Don’t waste your money at this place! Their COVID Rapid Tests are 50$ and they will tell you you’re negative. I took a swab test and was positive. This place is stealing your money.

Incredible company!! They have spectacular customer service. Especially Pablo who is their assistant manager, that young man helped me a lot to get my last min COVID test. He really cared about my situation and solved it in a heart beat.

The first time I was there I felt great with it, theyre amazing people, clean space, very friendly, the bad is when I made the swab test, was an Odyssey, the all day trying to call them to have my results, the next day I called and them hung on me . Guys, I paid $150 for swab test, wasnt free, I just wanted my results.they supposed to be 3 days not 4 even a week. And the best the said, well send the results. They dont, you have to call and ask for your results.

Friendly and professional staff. Amazing customer service. Test were accurate and they were disinfecting chairs, door handles, tables, etc. This place is far off better than other test sites.

Beware!!! Their rapid testing for covid-19 doesn’t work. Don’t waste your money. People who we know tested positive doing the swab test, tested negative with their blood test.

If I can give this less then one star I would . 50 dollars cash for the test result the same day. You guys are giving wrong test results. You don’t care for the people just for the money. How is it you take the test get positive take it again the same day get it negative ? Doesn’t make any sense. I took another test the swabs one and got negative. Missed days of work for nothing. DO NOT COME HERE

This place is super friendly and I enjoyed the hospitality. They made the process of testing very short and simple in under 30 minutes, overall happy with my visit and I’ve already recommended to my friends thank you!

I was very satisfied with this place, amazing workers, very friendly went to get testing for covid it was quick and good result and much cheaper than other places, i after went to get a swan test to make sure the results and they sure were negative in both !! don’t be fooled by the haters these results are 100% accurate . faster results than quest . Wendy and Pablito were very nice and friendly and made sure i was in and out in no time !! 10/10 recommend !!

This is a terrible place.I went to my cardiologist the past Friday. He is located in a building in front of this place. It took my attention because they were doing a COVID-19 test, as they described. As there was not line, I went to do this. They charged me $ 50.00 to be paid only with cash or check, and this test was positive!.The thing is this was not a COVID 19 test, supposedly it was an antibody test.It was shocked, and I did the COVID test in another place. It was negative.Then, they charged you, they do not know anything about this, and they scam you. Be careful with this kind of places! They are doing business, they care anything about people.

My experience with the medical center is that everyone there is very attentive and professional.listen to my needs and wants and gave there professional opinion.went in with a 10 type back pain and left with much less pain.

Extremely RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. They solicited my husband for an appointment although we both already go to an Amazing clinic in doral called Dr. Be. & when asked were they got his info they said from an attorney. I later called back and spoke to a disgusting fouled mouth rude billing girl called BRIANNA to whom I asked how they got our information if we already had a physical therapy clinic & she responded your lawyer I told her we were never asked if we wanted to switch doctors or were even notified or asked if it was okay to give our information to a random clinic for solicitation she said well talk to your attorney I then asked her remove my husbands information & to please read me his info to make sure it was correct & she said dont worry we wont be calling you again!! & hung up on me. Then I called back & spoke to WENDY the manager she said & she was equally as rude defending the other rude girl. If you want to be tried like trash & spoken to with an attitude & NOT be helped,heard or understood go to this cheap clinic.. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR.BE OFFICE IN DORAL ON 107TH & IN BRICKELL . Monday 04/01/2021 It is not recommended for the COVID-19 PCR test, they charge $ 150 in cash and also do not want to put the passport number in the test data because according to the receptionist workers they cannot and nobody will do it for you nowhere.
