I don’t have words to say how much Zoe helped me!I had my case ( a very complicated case, with domestic violence home ) almost 3 years in the court. As soon as Zoe comes in my case everything started to move forward. She is also very nice to all my three girls. I remember on Christmas we had some problems with my daughters father, so I texted her, because I was worried, and she didn’t think twice, she tried to help us immediately.She always spoke to my daughters, to try to help us in so many ways.My daughters feel confident to spoke to Zoe.I trust on her services and how good she is!!Her testimony and observations was indispensable for the judge decided to give me full custody of my daughters!I’m so happy and grateful for Zoe !! She should not be allowed around children. She is easily biased and has zero common skills in recognizing parental alienation not mention zero followup on time sensitive matters. She sent us to reunification which cost 2600$ which worked and was wonderful then did nothing for 5 months while the alienating parent rebrainwashed the child and totally disregarded the reunification report in court 5 months later. Then was going to make us start all over. We ran out of money 55k later in the battle and still dont see my step son. She ruins families and lives.

I want to share our experience with Ms. Zoe Zojaim Solorzano-Downs. She is an extremely knowledgeable and effective Guardian Ad Litem who was the third to be assigned to our very complex case. As the GAL for my son, she showed immense compassion, kindness, and understanding which allowed him to feel comfortable and safe in her presence. This also allowed him to open up, express what he was feeling, and share his experiences with her. She was adamant in making it clear to both parents that our child was her client and that she would work hard on his behalf, leaving no stone unturned. She considered all factors and was able to see the big picture while paying attention to the smallest details in the case. Ms. Zoe is familiar with the appropriate resources and assisted with implementing the safety plans and services put in place for my son. Her honesty and compliance were evident each time we met with her and she was always professional and organized at every hearing. She consistently maintained a neutral position throughout the case and was always respectful to all parties involved, even providing peace of mind in the most stressful of situations.I found Ms. Zoe to be very committed to the case as well as her other cases. She never stopped working. Shes a strong and effective advocate for children and that is where her passion lies. She will prevail in ensuring that the final resolution, in any case, will be in the very best interest of the children and she is an asset to any family.

I googled looking for a therapist for some personal issues that I needed help resolving. I am pleased to say after going to several sessions to see Zoe I have effectively learned how to cope and resolve my issues. She is extremely compassionate and she listens without passing any judgment and has a way of resolving issues that I have never been able to resolve before with other therapists. Zoe has been for me and my daughter god sent. She has helped my relationship with my daughter not only in an emotional level but a psychological one as well. She is not someone to play with she is extremely by the books by no means will she put anyone in jail but she will rest assure that the child’s best interest is completely met.! I have known Zoe for over a decade now and she is an honest, compassionate, and hardworking individual who advocates for children and their families. She has a strong moral compass that does not crack under pressure. I would entrust the well being of my own three children to her, as she has already proven herself worthy of the challenge in the past.

She was supposed to represent my son’s interests. She didn’t even talk with with about the time share and she recommended to the court for my son to go with his Dad 7 days straight. When my son learned about that he hated her. He lived with me all his life not with his father. He was 13 years old then. He got so mad at her, He didn’t want to talk with her ever and when I complaint to the court about this situation she forced herself to stay in the case and then started to overcharged me as revenge for me complaint about her. I couldn’t afford to pay then she ask the court to put me in jail. Is she working for the best interest of my son or for her OWN interest? Don’t hire her! She is really mean. Be careful!!!
