Dorothy was amazing. She helped me update my resume and got me interview ready. I am now hired with a great company, thanks to her. 10/10 recommend.

They post jobs from free websites like Indeed which you can find yourself. Then they try to charge you a percentage of your salary for helping you land a job that you can find yourself for free. Their job postings on indeed are purposely misleading and never specifies that they are not the employer. They are simply the middle man that can be cut off.

My experience with Futures was a very good one. They are basically a firm that helps you find and secure a job/career you would be interested in.I’m still in the process of hopefully securing a position with the help of Dorothy. I had a great virtual interview with her and an ok follow up interview in person. There were no fees upfront but they do ask for a fairly small percentage of your salary from a job they help you secure which is understanding to me. They also have different options for payment of that percentage.Dorothy was very helpful with helping me understand their process and even gave me some very useful interview tips I could use in the future.

Ms. Stein, the woman I interviewed with, was beyond rude. She did not give me any details of the job posting, talked over me when I attempted to make any remark, and belittled me. She went so far as to defend her rude attitude by saying she is only helping me and giving me professional advice. NOTHING ABOUT HER INTERVIEW WAS PROFESSIONAL. She was the worst interviewer I have ever encountered.

To be honest I do not know where I would be right now (physically and financially) If I had not listened to Mrs Dorothy back in February (when no one could have imagined the storm that was coming.)Today I am grateful for the job I have and thankful for the service received at Futures Personnel Consultants.

Working with Futures was a great experience because I got a fantastic job. As an MBA graduate I was looking for a management development job for a Fortune 500 company, and that is exactly what they were able to give me. Yes, I was required to pay a fee once I was offered a position with the company and only if I accepted. I considered it an investment in my future as I move closer to that ultimate goal of a six figure management position. I appreciated the professional advice and guidance that Futures gave me. The interview process was rigorous and Futures offered assistance during every phase of the interview process. I honestly dont think I would have been offered the job without the help of Futures.

Working with futures was an excellent experience. They are upfront with the services they provide and take the time to really help you through the employment process. Futures works extremely hard for their clients and puts forth the effort to make sure they understand their clients needs. They will reconstruct your resume for FREE, so that it is top notch and will prepare you for any interviews or tests you will have. Futures was able to get me several interviews with Fortune 500 companies and thanks to their help and preparation, I did extremely well in those interviews. I would highly recommend Futures to anyone who wants to jump start their career.

Futures is the best staffing agency I have met with. They do require a percentage of your salary if you find a job through them, but they invest so much time and effort to land you a great career job. All the opportunities Ive had so far have been with fantastic companies with awesome career paths. Never has an agency spent so many hours with me to prepare for interviews.

Futures Personal Consultants is a great recruiter company. The personnel are excellent, they assist you to pass any assessments and they also prepare you very well for the interview. This company can find you a job quit. You have to pay a commission according to your one-year annual salary. So, in this way, you pay for the time invested in you. If you are looking for a job and you could not find any in a longer period of time, I recommend go to Futures Personnel Consultants.

Im writing this review to tell my personal experience using this Futures. It is true that they charge you a $5 processing fee, and it is true that you are charged a percentage of the salary base for the company for which youve then accepted a position for. With that said, had I not accepted the position with the company that I am now celebrating a 4-year anniversary with, I would have learned great skills and techniques for seeking employment and interviewing, and sharpened up my resume with experienced professionals... for $5.Although I understand that the thought of paying someone for a job may seem silly to some people, I can proudly say using this firm is the best investment Ive ever done.

Do Not even fall for it. No decent recruiting agency charges you for something your future employer should be paying for. Do not share too much information with them, they make all these little notes during an interview when really all they are trying to do is generate new leads and get you to sign this contract with them for a great opportunity, which you can easily find yourself and no need to pay anyone! they want 20% of your first year annual salary, which in my opinion is ALOT to ask! you will pay them 20% and about 30% in taxes, and will be left with 50% of your salary!

(I am a real reviewer. Not paid for my opinion. I do not work for the company. )I am writing this review because I am shocked to see how poorly this company was rated. I have read some of the previous reviews and clearly many negative commentators took time out of their day to slander The Futures Personnel Consultants review page. Please, lets have more positive people write reviews as well. Any feedback is good feedback if it helps better someone else.I am an absolute fan of Futures Consultant. I worked with them for a few weeks sharpening my professional skills. Here is my review: (1) The company spends time and effort on each and every candidate in their program. (2) Their main priority is to get you placed in a career that fits your skills and time frame. That stood out to me because I did not feel like I was rushed into making a decision. (3) Their contract is clear and precise. They even let me take my contract home to review it before signing (I never sign important documents without thorough examination). (4)They care about the details. They answered all my questions, tweaked my resume, and provided some business etiquette refreshers. (My degree is in psychology with some background in the sciences and business. So I am fairly familiarly with some of the business standards.) (5)They do their research. They use several psychological tests to evaluate you in a manor similar to the major companies you are hoping to get hired by. They also ask for your demographics, statistics, and job history to predict and improve your likelihood to succeed in that job. I received so many follow up tests, calls, emails, even the president herself called me on her direct line just to make sure I was okay and to see how my interviews went before and after I had them. If I came in to take a test or for a meeting I was seated in one of the nice private offices with coffee. They do share a large reception area with lawyers. I have met a few of them. They are smart and helpful. (6)Futures Personnel Consultants has great connections and they are not afraid to speak on your behalf. They go above and beyond. Overall, I can honestly say it was a great experience with plenty of positive memories. Thank you Futures!WARNING:Many of these reviews are critical. But you also have to look at the individuals leaving them. If you do not know what you want or need, how can you expect them to find it for you? How can you ask an agency to invest their time in you if you can not meet your end of the deal financially? Lastly, if you are that confident in your job searching skills why look for help? You can not expect something for nothing. You go to a consultant agency with the expectation to pay for their services IF you get a job through them. The truth is you may get a job on your own but your odds are better with their stamp and seal of approval.Like everything else in life please take my review with a grain of salt. My experience may not be your experience. But if you do get a call back (not everyone does) go there with an open mind and know what you want. Good luck!

Upfront with what services they provided. Ive never paid for any of the prep, testing or resume edits they did. There was free coaching on how to proceed with moving forward in companies as well as interviews. They keep you prepared and put the work into you. Yes there is a fee once you get the job, but two things...One: they get the door open for you when it comes to the job you want. I personally have applied for positions and got nowhere. When i applied to the same company and position through them, i got interviews and callbacks...Two: you need to spend money to make money. The time and effort they put into you developes you into a better professional in this working world. Its aggressive and competitive. They gear each person for their specific role. Its worth it. Expecially when you can call day or night, they always are there for you. No other place has done that for me.

This company is a total joke. They charge you 20% of your first years salary as their fee. Sure it would be great if they hook you up with legitimate companies and great opportunities. HAHAHA when I got there the ONLY position they had available in my whole industry of FINANCE was GARBAGE. So for a position that payed $35,000 you only got $28,000 minus taxes. I mean, do yourself a favor and ignore this establishment.

Waste of time and YOUR money. Mrs. Stein who runs the place is very unprofessional and rude. She was over 45 min late for each of our appointments and took a phone call in the middle of my interview.First they ask strange and un-ethical questions e.i social social security number, birth date, drivers license number, banking information, rent or own, vehicle information and marriage status, credit score, etc. After our first meeting She updated my resume and made it borderline fraudulent. Finally as you will see others say, they charges you 10 - 20% of what you get offered (10% is only if you pay the amount in full... if Im looking for a job how likely is it that I will have that $$). Why should I pay you for making a few phone calls and a fake resume?DO NOT USE THIS service. - There are plenty of online resources and other staffing agencies that dont charge you a dime.

I had an amazing experience with Futures, they were able to get me a career with Geico in the Leadership Development Program. It was a highly intensive interview process where Dorothy would help every step of the way. She was willing to go as far as assisting me with some of the essay questions that were required from Geico. The most incredible part about it is that she gave me the skills to be able to read the room and adjust my interview answers according to the person in front of me.

Not exactly sure what they do here. Got called in once and got asked a bunch of questions they already had the answers to from my original resume and application for internal use (whatever that means or they just like to waste time). Speaking of wasting time got called for another interview which Im sure they could have easily done the first time around. I told them I can do whatever they need over the phone and/or computer but I guess that was too technical for them and they couldnt. I guess they just wanted to waste more of my time. So if you dont want to waste your time look past these folks and keep things moving in your life :)

Wish I would have Google searched your company before wasting two hours of my time with you. But after reading your responses to their reviews I couldnt help myself, from writing one of my own. I imagined from looking at the strange and un-ethical questions that are asked e.i social social security number, drivers license number, banking information, rent or own, vehicle information and marriage status, that something was off.It is quite obvious that you make your living off of scamming job seekers. The information card is only a tool to better collect on ignorant individuals that actually sign your outrageous contract.Hope my review helps deter potential job seekers from being taken advantage of.

Responding to the owner regarding my review; B.S.PEOPLE, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME…WARNING!*I hope whoever becomes President of this country will work with the hierarchy of the State of Florida and closed down these types of scams of employment agencies, like Futures Personnel Consultants.__________________________________________________________This employment agency is a waste of time. Any employment agency that charges a potential candidate to pay 20% of a first year annual salary, it tells a lot about the company. The company is cheap and it comes across as a marketing scam.Futures Personnel Consultants, Inc. gives an impression of not being a well-established employment agency. This company is not BBB accredited. As the Cuban saying, they are a MICKEY MOUSE type of employment agency. They provide a nominal type of service.During my years working as a contractor or temp-employee for many different employment agencies, none of them has ever asked me for payment. Thanks to my experienced working with different legit or well established employment agencies, I knew something was not correct during the filling out paperwork. There are irrelevant questions that do not have anything to do in acquiring employment. I erased what I input and told the front desk lady, that this does not seem right. I walked out of the office. I should have searched for reviews regarding Futures Personnel Consultants. I would of find out many things about the company and not wasting gas, mileage, and precious time. The ones with three-star review, are given by employees of Futures Personnel Consultants. They have to keep up the scam and gain from those ignorant poor souls that do not know any better. Please really read the ones with a number “1” & II star. Pay a lot of attention to the words of “Aziza Azimova, Susan Whitmore, and Daniel Eskinazi.”College grads and newbies into the workforce, you should know better. There are a lot of search engines regarding how to build up a resume, where to search for legit employment agencies, and “look out”, in other words, “research the companies or employment agencies” in the World Wide Web. Search for “Reviews” and carefully determined your approach and watch out for companies such as, Futures Personnel Consultants with marketing scams. To the owner and the ones working in that company misleading people trying to find employment, “SHAME ON YOU!”Word to the wise: “DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!”__________________________________________No pierdas tu tiempo, esta empresa es como un tipicoMickey Mouse de la Agencia de empleo.
