Gus Cisneros and his staff made it easy and painless to get a quote for my home and cars.Gus took the time to review my policy with me and answered all of my questions. I was able to save quite a bit by bundling my policies.I would definitely recommend anyone looking for home/car insurance to give them a call.

Have been with State Farm Insurance for over 40 yrs now, and with Cisneros since I moved back to Florida over ten years ago - great guy with a wonderful staff!

Do yourself a favor stay far away from this office! Customer Service is a big Zero! Even the receptionist has an attitude, takes two days to quote a policy change? Unacceptable, State Farm should pull this franchise and us customers a great service!

I dont know where the begin. MANAGEMENT SUCKS.Front desk personnel very friendly. Assistant Manger comes across as nice BUT at the end makes your concerns feel insignificant.I dont live in coral gables, nor I drive a Land- rover, nor I have $40,000 Rolex watches at home, BUT i treasure what I have, and try to save as much as I can.They have 2 offices.Please note am not complaining about STATE FARM, am complaining and giving you heads up about the MANAGEMENT (manager) from this State farm agency.Planning on transferring to another one.I dont write reviews, but I need the Community to now how I feel about the Management in this location.
