This place does not even deserve one star. Avoid it like the plague. CEO Arturo Villar contracted me in April 2015 to write 3 articles for his Hispanic Market Works newsletter, one a month over three months for an amount he specified. I delivered two of the articles, (which he was quite pleased with) by which time I was expecting payment for the first. After receiving evasive answers on the status of my invoice from the bookkeeper, Beatriz Cruz, I grew suspicious and did some research, finding that he had been sued NUMEROUS times by unpaid contractors, as well as governmental agencies (guess which!), and even a criminal charge of petty theft that was later dropped. People in Miamis advertising industry also told me he had a reputation for not paying people. This was surprising as just a few years ago, I had known him as a solid, go-to source in the field of Hispanic marketing. How times change. He never responded to my inquiries about payment. Needless to say, I did not deliver the third assignment. To add insult to injury, I later discovered that he ripped off an article of mine he found on the Internet and stuck it in his newsletter!!! (stolen content he how he fills his newsletter by the way!) Terrible business.
