I went to KHC for an SGB procedure at the request of my sister. She insisted I go in for a free consultation. During the consultation, Eva explained the procedure and answered all of my questions. She was very kind and caring to me. The staff was very sweet and supportive. as well. Jennifer the nurse and Jennifer the patient care coordinator were there to help me through the intake process and calm my fears. Dr. Raul made me feel at ease. His patience, understanding, and expertise confirmed that I was in good hands. Immediately after the procedure, I felt a sense of peace that I had not felt in years. Today I feel happy, I am free from panic attacks, and I am able to do things that I had given up on. I encourage anyone who suffers from PTSD to give this procedure a chance. It changed my life. This place is amazing!! Not only is everyone super nice and accommodating, they know what they’re doing!! With 2 sick kids at home, I knew I was bound to catch something. The reason that you dont have a patient under this name is because this account name is not my actual name and I dont need to provide my actual name to give a review of your mediocre practices.This place is taking advantage of people who are not well mentally (in terms of prices), I did 6 sessions here, they claim that the prices are for a professionals in a professional setting. All they do is clean your arm, insert the I.V and stand outside the door (usually during every session the nurse would wander away and I would be calling for someone with no response for a couple minutes).If the price for this treatment was maybe around 150-200 per session, that would make more sense (I still think that even that is overpriced) I understand you need to make enough money to run the business, but the price you are charging is not worth the service being provided.I only received a call after my first session checking up on how it went, every other call after that was just regarding appointments.I did receive followup regarding the previous session every time that I returned in person to the clinic though; but I was also told that I was going to have a followup call after all my sessions were completed (to check results), I never received any followup call after all my sessions were completed, this isnt important to me, but as a business that claims to care about their impact, it made me think otherwise.Some of the staff and nurses were very nice and caring, but that doesnt make up for the fact that the service being provided does not coincide with the prices being charged, and the fact that youre charging those prices, means you should at least take some steps to upgrade your facility, for example, there were countless times were I would be distracted from conversations happening outside of the room, why not sound proof the rooms and add a microphone inside of the room to be able to hear the patient through a monitor???I was very critical of this review because I feel like you guys know that this practice is hard to come across and that people are desperate and will be willing to pay the stupid prices you give, so you charge them anyways with no remorse.

My experience was my first call to set up an appt and they asked for my credit card for the consultation which I thought was extremely weird. They charged my cc $150 and when I decided to go to a place closer to home, it was really difficult getting my money back. Many different excuses. Finally got a credit but it was NOT the full amount I sent them.WHY? IS THIS EVEN LEGAL?Also I was reading a not very nice review by an actual patient using a pseudonym and this company reported him to Google. Why? Was he lying or telling the TRUTH?Be careful what you say these days.BECAUSE ITS trump COUNTRY NOW.Im not expecting to see my review but maybe one person will.

It was late at night when I was looking online for newer and better treatment options for my depression and anxiety. I have (TRD)treatment resistant depression and my two medications where not cutting it. So intravenous Ketamine came up as a newer option for TRD and the more I researched the more I was opened to try it. So Ketamine Health Centers came up when I Googled ketamine near me. I spoke with Vicky who is nothing but kind and sweet and set up an appointment. I came into the office which is very relaxing, kinda spa looking and waited to speak to one of their staff. When I came in that day I was extremely depressed and anxious. I had a crisis and knew I had to get help immediately. I spoke with Eva. Eva has been with me through this process since day one all the way through my last treatment. She is nothing short of a miracle worker and a blessing. She heard every word I had to say of my long story, and not once did she ever lose her focus and attention to what I said. She handed me Kleenex as I cried. She spoke with her boss and worked with me with pricing as insurance does not fully cover this. This to them is not just a business this is a passion for helping those who really need it like I did. I won’t lie it’s scary during the first infusion because you do not know what to expect but they make the whole experience comfortable. Like I said it’s like a spa. You have this amazing recliner with a warm blanket, your very own eye covers, Alexa playing tranquil and serene music in the background. All of this on top of one of the most professional, compassionate nurses I have ever met, Jenny. Jenny is incredibly sweet and her voice is reassuring and calming. You also have Liber who is a very wise CRNA. All these people were there throughout my journey. As for the Ketamine experience in of itself well.... all I can say is that it’s a different wild ride each and every time. Just remember that everyone’s experience to the medication is unique. You may have a good or bad experience the first time but the second and third are better. But the science is there. It is worth a chance especially if you feel hopeless and in despair because nothing has worked. I received a total of 6 treatments lasting about 50 minutes not including the recovery time. During many of those treatments I relived many wonderful childhood memories and was less worried while I was under the infusion. Hopefully my review helps someone in need of finding a newer/ different treatment option for depression. I cannot thank enough Ketamine Health Centers for everything they did for me. Basically nothing short of saving my life. God Bless.

Both the doctor and nurse are very caring people. They explain everything very well. They monitor you during your infusion and give you something to calm you if the feelings get to intense. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely,the most wonderful staff but it is mainly run for money don’t expect a phone call back if you do not have the very pricey treatment up to your hopes even after being a regular client and trying your best to get better don’t expect any type of sympathy from managment. It is mainly run on a money perspective not even giving hope of providing help after paying $500 and not having good results or worse like in my case having bad results. Too bad,honestly. Money is the main companies worry it’s clear now after I explained in detail my bad last treatment and was not even contacted back by managment . Too bad especially for people that this is a last resort for . Don’t expect miracles or empathy it is a business .

I am beyond thankful for the care I recieved from the staff and both the Weston and Coral Gables locations. Everyone I worked with was kind, empathetic, supportive and made my comfort their #1 priority. My experience was phenomonal. So much relief; I am changed on a cellular level. My anxiety symptoms (ALL of them) went from a 10 to a 0.5...and it is lasting.The office is clean and comfortable; recliners, headphones, blankets and beautiful artwork. The IV process was super easy with no complications. The therapy I recieved was exactly what I needed...she knew me without knowing me!
