Theyve not made anything easier. We would have saved time and money by calling inspections with the county directly. They have 2 good inspectors but the rest of the company as a whole is useless.

Ive worked in Architecture for about 19 years now and I will tell you that this is by far the WORST 3rd party reviewer, at least for hotel alterations. Once they approve the documents they are suppose to submit the S&S set to the City for official review. However, these guys just continue to re-review the set even after they approved it 3 times! They literally keep confusing themselves! Round and round we go (an entire year now). Do yourself (and your budget) a solid and just submit straight to the jurisdiction.

MTCI is great, had a big project I was planning on doing for one of my properties and they helped me with the whole process. The price was affordable and everything was completed in a timely manner.
