This business is a scam. They didn’t provide the services I ordered but kept charging me any way and never answered their phone, and that was pre-pandemic so they can’t blame it on that. This company is very unprofessional! They are selling tickets to Disney World with no Mickey Mouse! They have charged our card, cashed our check and have not produced the services or promises agreed upon for marketing our business. This has been a horrible experience as a first time customer and I would not wish this on any entrepreneur! Once they receive your money, its very difficult to communicate with them after the funds have cleared. The customer service is even worse! We are a small business in a Global Pandemic and dont have money to waste because of shady business practices. Please contact us for services that were paid for but not provided. I met with Michael Mycity socials sales employee Wednesday May 27th. I told him about what my company needed and wanted and he assured me these things can be done. Might I add I was very detailed and precise. Met with Alexa(marketer) on May 29th & discovered that Michael had given some mis information about social media posting etc. I called Michael and asked to speak with a manager and he assured me he would speak to Nick(Owner) about the issue. Never heard from Nick and days went by. On June 2nd I called K Michael didn’t pick up. I texted him to follow up. (Keep in mind I have been asking to speak with the manager, not the owner!!)Spoke with Michael again and he said that they could charge me an additional fee for extra post & they information was extremely choppy. I once again expressed that I would like to speak with a manager to discuss my plan further. Days went by, and I hadn’t heard from neither Michael or Nick. Michael visited my office per my request & I once again expressed to Michael my concerns. He said Let him talk to Nick & if Nick didn’t give me a call by 3pm that I can call Nick myself. (He gave me Nicks contact info.) Didn’t year from Michael by 3pm. I called Nick & expresses what was going on and Nick had some knowledge about the account. I expressed what the issue and concerns were. Nick assured me he would speak with Michael and Alexa to get more information about the account and what’s going on and would give me a call back. Nick texted me later that night and expressed that Veronica(Manager) would give me a call the following morning. Veronica reached out with an aggressive and defensive attitude. I expressed to her that there is little to no communication with the marketer and I and As a new client you should not be treated the same as a client they’ve had for months or years. The social media post, once a day four times a week. I told her I CAN DO THAT MYSELF. All of the other services thy comes with the plan still have not been done.She said she would speak to Nick & never got back with me. She called me and said that the financial director would give me a call to give me my options because I am on a contract. I spoke with Joanne and Joanne has no knowledge about the account or what was going on so I explained to her once again. She told me that she would reach out to Nick to no avail. I reached our to her Monday afternoon after our call was disconnected and she was out of the office. I called Tuesday no answer. I called Wednesday morning and she picked up the phone and told me to reach out to Andrew(the other owner of MCC) I called Andrew and Andrew didn’t know who I was and no knowledge about the account. I explained to Andrew who I was and what the situation was. He was really the most helpful through this whole situation. Andrew and I agreed that Alexa would come up with a plan for my company and we would discuss rather or not it can be done due to not wanting to lose me as a customer. Alexa emailed a PowerPoint after I expressed that I would like to have a face to face meeting. I reached out to Andrew for the follow up call after reviewing the PowerPoint. I haven’t heard back from Alexa neither Andrew. I have reached out to Andrew everyday after I received the PowerPoint to no avail. Till this day They charged me and I’ve only received one social media post per day four times a week. None of the other values that come with the plan has been done. I’ve reached out to Andrew several times after our initial conversation following text messages and still have not heard from him. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY

This is the most crooked company I have encountered in a long time. They prey on the good faith of local small businesses and end up conning them. Please, stay away from these company. There are several complaints against them at the BB Bureau. Many of the positive comments here can be easily traced to present and former employees and friends.

I ended up signing up with My City Social about a year ago with a plan a bit over budget due to thinking the services were going to do something that they didnt do. When I realized that I couldnt afford the plan anymore after about 2 months I was told to contact Joanne who was in Accounts Payable and I told Joanne that I had to get out of the plan due to the fact that I could not afford it. Joanne stated that due to me signing the contract I would be penalized for canceling or not paying the rest of the plan for the remainder of the year. I stated at the time I am a college student and really cant afford the plan and we need to figure out a way so I can make payments to them. Joanne quickly came up with a solution to put me on the lowest plan possible and told me instead of making one monthly payment I could call her every two weeks when I got paid to charge my business card. She allowed me to do this for the whole year as well as helped me build business credit through my unsecured business card. If it was not for Joanne really understanding my situation as well as caring to work with me on payments I would have not been able to build my business credit and be able to pay off the debt of the contract! Joanne defiantly has great customer service skills and it is rare to come across great people like Joanne! Thank you Joanne for all the help!

Our restaurant signed up with Eric and MyCity Social approximately 2 years ago. Although weve had a couple of different people working on our account so far weve been very pleased with everything that they are doing for us. Also, Im in the restaurant business and I work mostly nights. Sometimes when I call our sales rep Eric in the evenings and ask him to do something or ask him for a favor he always takes care of us although thats not his role anymore per se. From top down their customer service has been excellent. I was a little hesitant in signing a year-long contract with them initially but didnt even hesitate renewing after the first year was up. Job well done so far guys!

I normally will not write reviews however I believe this one is for those small companies or small entrepreneurs like me that is considering retaining #mycitysocial services. STOP and read below.My deliverable were NOT met and you as I am will be frustrated on how they will convince you to use the service while explaining their service takes time to work all this while you are paying a weekly fee!I started using MCS service on 1/2019 with the sold expectation from the sales person (Michael) they will set my campaigns in my social media platform that will generate leads, This never occured! Five month along the line and paid fees on my 6 month contract my account manager (Paula) and the owner (Nick) indicated I was placed in the wrong service and proposed to move me to another service.Cancelation request are required to be sent to orlando Certified mail to request to cancel service (a technology company asking to send a paper mail to cancel their service this itself is difficult to believe!) a simple email or electronically sign letter in 2019 is not suffice.As of today this is the status of my account I will update accordingly. Feel free to ask any additional question I will gladly further explain my experience.

After negotiating a 4 month trial period where I paid them weekly to the end of the 4 months, despite having complaints with both Karen (who left MyCity) and Victoria about very little work being done, no reports being sent to me as was agreed, they basically just posted pictures on Instagram and Facebook (which is linked to begin with), when the contract I had with them had much more requirements (website maintenance and edits, AdWord and SEO optimization, etc). On top of that, Victoria who was in charge of my account stopped responding to my text messages and would fail to keep in communication with me before I ever chose to cancel. Now, they are trying to intimidate me with a lawyer saying I did not fulfill my contract when I have proofs of payments made from the beginning to the end of my trial period which I obviously chose to cancel.They are using predatory business tactics, they had an F on the Better Business Bureau website less than a year ago, theyve since created a new page thats a few weeks old filled with false reviews from their employees to try to hide their shady past.Stay as far away from them as possible.PS: The 5 stars they have are from actual employees, some of them I actually remember by name. One of their, Nick Christo just left a 1 star review on my business when he has never been there because they are upset of the 1 star review and are incredibly petty. So instead of trying to better themselves when you have given them a chance and they have failed miserably, they will try petty acts of revenge on your business. Another reason to not even go near them.

I have a new small HOME & GARDEN STORE in Coral Gables. I started to work with this company because they were local and I needed help to do Marketing for my new store. Since they started I saw the staff had no skills what so ever. 2 people in charge of marketing, none of them had any idea how to handle my account.Worse after 5 months ... the owner or Manager Nick, BLAMED ME for all there mistakes (wrong phone number in my page, horrible postings on FB and Instagram. I was so embarraced to have those in my FB page, that I had to delete them) He blamed me, because he said I have no identity in my store.!!! I WAS THE CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM..I WAS THE ONE TO BLAMED FOR THEM NOT TO BE ABLE TO HANDLE A GOOD MARKETING CAMPAIGN!!!! ME THE CLIENT!!!!Even though I agreed to try again because i had signed a contract..(DO NOT MAKE MY SAME MISTAKE)!!!They were supposed to fix it all but in the meantime since I refused to keep paying for such a TERRIBLE JOB they were doing, with no results what so ever..not even 1 phone call from a client in 5 months, not even 1!!!! Literally..or a client coming through my door!!!! . Well, they sent me a lawyer to deal with me.Since I refused still to pay them, Nick came to me and offered me to sent a photographer and to create a new CAMPAIGN to fix the ERRORS, AT NO COST TO ME. Well, Lawyer keep calling me. Again they said they will call the lawyers to stop the demand. Well, even tough Financial Manager from Orlando and Nick from Miami, told me on a conference call they will stop lawyers, asked them to send me a letter that they will stop, I still keep receiving phone calls from lawyer demanding payment or else.I do not know how this is going to end but do you think I want to deal with this kind of people, lairs, unprofessional, scams.I am so upset I can not even think straight.MY ADVISE DO NOT EVEN LET COME NEAR YOUR DOOR!!!
