They’re truly the best cleaners. I go to them for any alterations I need and they always do a great job. Also had a cleaning emergency that needed to be done in less than a day and they got it done. Cant thank them enough for their hard work.

Tired of taking things back to be corrected, whether it’s not sewed in the right spot or the stitching comes loose after a wash or two. This place lost my business after I took a uniform top to be corrected, it was off nearly 1/4 inch and she corrected on the spot, well the 1/4 inch anyways, then the badge was offset by a significant amount, I just grabbed it and decided I’ll find somewhere else to get it fixed.

Probably did the best job possible tapering a pair of pants to the same size as another pair I brought, and did fantastic patch work.Fast, exceptional quality, and a great value in dry cleaning. Worth driving a little farther to avoid lesser cleaners.

This cleaner, and alterations is fast and efficient! They helped me out with a last minute rush job for a wedding(even though they were closed). They accommodated my needs,(priced for the situation of course) nevertheless, the job done was great! Would reccomend!

I took 3 pairs of jeans to have hemmed. I have had jeans hemmed there many times and always been very happy. They always hem them, so you cannot tell they have been hemmed. This time they cut them and sewed the bottom, they look terrible and the bottoms are not even. When I picked up the jeans. I was so unhappy with the jeans. My jeans are expensive and I trusted them to do a good job. When I complained, they were very argumentative and said they could not hem them because they were boot cut jeans. I told them they have always hemmed my jeans and they are always boot cut jeans. They said well the job is done and they cannot do anything about it now. They ruined 3 pairs of 80 jeans. I do not want to even wear them. They look awful. They also said people do not look at the bottoms of jeans!! I will never go back. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB.

Wonderful service!! They were a real life saver for me, I had to get my graduation gown pressed last min. They were very prompt and treated me like a person not a number! Best Cleaners is exactly that “BEST CLEANERS” in Cove. Very personable and helpful when making cleaning and alteration decisions. Even waited for me to pick up cleaning after closing so I could get my dresses for an out of town trip. Reasonable prices.

I rarely use dry cleaners but my mom who lives nearby this store got service for trimming couple of work pants for my husband. Cost was very reasonable and the alterations we received were amazing.

I called ahead of time and got pricing on cleaning my husbands ASUs and to set them up. She told me it would be 35 total. 20 for the dry cleaning and 15 for the setup. She also Told me he could drop them on Monday before 5 and pick them up Tuesday before 5. He couldnt pick them up until Wednesday and She charged him 48 total. She says one price and changes it at pick up.

My husband had to get his ASUs dry cleaned, altered and setup last minute for a funeral. They were wonderful! They did it with short notice and everything was perfect.

Ive been here twice now, both times were to get things sewn so I cant speak for their dry cleaning service. My first time there was to get my rank changed on a PC. It was done much more poorly than anywhere else Ive had it done. They clearly just didnt put much effort into what they were doing. The second time I went was to get a tear repaired in a pair of OCP trousers. The lady told me that it wouldnt be a problem to fix, but there would be a small scar. When I picked them up, I found that they had just repeatedly sewn over the top of the tear and had not even attempted to repair them correctly. Now theres about a square inch of brown thread on the pants and theres no way I can wear them.The employees are friendly enough, but they clearly dont care about doing the job correctly.

The clerk went out of her way to make sure my daughters uniform was ready when i needed it even though that meant she had ti get up an hour early. Very friendly, respectful, professional. Clean establishment . Plenty of parking.

Took one month to get my alterations done. I do not recommend!

The absolute best leather tayloring job ever. I had over twenty patches sewn on my leather vest and the final product was absolutly fabulous!!! They helped me set everything up, were very patient, and did it all at a very affordable price. This cleaners is the only cleaners I will ever use again. Their customer service was definitely second to none. Thank you.

I’ve been taking my ASU here for a year now and they’ve cleaned them and even flawlessly set up my ASU when I didn’t have time for it. They are very professional and treat you right. She asks about my spouse every time I go in. I didn’t go there for a few months and she still asked about my spouse.

New location next to the Exxon and Tops Donuts. Great customer service and real friendly and fast service. My new favorite cleaners and alterations in town.
