Today, we are celebrating the first anniversary of my Toy Australian Sheppard, her name is Slovenia Aussie. I went to my local PetSmart to buy her favorite puppy food. This store is special. I always find what I’m looking for quickly, the personnel is very friendly, the store is very clean and well organized. Also, they offer must pet services like grooming salon, pet hotel, training classes, and many other. I definitely recommend this store to all.

Went to this Petsmart yesterday to get a little tank for my toddler. Overall the store was ok with the tank selection and accessories. The actual fish selection could me a little bit better. We sometimes go to Petco and they have way more variety of Tropical fish. But anyways the person that helped us was very helful explaining everything I dont remember his name.I gave it 3 stars because one the parking in this mall is crazy. You cannot come here and do a run quickly because just by trying to find parking is about 15 min going up parking and then the elevator takes a long time etc. so is not a practical location I rather go to another Petsmart like the one in Flagler. And another thing is that the actual store wasn’t that busy and it took a while until a person was able to help us.

We favor this Pet Shop! Extraordinary things for each creature and mind blowing costs as well. Besides, obliging individuals. For each solicitation I expected to introduce, they replied without a second thought, so that shows that they understand what they are doing. In the event that you havent been to this Pet Shop already, its a spot to look at!

This pet shop also sells outstanding goods at fair prices for any breed. In comparison, the workers are really friendly. They answered all my questions without hesitation, showing that they were experts. Its a must see if you havent been to this pet store!

We have been going to this petsmart for years and everyone is always so welcoming. From the moment they see you come In through the door they greet you. The associates that recognize you already greet you as friends and they are always helpful. We’ve also taken training classes with Alex, he’s great! He’s encouraging and helps you when he sees your frustrated and even stays after class for a couple of minutes to chat or clear up any doubts you may have

Wonderful spot! We got to see the cutest guinea pigs and Zoe the cat. The pricest were ok and the people were friendly.

My pet tail was bleeding and all they can tell me is she may have chewed it herself. My pet is 3 years old and never previously chewed her tail. The person I was on the phone with had no empathy or remorse behind this issue and just hung up.Update: further more after investigating her body. I’ve noticed the behind both of her ears are large burn scars with scabs attached to them. I don’t recommend the location to no one.

Andrew from the petsmart hotel was amazing. Had an emergency with our baby Toby and was so patient and kind with us. Would gladly leave our baby with them again 💙

The time theres no discount and everything its so expensive

Store very few customers. If you are looking for Fancy Feast or Frieskies Cat Can food shelves have been very empty past few months everywhere not only here. There is a shortage ask Google you will find out why.

Excellent mostly the foods for my pets, which were often difficult to come by. If you like, they can also clean your dogs.

I take my dog to doggie day camp pretty much daily and she always has a blast, they are so nice and you can tell the dogs are always well taken care of. Nicole from the doggie camp/ hotel is always so so sweet to us!!

It seems like they don’t have enough cashiers to attend customers. The checkout line was 15 customers deep & only 1 register open.

I use the PetSmart boarding facilities whenever I have to go out of town without my dog. It is a large and beautiful facility and my dog seems to be happy there and well cared for.

Good service on washing my dogs

Parking was very inconvenient, and as far as they grooming services, its very overpriced, $86 + tip for an 8lb dog and my baby still had her tear stains, I was so annoyed. We usually take her to the petsmart in Pembroke Pines and they are usually able to remove the tear stains however, they were fully book. My baby left the groomers looking like beattle juice:( Needless to say I probably would not recommend petsmart in the Gables.

Ive come many times over the years- they always have what I need for my pets. I bought two bearded dragons from this location. One survived and is my best friend now...the other died in its childhood not to long after purchasing since she was sick before she was in my care and sadly nothing the vet could do but take my money and give me their condolences.

This Petsmart is always clean well stocked and has friendly employees, most importantly the animal enclosures is exceptionally well maintained. That speaks volumes of how they appreciate pets.

Too few staff and the ones available are not very helpful. Long lines at cash register,only one register open. Place os clean and has good variety.

Quick and easy except for the parking for the building which is quite a headache. Staff at the store were very friendly and helpful and prices were decent but not great. If you need something in a hurry it’s a great option with great selection, otherwise, order online from other vendors ahead of time

Yesterday I brought my father’s Chow, Charlie for a shampoo, cut, brushing and fur vacuum. It said $98 on the website. The manager was emotionless, rude and does not seem to like animals or people. They charged an extra $8 because the Chow has long fur (seriously, Chows are supposed to have long fur). Fine. No problem. I came to get Charlie and he was completely shaved! I wish I could share a picture of him. How could they brush or vacuum a bald dog? Today he is sick and shivering, because I think he caught something from this horrible place. I wish I’d taken him someplace else...

Went in to purchase my child’s first pet; a turtle. This locations turtle was pretty big and not the size we wanted but since my child was so excited to finally get his turtle, we got it. The lady helping us out took the turtle and got it all ready to go and while she did that we went to go look at tanks. The bigger size tanks were more expensive than what we saw from another place so we were looking at temporary tanks to use for only 1 day. Another worker saw us looking at a tank size and she didn’t approve of so she said she could not sell us the turtle because the tank wouldn’t be big enough for the future. We explained that we were going to buy another tank but she wasn’t having it and still refused, all while making a weird scene about the whole thing. associate that packed the turtle came with the turtle ready and had to go put it back. Both workers walked away and they thought we had left the store immediately but on our way out we started to look at something. We overheard the worker bad mouthing us and how dare we try to pull that stunt all while being a completely unprofessional employee. Great way to act like total garbage humans while a child is around and can hear you bad mouth us AFTER you refused to sell us something. That is why I never come to this location and drive all the way to the other petsupermarket.

Handle pets with genuine care!

Customer service was horrible, assistant manager was assisting me asked me to wait a minute as he how to solve an issue with a cashiers. He never came back to assist me, after I saw him prancing around the store socializing with other employees, he claimed he had forgot. He didnt even bother to apologize. Not the first time that Ive had to wait extensively for assistance.

I cant remember the cashier lady name but she was very nice and helpful. The store was very clean and the prices were reasonable. Just wish they had coupons for prescription foods.

This was my first time at this location. Id ordered some cat food and treats from offline for the black friday sale (yes I think of my pets too) and set it for store pick-up. I typically go to the midtown location but they did not have all of the flavors available that I wanted for my fur babies.At first I was a little annoyed that I had to wait in line after discovering that there was no customer service. However at the same time, the check out system for online order pick-up isnt tedious and the waiting in line didnt bother me as much.Once the cashier called another store associate, the associate checked my ID and walked to a rack and retrieved my order. The fact that they have it in the front of the store readily available made it all the better.I think I may come to like this location more because while they have some of the same shops that midtown has, the parking here is free and they have more eateries and more stores as a whole. The atmosphere just felt different and I appreciated it. Not to mention as I said before, the parking is free!!!

BEWARE!! DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PET AT THE PETS HOTEL!!! USE dogvacay or your neighbor or a stranger is better than this pets hotel on Montgomery in Albuquerque. My dog came home very sick. They didnt follow my clear instructions on caring for my dog. And to top it off they were going to charge me additional fees for a vet visit that was created by their negligence. I might sue! The store manager could care less. I was in Honduras dealing with this nightmare. I had to call my elderly father to solve this problem. TRUST ME. I HAVE NEVER LEFT A GOOGLE REVIEW IN MY LIFE. BUT THIS STORE MANAGER IS THE WORST DOG HATER I EVER MET. WANTED TO ALERT OTHER PET LOVERS TO USE THIS STORE THAT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!!!!!!!

Was able to find everything, although the employees are a bit uninformed on how to care for the animals, which is to be expected seeing as theyre not veterinarians.

Should know to treat better your costumers.I just took my dog on emergency because she cut her paw and was bleeding.I asked the lady in the pet hospital section if i can see someone but her response was No, we are overbookedI explained her that my dog just got injured and i didnt have time to book any appointment.She didnt care even though my dog was in pain.Heading to another vet to take care of my dog.This lady was completely rude and off.I hope you guys do better in the future

This petsmart is great. My only issue with it, is that the classes are on the isles of the store, they do not have their own separate area. I went there with my dog (service dog) and went looking for a bed, but since the class was on that isle, they asked me to leave, since my dog was distracting the dogs from the class.

I wish I could rate the Grooming Dept separate from the store. I dont plan on coming back to this location for grooming services unless I absolutely have to. It wasnt absolutely terrible, but my experiences at both Kendall locations has been MUCH better. Cholis past baths at those other 2 locations are quicker and still leave him so soft and smelling amazing. Here...not so much. 🙁

Love it here. They have such an amazing variety of food, toys and goodies for my dog. They always have a clean store, organized, their employees are always nice and helpful... a 5 star overall rating. Thank you.

Very good customer service

Ive used this dog hotel several times due to its convenient location; however, after my last experience it will be my last time taking my dog to their hotel.The hotel is a glorified kennel where the dogs are not treated well. My dog was boarded for 3 or 4 days while I was out of town. I asked on the last day that she receive a bath. Upon pick up (I was ten minutes early) they had yet to give her the bath. Because of this my dog was forced to sit in her kennel all day since I opted for the bath as her activity for the day.She clearly did not receive a walk in way too many hours or was not given enough water. The moment we stepped out of the store she voided and her urine was the darkest orange Ive ever seen it. Poor girl had been holding for way too long.They said her next bath would be free..etc but you cant put a price on my dog being treated correctly. There are plenty of other dog centers in the area and the extra few dollars is fine knowing she is safe and well taken care of.

Took my cat to this store for a bath and brush.Its not easy to get to, not easy to find parking. Parking is also not very close to the store.My cat throw up on our way to the appointment, when I arrived, staff took a looked at my cat and said she cant give him a bath because of his age (17 yr) and hes never gotten a bath at their store before, also hes stressed right now.I feel like they couldve provide more information at the time we Im booking with them, all they told me was bring the proof of rabies vaccine, nothing about my cat cant be too old or stressed or has to have prior service done.I had a very bad and disappointing experience here.

Staff very friendly and communicative. I was calling the hotel twice a day to find out about my cats and the staff answered quickly. Unfortunately the hotel only has 6 space forcats so I had to select a boarding below and the other upI would like also that the cat boarding will be an little broader.But overall everything is fine and would take them back if necessary.My thanks to all the hotel staff for their nice work!

I shop here since the very first day I moved here 3 years ago and I always find what im shopping for! Employees are always very kind and loving towards my cat which I bring to shop for his food every week. A very recommended location for anyone with pets!

Its okay

I keep getting the impression that the cat groomer is not happy with her job. I paid for a bath and cut. When I picked up my cat she was not bathed and full of dandruff. I had asked for the dry shampoo but didn’t get that. I had to ask an employee to atleast wipe her down with a wet towel. My cat still had a lot of dandruff and the shaving was uneven. I was not happy with the results.

Customer service is not that great. I called 3 times the first time I called I was hung up on. Then the second time as well because the woman on the phone didn’t know English, I tried my best to tell her what I needed in Spanish and she just hung up!The third time I called the grooming department again to ask how much it would be to bathe and get my 6 month old short haired cat nails trimmed? But they kept transferring me around I talked to several people and no one could answer my simple question.It must just be the people working there for this shift, because I called afew months ago for my dog and the person who helped me was super fast and kind.

Horrible customer services at the store. Personal at the store are really unprofessional.
