The Guy in charge has no manners, a complete ignorant in the Customer Service bussiness. Not fit at all for the job.As others stated in the reviews: very rude!! He never allowed me to explain myself, it was a one way talk.Very ugly and dirty place, no parking available.Look for a another place....

Terrible place! I had to get my background check from here for my employer. The lady in the front desk was speaking on the phone with someone who I guess was a friend of hers, barely did her job, she was also drawing and writing on a little notebook as she was on the phone. Very unprofessional. The place’a appearance is not inviting either and it is not very clean. Terrible.

Fantastic experience with exceptional customer service. Called under critical circumstances as police stations are closed to the public for fingerprinting; not only did they confirm my questions over the phone (and I asked many), they provided additional helpful information to provide comfort in using their services. The plaza theyre located in has stairs and elevator. Unfortunately theres a bit of a step at the door of the office itself. Parking can also be tight if it is a peak time due to other businesses. Otherwise, got in and out in about 15 minutes. Theres plenty of seating, a restroom, and other amenities such as magazines and television. The staff was very accommodating and the main guy conducting the fingerprint was very nice. They also made sure to sanitize each and every area of the waiting room and materials. Highly recommend this business for fingerprinting.

The worst place I have being in all my life. The Cuban person who took my fingerprints was unpleasent, hurry up and agressive. If you are working offering services and I paid for it, why I have to tolerate your unkidness and agressivity? very bad experience.

The staff was polite, professional, and competent. What more could you ask for with customer service these days? Mr Rios went out of his way in assisting me calling numbers to get the correct required information needed from the courts so I wouldn’t be charged again for a procedure I previously paid for. Extremely helpful. Well worth what parking inconvenience you may experience but parking is a headache everywhere.

The worst costumer service the guy in the front desk wearing glasses was very unprofessional and rude, He started screaming to each and everyone who was coming in the place. The girl taking care of the finger print was very quiet and nice. It must be a nightmare to work with a guy like him. He shouldn’t be working there. Unprofessional and rude.

I made an appointment for This Saturday, 27th of December, I was told the latest hour I could come was 10:40, I said: perfect and gave my name, even asked for the price of a fingerprint card, the man said 21 if I don’t have it previously, I arrived today at 10:25 and I have been knocking the door and calling and at the end I got some text telling me the place is closed and that I was late, so unprofessional and rude. Don’t recommend it to anyone.

Parking was a gigantic drag first of all, but the place was easy after that. Quick prints done by a polite middle aged lady and I was out within 10 to 15 minutes top. No problems here.

This place is not for human beings, no one deserves to be treated like I was. It was quick, but that rude, nasty attitude the guy gave me wasnt necessary. He has no manners, no education at all. He opened the door and told me: lets go, put your purse and your phone on the table! Stand here and give me your left hand, but hurry!! What language you prefer? English or Spanish? I think you are not understanding, I have other things to do!! You can leave if you want!Terrible, maybe he think he is God and everyone needs him, he should be locked in an office doing something with no customer interaction.

Quick service. Highly recommended. Unfortunately, the ability to post reviews empowers certain reviewers to complain about stupid things and expose themselves as fragile little flowers. For example, one reviewer here accuses the owner of having deplorable manners just because the owner asked the customer to relax his hand so the owner could take the fingerprints properly. Unfortunately, some people need to get a life and a clue, preferably at the same time!

They are super fast but I agree with one of the others. The guy that runs the place has deplorable manners. Maybe he thinks he still works at the prison or something because he acts like you have no choice but to go there. Not true. I need to do background checks on all new hires but I stopped sending them there because the guy is so rude. Basically, I got same treatment. He had my hand to do prints and I must have turned my finger and he said ok if we are gonna do this just relax let me take it from here, got it? A hole

I walked in and no one was at the front desk. Once I rang the bell the employee showed up and immediately gave me attitude. I then proceeded to wait an unusually long time. Once I was taken in to get my fingerprints done the staff rushed through the process. It appeared as if they were more concerned with closing up and going home instead of doing a good job. I was highly displeased with my visit. Never coming back again.

I arrived at 10 am and nobody was there. It was fast. I had just write my info on a paper and then they took my fingerprints. When I got out it was like 10.30 and it was actually full of people! So go before that time!

This place is horrible.Bad customer service and bad work ethic. I got my finger prints done for the school of justice program back in October the man at the front desk was very rude and would interrupt you. The school called me in November to notify me they never received my background check so when I called, the man picked up the phone and again was very rude and did not even let me finish my question. Today i went in person and he said my prints were sent and it was the schools fault, he did not take down my name or looked me up in a system to verify that they were in fact sent, he just kept saying they were (i took my prints about 2 months ago so how would he remember) he gave my mother and i so much attitude and literally kicked us out, when i kept asking questions he threaten to call the dean of my program..this man is horrible to even speak to. DO NOT GO HERE! YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY! i gave it a 1 star because i cant give it anything lower. Horrible experience, i dont understand how that man is working there with the public.

As an educator, I have never experienced such an unprofessional level of incompetence as I have with my experiences with Fingerprinting Technologies.I took my prints in mid October, and in late November my job tells me they were never recieved, even though my employer was sent a receipt for paying for the service.According to the technician, they were mistakenly left unsent. No actual reason for why they werent unsent, just that they werent sent at all.If you can choose where you get your fingerprints done, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Warning.....Do Not Use This Company Under Any Circumstance.The service is absolutely horrible. There was problem after problem dealing with them which resulted in me being charged twice for the same job, and a setback and delay of two weeks waiting for them to transmit my fingerprints. The worst customer service on the planet. Dirty Place, and definitely not a place that I would trust agan to handle my fingerprints. Stay Away from this place... Beware!DW

Worst customer service. Room full of people waiting and all the staff is dealing with one client who did not know what finger printing they needed. Instead of one staff member dealing with that while they go processing other clients. Then they had another angry client demanding a refund for the wrong finger print exam.....Meanwhile the waiting room as at a standstill. They treat you as if they are doing you a favor by accepting your money. Go elsewhere!

RUDE, RIP OFF, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER WILL RECOMMEND TO ANYONE, EVER. I called before I walked in to make sure they can fingerprint me to send off to Kentucky board of nursing. They said yes. When you first walk in, the guy at the desk is on the phone, just looks, so I tell him I need fingerprinting done. He gives me a piece of paper to fill out, he tells me once you are done someone will be with me.I return the paper with the information, where it asks me agency requesting the fingerprint I ckearly put KENTUCKY. The guy says one word, after he glances at my paper for a second endorsement?I say yes.... Meaning yes I am getting my license endorsed in kentucky.I am called to the back fingerprint was done in 10 seconds, I ask wow its fast, he just says yea it will be ready in 10-14 days. I ask really? That long? Then I go out the room, they say its 90 dollars and it will be sent out today.I was like wow, ok. But something seemed wrong so I ask where are you sending that? He says FLORIDA board of nursing. I ask why. I didnt ask for that. He then basically goes off on me saying I told him that that was what I asked and lies in my face saying I asked you if you wanted to send from Kentucky to Florida or Florida to KentuckyNOWHERE in our conversation did anyone ask me what I wanted, the only thing the guy said was endorsement which I assumed he was just asking what I was getting fingerprinted for. He rolls my eyes, gets defensive, says its MY FAULT WHEN NOBODY CARED TO ASK ME ANYTHING until I stopped them.They tried to make me pay an extra 90 dollars saying the info was already submitted. I told them that isnt my fault that they didnt care to ask me what I was here for knowing I called and talked to one of them. They made me pay for their mistake, an extra 50 dollars, for a total of $70 when all I needed was a $20 dollar service.NO APOLOGY, no NOTHING. I WOULS NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.
