Washers are clean and do an excellent job. It is wonderful to get my king size comforter real clean. The dryers are clean and work well. I recommend this place.

This is the best laundromat I have seen ever! Not only do they have an abundance of different sized washers and plenty of cheap dryers available, they are also super clean with friendly, helpful staff! I was able to find staff easily and given all the info I needed despite how inane my questions may have been!! I found I actually didnt mind sitting there waiting on my loads to be done!

I dont come here often but they have the extra large washers that will wash several blankets at once or your large comforters. They always have someone working and its well kept.

So the maintenance lady, did not wear her mask. All signs to enter state masks are mandatory blah blah. I asked for the phone number for manager, and she said. why, cause Im not wearing my mask? I sad yes. She was super snarky, mocked me and said go ahead, hahaha. I did in fact call. I think it is a married couple running the shop. He said he was fighting that battle every day. 🙄

This laundromat is Always super crowded and getting a decent size washing machine or any dryer is almost impossible. The laundromat is kept by an attendant and is kept very clean they are very helpful and have constant surveillance which is definitely a plus if you can manage to get your clothes washed

Clean facility and a ton of washers and dryers to choose from. My power has been out for 4 days and I thought it would be a mad house with all the cars in the parking lot but there were plenty of both left. They also accept cards instead of coins and have quite a few change machines.

Dryer went out and its very clean, wasnt real busy and there u can us your ATM.

They have large machines that are able to wash my king bed comforter.

Lots of washers & dryers available. Most machines allow you to pay with debit/credit cards instead of quarters only.

I am very impressed with this laundromat. We are currently waiting for our washer and dryer to arrive from storage and have come a few times. The laundromat is very clean and the employees are always sanitizing to keep everyone safe. They also have different size machines to fit your needs. My favorite feature is that the machines accept cards (or coins) so you do not have to have coins or cash.

Our dryer belt broke and it hasnt arrived yet so I had to go to the laundry mat. Dont like going at all.

I was so happy they were open. The facility was very clean and staff was wonderful.

The only reason I didnt give them a 5 star was its expensive to dry the clothes. The washing prices are reasonably.

Ton of washers and dryers they work well . Some dryers heat better then others, ones. Ones on top in the middle section seem to heat the best ! Reasonably priced, 4 different size washers to choose from. Attendant always on duty, who is constantly cleanly!Large building, big windows along the front n one side. I have never encountered any problems with other patrons. Everyones seems friendly, just trying to get that never ending chior of laundry done !

A little expensive but they do have 3, 4, and 5 load washing machines so thats expected. Very well kept and clean.

The prices are cheaper in New York and that to me is insane.

Always in and out quickly. Even at its busiest Ive never had to wait for a machine. Staff/owner is always around to be sure things run well and keeps the place tidy. TV always has something different and interesting to pass the time.

I spent the evening at wells laundry #4 in Copperas Cove Tx doing wash. I have used this laundromat for a year now and have never been treated as kind as I was tonight 8/12 by the supervisor on duty her name was Marissa. She was kind and helpful asking if all was working ok for us and if we needed anything she was there to help. If only every place had someone as kind and helpful as she was what a wonderful world it would be. She deserves to be promoted, if only the world had thousands more just like her. 😁😁 Thank you Marissa for your help and kindness. I will continue to use this laundromat with someone as kind as you. Super clean, well lit and surrounded by large windows, cameras at every angle for safety and security. Machines worked perfectly and at a low cost (1.50 for regular machines and 4.50 for mega loaders). Would absolutely recommend!

Cheap and clean. About four TVs with different programs to keep you occupied. Quick to resolve any issue that may arise.

Great place to do laundry ..always an attendant there cleaning..Id suggest this laundry to all..very large plenty of space for social distancing

I come here occasionally to wash items that wont fit in my machines at home. The place is usually spotless and smells good. Not this time. There was water dripping from some machines that made puddles on the floor. There was also powdered detergent on the floor that needed to be swept up. I walk with a cane and any water on the floor is a hazard for me. I was kind of surprised at the condition until I found out that Annie no longer works there.

Clean can get change no kids running around but I think people that wear a mask should be escorted back out, this is why the virus staying around, and someone is there to sanitizing after using the washer and dryer.

Always excellent, great machines in all locations. 1st Ive seen to have 2 shifts on duty. Very clean, with very clean bathrooms. The best.

Attendants keep this place very clean, thank you so much that! Spacious, coin machines, snack/drink machines, multiple mounted televisions, plenty of parking, choices of washer sizes to choose from to suit your laundry load needs, plenty of washers and dryers. I drive from Killeen just to wash laundry here lol so that should say a lot.

Crowded today

Overall its clean and the machines work but there is never any hand soap in the restrooms and the locks on the restroom doors need to be fixed. You have to slam the door to get it to shut if you dont anyone can walk in on you.

Plenty of washers/dryers. Always clean, always a nice mix of patrons. Staff is helpful.Only issue is one worker is sometimes too helpful - almost in a panhandle kind of way. But other than that its a good place to quickly wash clothes.

Just a good place to do laundry

On my second visit, I had a washer eat my money after I hit the stop button to add some clothes literally within the first 10 seconds. There is no warning sign. The attendant begrudgingly gave me my money back, but not til after she berated me for hitting the stop button. I remained respectful, insisting a small warning placard should let customers know. Her reply- we cant put signs up for everything!. I was pretty shocked. To me, this is an important piece of information for a customer. You will lose your money after pressing stop.

I only do laundry here. Place is always clean and feels safe. The attendents are always nice and polite. Ive even been offered help on multiple occasions and seen times where first timers are shown how to use the machines. I frequently see the owner around making sure issues are serviced.

Its very clean each time Ive been here. There are a lot of machines and there are plenty of seats. The bathrooms are kept up, as well.

Giving 3 stars because the facility was nice and clean and the machines worked without any issues. Took 2 stars off because the attendant watched as 2 older gentlemen bring in their Service dogs one without a service animal vest which barked the entire time . Wife ask them politely not to let the dogs on her or our two kids because she is allergic to them.

They allow dogs into the establishment, two older gentleman had brought in two service dogs. They were allowing the dogs to jump on people and bark. I asked them repeatedly to keep the dogs away from myself and two kids, I am highly allergic to dogs and the guy just wouldnt listen. The attendant acted like nothing was wrong. Needless to say I will drive to Killeen.

Very clean with a large variety of front load washers ranging from a double load washer at $1.50 to a 5 or 6 load washer. Dryers start at .50 cents for 15 min with the ability to add an extra 10 min for .25 cents before the time runs out.
