You will not find better customer service than at FC coral gables. I have banked w Lawanda and Ana for many many years and will continue to do so. Their level of personal attention is off the charts! Thanks guys.

First Citizens is the epitome of how all banks should operate. Lawanda is the best, and in our first conversation, I decided to ditch Wells Fargo. At First Citizens you deal with real people who care about you, not like the entity mentality of mainstream banks. Overall, 5-star satisfaction and I love my new home/bank.

Staff is great and go above and beyond to help you out and explain the different options. This bank is still family owned but their hidden perk is you dont pay no fees on ATM usage. In addition, pretty bummed about the only have one branch in Miami. One ATM in Miami Beach will be closed out once the lease is over. Overall great national bank from North Carolina.
