Every day it seems like I have to reprint labels because of day its fine, then the next its not. Ive been shipping with USPS for 3 years now and only when I moved to Copperas Cove did I start having a problem. Ive lost hundreds of dollars from them not scanning items when they pick them up, which I have video proof, to them literally just telling me Im shipping items wrong. Dont know how I have made it 3 years with zero problems until I moved here. The mail service here is terrible too.My neighbors are constantly getting my mail, or I am getting theirs. I have written my last name on my box since we just bought the house a year ago, I return mail almost daily still and they just dont care and continue to put the wrong mail in. I had wrong mail in my mailbox with the flag up for over a week, they just put my mail on top of it instead of returning it. I am to the point of getting a PO Box in another town just so my mail will be correct.

There is one worker in particular by the name of Lanette ( my spelling may be incorrect) that every time I come in or call in to ask any type of questions she continuously gives me attitude. Over the phone she talks over me. In person she never welcomes any one and looks at you until you talk instead of asking “how may I help you” so it just makes the whole encounter awkward and hostile. I never have issues with other workers, just her. When you work in customer service your job is to deal with/ help people so someone should really talk to her about her hospitality. Other than that the other workers are great and helpful and if I get lucky to speak to them I always receive the help I need !

I have never seen a post man that would not deliver mail to a mailbox because a trash can by my neighbor was in front of it. I have missed several pieces of mail due to a trash can. This is beyond ridiculous.

At approximately 8:30 PM 07/06/2021 an unknown female postal carrier arrived at my mail box on Erby Avenue. Mail is usually delivered at around 5 PM, so I had no idea it would be this late. I took my pups out side to take care of their business. I heard the mail truck pull up. I called to my Daschund and her pup to come to me. The Daschund started barking. I walked to get her and the other pup when the driver of the truck said with a bad attitude Put them up! Put them up now! I explained to her I was attempting to do that and asked if she didnt hear me calling and walking to them. She said If you dont put them up now, I cant deliver the mail! I again explained to her that I was attempting to do that. She then to9ld me not to come near her truck, as I was attempting to reach down and get the smallest one. I tild her she could reach the back of the mailboxes just as others did from the truck. She then told me she wasnt delivering the mail. I told her fine. Id be contacting Postmaster.I am an amputee, so it is difficult for me to move quickly and be stable. Its even harder when someone thinks I should jump through my arse!!She was never in any danger. But, I guess since there are so many disabled Veterans in this town, The Postal Service is just one more faction that has no respect for us.Its not my fault or even my problem she was running so late. I did npthing. I am waiting on some meds from the V.A. so hopefully they werent in the mail she kept. Hopefully none of the other Vets that share that community bax are waiting on theirs either.I wilol be at the Post Office in the morning in COpperas Cove.This is the worst mail service Ive had anyplace in the USA.

I have always had a good experience when going in to my Copperas Cove post office. Everyone is friendly and helpful. However, I have called several times today and cannot get anyone to answer the phone. I have a serious question about a broken outside main lock for the multi-box at my mobile home and RV park in Lampasas. (I cannot get anyone to answer at the Lampasas facility either.) When one of my tenants went to the post office to report it. She was told that no one was available to fix it and that the tenants would have to go to the post office everyday and get their mail. Many of my tenants are senior citizens without transportation (one is legally blind). Please advise me about solving this problem. On-line advice is fine).

So many issues, I dont know where to start. The employees yelling at elderly people in line that is a federal mandate that they wear their masks ( maybe they have hearing loss, a+$hat), the carrier that leaves a note in the mailbox to tell me that the mailbox is blocked, or when I leave valuable shipments for doorstep pickup, I get a handwritten note from the same carrier that the item could fit in the mailbox (a. I know that dear and b. God forbid you use your legs). I think the cherry on top of this civil-service sundae is that during SNOVID there was no notice that we would not be able to receive our send mail from our homes. It is no longer no matter rain, snow sleet or ice its if we feel like it. This is what happens when you allow civil service employees who are in no type of danger on the job to unionize. I pray for the day that there is a privatized alternative.

Horrible Service.Was there and did not have Labels...so used the Priority Labels and cut the top and bottom off...Mr. Chief told me that he has to send it Priority if i do not take them off...had to leave and come back with my own Labels...i understand that this may be the policy...but it is Christmas during a pandemic...really not necessary to harass people...If you can...use another post office... I recommend the Harker Heights on Knights Way...much friendlier staff.

Two weeks agoWe got the notification that our order came in. When I checked the mailbox no key was there. I left the mailman a note and he found it. This was our daughters birthday gift which she got a day late!!This week another package was delivered but not to our mailbox! What in the world?! This is important items I need and USPS again lost it! Left another note for the mailman but disnt hear back.I would give 0 stars if I could.

Marked my package as attempted delivery, i was here all day and there was no attempted delivery. She then said it was because they couldnt make it to where i live which btw everyone and their mom is driving up and down my street playing outside and conducting normal everyday life.She then went on to say theyre going to TRY to deliver your package. This is a government paid job, and copperas cove post office has been everything but professional. She then went on to say theyre going to TRY to deliver your package. They even at one point delivered my package to someone elses home. Almost seems like they just dont gaf. Can we get some people who actually care in the office here?

Have lived at this location for 35 years and yesterday was the first time that I know of that a delivery could not be made to my house. I have not been able to get information as USPS does not have local information access on the 800 number.

Ive had plenty of mishaps from the USPS but what Im going to review about has never happened to me. So I sell on Mercari and I sent a package around 1 pound to its destination, which is New Jersey. BUT I get a notification saying its leaving Copperas Cove location. Of course thats fine BUT it was 2 days after I dropped it off around 11 am. Thats not all. It finally gets to Austin then I get a notification that it left and ETA is 12/2. That day comes and nothing, tracking says its still in route. Its toward the holidays so I figured thats why its delaying. I wish that was the case. Then I get a notification saying its been scanned into next facility in Puerto Rico. WHAT IN THE SAM HECK is USPS doing? Now its the 4th and it left Puerto Rico to its destination. Im nervous because of it not actually going there. This is the last straw, they need to really get a whole new staff who knows what theyre doing. UPS is too expensive or I would just go there for reliability. Ugh USPS is horrible.

Why does Copperas Cove post office looks so run down?Look at Lampasas post office that has a very small population have a HUGE Beautiful post office!Tear down is needed or just move to the CVS building thats not being used.Please do something.The wait time is way to long and really not enough space especially with COVID 19 GUIDELINES 6FT APART!!!

Requested online to have my package to be picked up at the facility instead of delivery, but they still put the package on delivery truck and told me they cant hold it at the facility and Ill get my package when ever it is delivered. The woman on the phone was very rude and snappy.

My regular mail lady is great, however, a lot of times mail is delivered by people I dont know and they dont care where they leave packages, even if it is in a whole different street, or in the grass next to the mail box on a rainy day :-(. I ship a lot out of the post office as well and frequently have packages that never get scanned and simply never arrive, as if I never shipped them. The staff at the post office is nice. though trained to sell you the most expensive postage possible. I notice that every time I overhear them with customers. Some people get robbed and dont even know it, but then, YOUR job to find the best rate (aka FLAT RATE BOXES) their job to sell you stuff.

My mother sent a package that we received today which was late. She paid extra for it to be signed for, to prevent it from being left on our porch and possibly stolen. The carrier delivered it and did not ask for a signature

Lobby is filthy, service is substandard at best, 1 clearly counter open, and 4 postal workers all standing behind the desk talking about if they were going to get raises. Happened last Friday. I stood in line for 67 minutes to mail out my great grandmothers birthday gift.

Ordered a package online and I got a notice saying it was delivered to my mailbox. I get off work and check my mail there’s nothing in there.. not even a key. Tried to call and never got ahold of anyone.

Our mail lady is amazing... always working super hard, almost never makes a mistake or gives us the wrong mail. She takes care of our mail like it was her own. Post office staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. Yes it takes some time on occasion to mail packages but that’s usually in times you would expect such as lunch rush and opening/closing.

I dropped my packages off in the mail boxes out front of this post office and they managed to LOSE them between the box and building. The people that work here have an attitude problem too.

Mail woman is not permitted to exit her vehicle to put mail in the mailbox because she is on a schedule and it is dangerous. When asked why others do it: they were being courteous, now they are in trouble, and no one will get their mail because [I] think [im] special. What malarky! Truth be told, shes just too lazy to get in and out of the truck.

Im so sick and tired of having my stuff mis-delivered. Every time I get a notification that a package was delivered, only about 50% of the time is it really there. Im getting mail/packages for other people, and they keep getting mine. Ive had rather expensive packages go missing, causing me to reorder, which means Im paying double price because of their mistake. Im an honest person, so Ill walk others packages to their house.. But are other people being honest about mine?? VERIFICATION DELIVERY PEOPLE!

Everytime I arrive, the serivce at the counter is quick and friendly. Sometimes the line gets long, but my transactions go smoothly. Delivery is decent in the area.

Mail delivered to my house perfectly for three years - never thought to leave a review because theres nothing wrong. I should recognize good folks doing a good job more often. There should be at least 5K-10K positive reviews of the post office on here because I am certain most people in Cove are happy with the level of service at the post office.

My old carrier left the slips. The sorry we missed you I was expecting something so I would be home. The new guy on my route is AWESOME!! This carrier will get out of his truck and ready... KNOCK!! Amazing! This also mean he will get a Christmas bonus that the other one never did.

Second time this has happened and Im beyond furious but lucky I found my package. Without giving out too much info i bought a gift for significant other and instead of my package being delivered to 303 A it was given to 304 A... Ive sat on the phone getting sent in a circle on a helpline just to coincidentally notice an entire apartment down had an Amazon wrapped package in front of it coupled with the fact that USPS is apparently affiliated with Amazon. If youre not going to verify package drops dont work postal. Furthermore there needs to be accountability for incidents like this with follow-up/reimbursement of funds for the delivery cost if Im having to hunt down goods that are worth over 100$. Again worst....experience....ever. The last time a driver gave my package to apartment 21 instead of apartment 12. Be weary fellow online shoppers with this company.

EVERY time besides one time when we received packages they did not bother to ring the door bell or knock on the door they’d simply leave it by the door and that is it. Finally we had a package that had to be signed off so I stayed by the door all day and the mail man decided to be lazy and NOT come up to the door at all not knock or ring door bell (no I didn’t miss him bathroom is close to door I would have heard him knock or ring bell plus all three of my dogs are trained and bark when someone we do not know is at the door!) so instead of coming to the door he left a note in mailbox saying they “missed us” and would allow me to pick it up tomorrow. Constantly having issues with them.

This post office is to small for the size of this town. The postal employees are great and try very hard to acomplish their task. Try to avoid times of high volume like lunch or end of work periods. Long lines and wait times are normal. This town is very close to Ft. Hood and wehave a large # of soldiers families that send boxs and moving items. That create extended wait times. HATS OFF TO THE POSTAL WORKERS THEY TRY THEIR BEST.Please understand this post office is too small for Copperas Cove.

If Only 0 stars was an option. So recently had to have my new card shipped here from home. It was returned because no one was there to sign. Wouldnt let me re-deliver to another US post office, and of course they close at 4:30 because they cant be like every other government facility and stay open till 5:00, and then even better, they wont resend it. So they want me to drive 30 mins to the post office, instead of sending it to another US POST OFFICE LIKE THAT MAKES ANY SENSE. USPS is just absolute trash.

Our rural carrier fails to pick up and deliver our mail about once every two weeks. Apparently, they dont even come down our road on those days. My outgoing mail just sits in the mailbox. If you dont do your job, maybe you should lose it!

Absolutely horrible service. I didnt need to be in the building when I was helping my wife with a few boxes so I was kicked out. The taller woman was very rude. Never again will I go here.

Dont botger to call, the guy I ask inform from couldnt have been anymore rude than he was over the phone. The mail carrier that delivers to the neighborhood I live in never brings mail at a reliable schedule. Majority of the time its delivered after 5 pm. I guess you just have to work with what youre given at a post office.

Terrible service. My carriers leave the boxes at the edge of the road at my mailbox so that it ends up ran over and stolen. They force fit small boxes inside the mailbox to where it takes two people to extract it. This has been an ongoing issue for two years. I have called and tried the complaint process online and it said my address does not exist lol.

Poor mail carriers. We have watched our mail carrier drive up to our house with a box I had to sign for. I was home and watched him sit in his van without bothering to come to my door. If I hadnt gone out to him, he would have driven off with the package and I would be stuck trying to get another delivery. I also just had a package delivered that was not put on my porch of even in my mailbox, we found it laying in the dirt of my pathway by our bushes. Worst carriers Ive ever had to deal with. Doesnt even deserve the one star.

Worst post office ever. Ive been here since November and its April and in that time frame they have lost 3 packages, said I refused a package they never even delivered, and misplaced my mail in ANOTHER PERSONS MAIL BOX! Thankfully my neighbors are polite enough to bring it over to me! Lord knows what mail I should have gotten but havent!

Ive always had a neutral opinion of them; theyve not done anything wrong or exceptional. Recently (07/22/2016), I phoned to ask a question and not only did I have to call MULTIPLE times to get a hold of them, but the man I spoke with had an extreme attitude. He didnt even answer my question.I called back later and spoke with a woman who blamed UPS for everything.Terrible.

I order a package in the beginning of this week. I tracked my order and it was suppose to arrive on the 21th of May in my mailbox. I dont what happened during delivery but my package did not show up as like it said on the tracking number link. I went in there twice to figure it not but nothing. The manager got involved to figure what the deal is. According to him the carrier told him that the package was delivered in my mailbox... I have nothing against the clerk, but the carriers seem to be issue.

Move to this area, I ve live here for almost 8 month with my car park outside and I put in 2 change of address but they send my mail back to sender, I very sad and hurt. .. I talked to postman, He said make sure we get our mail, however, that did not happen. I disable and depend on the mail. I dont understand why this happen.

I have lost so many packages here due to laziness. Either they dont even try and leave a note saying they did or try to deliver when Im not home. I fill out the paper or online form and they take it (the paper) but I still never get the package. The shipper never gets it back either. I also constantly get other peoples mail. They get upset if I park anywhere on the road and wont deliver. I parked so far over I was in front of my neighbors house and they still refused to deliver.

They didnt answer at first but called back on caller ID info. Theres no voice mail. The wonderful woman on the other end of the line (Im distracted by my stupid order and didnt get her name) was WONDERFUL! I had one order from a place that was shipping from multiple sites using FEDEX, UPS and any other shipping available, lol. She contacted my postal delivery professional en route to make sure that the package wasnt delivered to the wrong address. Once that happens, unless youre getting a very honest person, there is no guarantee youre getting your stuff. Im new to the area and VERY impressed. Every time Ive been here the staff was super friendly and the lines moved fast.

We have had Netflix movies stolen and returned by someone who works here.... I reused a priority box that something was shipped to me in and was refused service. So I went home and wrapped it in paper. Brought it back and was almost cussed out and accused of lying.... Customer service appears to be supplied by Hilary Clinton supporters.... They never knock when a package is delivered and requires signing, just put the sticky on your door and jump ship. Then you are forced to make trip to the post office.

First I got a notice stating that I was parked to close to my mail box.from driveway to driveway there is only so much room to park three cars before you start blocking driveways,then I received a notification saying the potal driver left a notice in the mailbox with instructions on how to get my package, so I go check the mailbox and there is nothing in it! And i know i left more than enough room for the lazy, weed smoking driver to get to my mailbox with bo problems

I shouldnt even give it 1 star.. I just moved here and Im already having a difficult time with this place.. Ive been waiting for a locksmith to come for 3 weeks now and I called today and the lady on the phone acted so rude. She stopped talking to me and I kept saying hello and she still didnt say anything.. So I hung up and called back again and no answer. Youre gonna have to be lucky if you ever get someone to answer at that place. Why even call this a business?

I held my mail for 11 days stated I would pick it up on the 18th of August when I went to the post office there was nothing there and I get mail every day. Went home The mailman took the red hold card out of the mailbox but nobody could tell me where the mail was. I do not understand if I said to hold my mail why wasnt it there when I went to pick it up. Now if they find it they can deliver it. I know I was expecting items in the mail.

Tried searching post office boxes and rates. Put in my zip code, and tried the full address and it keeps giving me a post office in NY, Yet Im in TEXAS. Nothing like trying to move and transfer things and cant get it done cause the website is not working.

Its been about ten years since the post office has delivered a package to my house. I only get the slips that say I have to go pick them up. Also, around half get mis-routed to somewhere else. A package from ebay that was addressed properly to me made it to the Cove PO and for some reason they sent it to Georgia.

So this is the second time this has happened. The first time was when I won a free gift from a friends party and it never arrived I assumed it was on the manufacturers side. This time my friend sent me gifts for a baby shower plus gifts for my older 2 children with a gift card for me, I called to pick it up. The post office explained that it already left for the day but the website said it didnt leave till after 1pm. I decided to go out to my car around 6 pm only to see my mail carrier sitting in the parking lot next door going though the mail. I figured I might add well wait in my car 15 mins later, the mail carrier jumped back into the mail truck and drove off, never even bothered to drop off my mail or any of my neighbors. I called to complain and not only did the person cut me off before I could say my first name but hung up on me before I could even explain why I called, Ive now been on hold for over an hour for there main complaint line. So not happy right

Someone sent my daughter a package and according to the tracking number, it was delivered. Well i called them and asked about it and apparently the carrier put it in the parcel box, turned around and took it out the parcel box, took it to thr front desk, who sent it back because they are not supposed to take them and guess what.?! It was found. I honestly think the carrier took it. The post office never found and the person that sent it never got it back...

The are confirming that habe delivered my package and it is NOT in the mail box. Second tume that this hapens....

Delivery man supposedly came to our apartment to place a notice for a package, even though we were home the whole entire day and did not have anyone come to the door nor did anyone leave a notice. Now the post office has no idea where the package has gone. Terrible organization and package keeping if they have no idea where it has gone. Day 5 of them trying to locate the package so far. Numerous more to come Im sure.

Mail person is rude everytime i have spoken to him. Multiple times doesnt deliver packages . Leaves note saying sorry we missed you. Problem is We were home and watched him go to the mailbox and drive off.

1/7/2016I dont know if its just the post office in general, or this particular one, but Ive had big issues with sending and receiving mail on time. I took baby shower invitations there on OCTOBER 29th, they got postmarked the 30th and at least half of them never reached their destinations. I was told by one person they didnt get theirs until DECEMBER 3rd!! I received a package OCTOBER 10th that was sent at the end of AUGUST and it was all but destroyed! It looked like it had been dropped in water and kicked around like a soccer ball. The contents were ruined by water damage and had molded! Ive also gotten 2 letters, on different occasions, after sending a payment via money order thanking me for my inquiry, but they cant locate the item, but Id NEVER sent in an inquiry... One of those times I got a letter that my MO hadnt been received until 3 weeks later. None of these were ever during busy mail season, so I dont know what the issue is, but Im definitely not happy with my current mail situation.

Treated very poorly after the post accidentally changed the locks on my box without any involement from me. Bad business practice started with telling I would be charged $25 if they checked my lock and it worked and continued with them taking one of my keys to check the lock but then not giving me a receipt. It got worse when I asked for a receipt and was accused of wanting special treatment.

ATTN: Post Master Please be advised that the Mail Man that Deliverers to Urbantke Court is putting our mail into other mail boxes on Urbantke Lane and Cir. A Resident from Urbantke Cir. Brought us our Camera that was addressed to our address not other Also I have a Missing payroll check that was sent to me over two wks ago please get the mail man in order or Give us OUR Old mail man back to prevent these issue from happening. Thank you

8 people in line and one window open. They other window was having technical difficulties so instead of changing windows he was in the phone trying to fix the problem for 30 min

I hate the new mail carriers we have on our route now. Its like they are in a big hurry and dont care what mail goes where as long as they get it out. Even had mail found on the ground brought to my house by a neighbor up the street. Since our old carrier retired it sure hasnt been the same.

Post master is very rude and doesnt speak proper English. She decided to get loud with my husband so he got loud with her. She needs a different job not dealing with the public. Also wit is not the same as with.
