Best customer service. I went in to ship items for a girlfriend who was in Columbia who needed her personal items from Miami shipped to her unexpectedly. I was provided boxes to buy and all the assistance to make this happen at a great price. They were very patient with me! Excellent service for someone who didn’t have a clue what I was doing.

This place doesnt have a sign outside. Servientrega is inside of a Currency change office. For shipping to Colombia they have very affordable prices.

The lady working today named Myrian-Clearly didn’t want to work- told me I had to wait over 40 min before she could take care of me cuz she was busy closing 1 box- made no sense. She couldn’t put that a side for a second to take my box that was ready to ship!

Communication via telephone is an impossible mission as well as disrespectful, after an exaggerated wait of + 10 minutes, with a message to be answered shortly, the call is cut off abruptly and without any explanation. Hopefully the service to be rendered is not like this.
