. Definitely recommend them to all who are always on the go.

Very poor service. Turnaround time is very slow. The company also does not maintain their lockers well. I had an issue once where I could not take my clothes out of the locker because the locks battery was low. The company said they would have someone at the locker by 7pm to open it and would call me. I never got a call that night. Prices are also above industry averages here in the local market. I recommend steering away from this service if your office building has other options available to them.

In Miami on vacation. Dropped off clothes Thursday. It’s now Monday and we still don’t have them back. Our flight leaves in the morning and we can’t get ahold of anyone. No one has returned emails or voicemails. It seems we’ll be headed back home missing half our clothes. Never again!!!!!!!

My boyfriend and I gave them some shirts to launder and his dress shirts/blazers and my evening dress to dry clean. They clearly say dry clean only on the tags. They laundered his blazer and absolutely ruined it. Its all soft-edged, misshapen, covered in lint balls and PILLY. They also washed my dress, which was a very soft kind of sweater material and now it too is fuzzy, pilly and looks like crap. Who the heck puts a suit jacket in the washing machine?? Never using them again, which is a shame because their locker in our building seemed so convenient.

I had experience with the previous owners of Zoom over at College station which basically had me avoid this location all together. Fortunately, they were bought about by a new company I had used when my office was by their Aventura location. Loving the concept and convenience of having secure access 24/7, I decided try this location since its close to GFs place.Ive noticed a fantastic change with their turn around times. These guys are consistently getting my clothes back in 48 hrs, which is quite likely the reason Ive started using them more consistently instead of hassling with using the steamer, or adjusting my routine because inconvenient hours at other nearby choices.The quality has drastically improved as well, sport coat/ suit jackets look and smelled like new. Almost went with 4 stars since theres always room for improvements, but the fact that they dont lock down every single button or sleeves with clips, plastic tabs, etc. in the name of justifying a higher price for something that just drive me insane whenever Im trying to grab-n-go something that was dry cleaned or laundered. 5 Stars dissevered just for that! Haha Keep up the nice work Mr. Locker Crew!

New shirt came back with 3 buttons missing

They are very friendly and I like their multiple locations. Prices are fair and my clothes come out looking great ever-time.

They ruined SIX of my shirts on my first wash and fold order and they blame me (because I obviously stained them myself) and the shirts (even though Ive had them washed at other stores without an issue). They are unwilling to reimburse me for the washing, let alone the damages. Terrible customer service.
