These people are amazing, from the receptionist to the Attorneys. I couldnt have asked for a better company to help me through my closing. As a first time buyer I knew nothing and was terrified. My realtor wasnt helpful and the lender was impossible to get a straight answer out of. CGT really went above & beyond to help me understand the ins & outs of a closing, what it truly means to be a homeowner, how to understand the loan documents and so much more. Nice receptionist, but they do not return calls. As a lender, I will never loan money to anyone using this title company. After 2.5 months, still waiting on original recorded documents and title policy. I was told today via the receptionist as the lady responsible for this transaction cannot seem to return calls or talk directly to lenders, that the title policy is still not done. 2.5 months after the closing. Nonsense.
