Very disappointed at this point. Customer service definitely needs to work on how to talk to people and keep better records.We paid to have two windows done (top to bottom). Our windows are large and have a semi circle top portion. We make an appointment, they come out to measure. We wait an inappropriate amount of time before they finally come out and install the top portion on two windows. We dont hear from them again until my husband and I ask if they were going to finish the job.When I call, the woman on the line sounded annoyed when she told me no. She claimed we only ordered the top part of the windows only. (Sooo its our fault we werent clear?) This makes no sense. Who would purchase privacy screens for two windows for ONLY the top part of the window. Then she bombards me with the news that she already went over this with my husband. She was not going to discuss it with me then?Well, my husband goes back and forth with them for a couple more days through email. He has been very patient but just as dissatisfied. The responses from them were as follows:-no you did not pay for that- we did half but were rained out- we are back logged- we dont have the materials-The installer wasnt tracking that he had to do the whole window for both windows that were identified. They blame the installer?!?I am all for working with a local business but this experience has us reconsidering that decision.My advice is to go with a business that can prove the quality of their work, are professional, prompt and dependable.What happens now? Apparently we wait.....again! They are backlogged (apparently).Will they finish the job? According to the emails - yes. We hope they do a better job at installing quality materials than they have with the order and customer service. Hopefully we can get a date for the installation.Am I annoyed? Very!If they redeem themselves would you edit the post? Of course. Like I said we expect them to finish the job and do quality work.Would you recommend them to others? Absolutely not.If the company reads this please consider this. I am writing this review with the facts in mind but We are also very frustrated at the lack of care your staff has placed in the situation and speaking with us. We hope this gets fixed soon!Update: They finally came around to re measure our windows....We shall see if they follow through and finish the job. 5/30
