Top notch service! I was assisted as quickly as possible even though they were very busy. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Management ensures that customers are taken care of promptly and on their way in a timely manner! Any concerns voiced were happily addressed. Overall great experience!

Negative 10 Stars! My daughter had a reservation scheduled a week ago. Arrived today and no car available. Waited for over an hour. I went inside to speak to the guy at the counter with his nonchalant attitude didnteven apologize. No customer service! DO NOT MAKE A RESERVATION HERE! COPPERAS COVE ENTERPRISE

Ryan (and trainee Omar) were friendly, polite, and competent. Their demeanor was a welcome respite after our vehicle was destroyed and the frustration we encountered in dealing with our insurance company. Good job!

Had reservations today at 4:00 to pick up car. My wife and I took off work half day and drive 1 1/2 hrs to pick up rental and drop our car off at body shop. First they refused to talk to me because I did not have a mask on “company policy”. Second, they did not have a car for me. I guess it is not “ company policy” to have a car to match all reservations, or “company policy” to give you a courtesy call so you don’t have to drive or take off work for nothing. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to rent from. On the bright side they did apologize and say “ there is nothing they can do”. Made me feel so much better! ( sarcasm)

I had to cancel my trip because after making a reservation ahead of time they did have a car for me. Nor did they call me. BS service.

Car wasnt clean or ready upon my arrival to Copperas Cove location. Blonde haired guy refused to conduct walk around inspection of car, wouldnt give me option to sign my name and initials in boxes.. Instead he just drew a line through everything and was NOT offered a copy of rental contract. Guy that sprays off vehicles doesnt dry with towel so theres water spots all over, wouldnt clean windows inside or outside. Vehicle wasnt full on gas when picked up(gas station literally 50 yards away).

Never have the cars I need. I always make reservations, never have I gone and they tell me they have the car. I arrived to pick up the car, 3 employees were just hanging out, had my reservation information on their desk. I arrive to pick up my reservations and they start calling places and tell me they dont have the car I need.

Ok experience. I rented a car 9/5 and returned it 9/5 but was charged until 9/8. The place was closed for a long weekend but that was not shared with me when I made my reservation in advance. A $50 rental ended up being 180. I usually prefer to rent with Avis. Theyre authorization fee is only $100 and Enterprise is $200.

This was my first time renting a car and it was an amazing experience. They were very helpful in helping with our situation. We ended up going back the next day after dropping our rental off to get another one. They have a big selection with affordable prices. The car issued to is was very clean and ran amazing (the best car I have ever driven). I will definitely be going back and referring everyone to them. Thanks guys!

They work with you to get you in a vehicle that you can use and that they have available. Also they have great customer service because they can come pick you up to get your rental and then when you are done they can take you back to your destination place and drop you off with a smile.

Still havent received my rental refund. Otherwise theyre a good company and Id rent from them again.

Enjoyed the service. When I realized I needed a vehicle with more space, they were able to quickly assist me and was able to get all my business conculded faster than anticipated.

The assistant manager, Michael, was amazing. I was driving through the area with my family and hit a deer, totaling my car. Michael was able to get us picked up and back on the road in a rental before the tow truck had even made it out to the totaled car. Fantastic customer service, great pricing, and the fastest availability I have ever experienced at a rental car agency. Thank you Michael!

The quality of service Ive received this last week from Enterprise is astounding. This is my very first time using their services (assigned to us by our insurance company). I absolutely say that I will never use a different rental company. I talked to three people over the course of my rental. Each person was super patient and informed. Checking in and dropping off was a breeze!

I had a reservation at another location, but there was a glitch and I was referred to the Copperas Cove location. They were amazing and took absolutely awesome care of me like I was their mom! It was great. I had some second thoughts per the previous reviews. But after calling beforehand and providing the necessary paperwork when using a debit card to pay, it was a smooth process. They were so helpful and able to upgrade my rental for the same price. Kudos to them and also note that they rotate their staffs from time to time. It was my first time renting a car and Martha was able to make the process smooth. There was a misunderstanding about the prices but everything was easily sorted out in the office, even recieved an upgrade. They have outstanding customer service. Everyone in the office is polite and help you out any way they can.

Very friendly and professional service. I stopped by a couple days prior, to inquire about my rental, since this was my first time renting a vehicle, so I wanted to make sure they had my reservation. Ms. Stephanie was so helpful and friendly. She assured me that I was set for that weekend. On Friday afternoon I recieved a phone call from Mr. Abe stating that the vehicle was ready and if i wanted to pick up the vehicle that afternoon instead of Saturday morning. I stated that I did not have ride, he stated that they would pick me up, which they did promptly. The vehicle was clean and my passengers were all happy and comfortable.The whole experience with this company was awesome and I definitely will and already have recommended them to others.Thank you guys so much! 😊

Never an issue with Enterprise. Check-in/out has always been smooth. I also love the ease of use and convenience of the app.

Lets start off by saying first we reserved a truck because ours was in a deer accident. When we did we were told it was waiting once we arrived they had given our reservation to someone else. So they gave us a Nissan frontier which we couldnt keep because it was to difficult to get our 2 month old grand son in and out so we ask for a exchange. They did it and gave us the oldest truck with the most miles on it that was on the lot( F150) which fit our needs except the fact that about every morning I was having to put air in the passenger front tire. So after a few time of this and finding out it was going to be a few more days on my truck. I called them and told them I needed swapped out for a different f150 or equal. I was told that they could do it with no problem around 430 to 530 that evening. So my wife took the truck with bad tire back and by 6 pm. They still had no trucks so they gave her a Toyota rav 4 instead ( how is this a truck). And after getting it home the very next morning I go to drive it and WOW... maintenance vehicle soon light it on..we live about 40 miles from them and this type of issues with rentals in my opinion is unacceptable. I would not recommend them at this point it has been and still is a horrible experience.

She was most kind. The cost for a week was $50 less than Fort Worth. I wanted to rent a mid-sized car. She couldnt rent to me because I dont have a major credit card. Understandable with todays society.

Great customer service. They didnt have the car we ordered they gave us a free upgrade which was a benefit to us with no charge which I was greatly appreciative for. I would recommend them to anybody they were really good.

Initially everything was smooth and a fairly nice experience. However, we had an accident enroute to our destination. Claims went well, no problem (so we thought). When we returned to this location we were dealing with a female representative and she tried to charge us ADDITIONAL charges when we paid for EVERYTHING already deductibles and all. She was very rude about the whole process. Then another rep showed her what she did wrong everything fixed. A month later an even bigger charge shows up on our account. We call to see if we could figure out what was going on; a female rep answers and we explain the situation and yet again the rep was very rude to us and didnt help in any way. She told us to make other calls because sometimes thats how the system works. This was our first time renting and it turned out to be a mistake. We will never rent from here again.

Third time Ive used this location and third time they didnt get my vehicle right. This is for work, I called three times to verify and specify the type of van I wanted and it wasnt here at time of pick up, after they assured me they would be ready. I was disappointed & dissatisfied by their service. This will be the last time I use this location and will tell my coworkers, friends & everyone I can to steer clear of this location, though Company is fine, just not this particular location.

Worst customer service experience Ive ever had. I was provided with a ride to this location, by Enterprise. When I arrived, I was told my reservation was made for a date prior to the date i came in, (that I never even scheduled), and because of this, I would have to wait until everyone else was helped and they would see what they had left over. Told me it would be about a 40 minute wait. I waited over 2 hours. The car they put me in was the same car they picked me up in. The guy that gave me a ride had never left to give anyone else a ride the whole time i was there, so that car was available the whole time. The lady that took me out to get me in the car was extremely unprofessional & rude, and spoke to me in a condescending tone. I finally get in the car, and she wants to see proof of residency. i explained to her that i just moved to the area and did not have a utility bill to present to her. She gave me a hard time about it, after I had waited over 2 hours and told me, People move all the time. Thats why youre supposed to update the address on all your bills. Im not supposed to let you drive off, but just go! While I understand this may be part of Enterprises policy, the way she spoke to me was disrespectful, and i feel she had plenty of time to check this while I was waiting. In the future, I will consider another rental company.

The service is great the car is OK but the only recommendation I have is please make sure they are serviced before you rent them out because the car I rented as soon as I left three hours later the check engine oil light came on that’s not a big thing it’s just having to go back and switch the car out what would’ve been an inconvenience so I just kept the car and when I turned it back in I let them know that it needed to have it oil changed but other than that it was great

Im very very unpleased I get a call from this places on Friday Nov, 15, before Im even off the phone with the Inc ppl, telling me that they have a car ready for to pick up on Saturday Nov 16 at 3pm. Really I get there and its closed. Why even bother calling some one and telling them you have a car for them and it will be ready at 3pm, when thats closing time for the day. Im very unhappy

Poor customer service, bad attitude from the lady working.After reaching out to the email provided by the owner below, we were contacted by manager and told if we are uncomfortable dealing with their unprofessional and rude employee we have the option of going to another enterprise. So dont bother wasting your time responding there will be zero accountability on their part.

Enterprise doesnt provide a good place for employees to clean their vehicles, subsequently you get a so so clean vehicle. And there should be a no vaping or smoking in vehicles, I had to fabreze and vacuum the vehicle I received to get the stench of vaping reduced, for tolerable driving. The employees were courtous and I was greeted with a smile. They even took me to the body shop so I could get my vehicle

Everything went smoothly. An agent met me at the body shop and it didnt take very long to get me on the road. She was from one of the Killeen locations and she was very friendly. I turned the vehicle in at a Killeen location and there were no problems.

They met me at the repair shop in Lampasas. All the paperwork was filled out in advance by them all I had to do was inspect, sign, except the keys and drive away. I called them to discuss toll roads they told me the policy and were very kind when I began my call by informing them that I had totaled their car. They wanted to know if I had called my insurance company. I said Im in the hospital. They said oh, no are you ok... is anyone else injured. They were very concerned for me, I laughed and said just kidding I know bad joke but I do have your car cause I wrecked mine. And I apologized again the gentleman I was speaking with was very kind, never unprofessional and very informative. I love this company. I understand that there is a policy for paying tolls and I agree. After all I am the one choosing to drive on the toll roads. Thank you Enterprise.

Good rental experience!

Called enterprise about a rental. We were involved in a wreck and they would not provide a rental in Lampasas Texas. The lady was rude and hateful. Our insurance company, Allstate, recommendation was enterprise. I am disappointed that they left my family stranded for 3 hours, in the rain. Lucky we had a friend that picked us up. Lampasas is a pretty big city and the lady on the phone just acted put out because it was 4:30 on a Friday.

Was not happy at all . I drove my wife and 3 kids for over an hour to the closes enterprises to us to rent a car for our vacariov . We even had a reservation. When we got there we was asked for a credit card something we dont have cuz it will have u in Dept forever are 3 house hold bills they we just dont carry around with us and cuz we didnt have them we was not able to rent the car . So we was stuck but we got ahold of a nother rentel place that took our debit card and ran my ssn and showed I had good credit and didnt charge no deposit and we was able to go on our trip and we have used enterprises before but have never had such bad service as we did that day . We wont go back but enterprises lost a lot of money from us that day cuz we rented the vehoveh for 13 days and it was a SUV

Was looking for a truck and they were willing to drive out to Killeen to pick me up since other locations were out. The driver was friendly and the truck was in great shape (Ive had some pretty poorly kept vehicles from Hertz in the past)

Make sure your drivers license or any other id you bring in is in perfect condition, because even if the edges are clearly worn out because the DL is old but not expired, they will consider it tampered with. They clearly dont care that your insurance company has set this up and your vehicle has already been dropped off for repairs. We will never use Enterprise again.

I had a wonderful experience with Enterprise in Copperas Cove, TX. I didnt have to wait at all. I would give the Customer Service a recommendation of Excellent Service. I would go back to Enterprise car rental again in Copperas Cove, TX.

I will not use this location or any other enterprise location ever again. Had a vehicle reserved for over two weeks. They did not have the vehiclele when I arrived. I let them talk me into a different car. But then. They said they only take debit cards from local residents. After proving Im a resident they still refused my debit card and said credit cards only. All this wouldve been understandable but their smug attitude as if my business was a inconvenience to them is good enough for me to go somewhere else. The people at avis seemed a lot more interested in my business and saved me money. Maybe someday Ill get my deposit back from enterprise.

Manager Matt Hoff at the Copperas Cove Enterprise clearly doesnt understand customer service. I was denied a rental for having a faded drivers license even though my military ID was in great condition to verify my identity.

I live in DFW area ~ hit a deer while traveling south and had to leave my vehicle there for repair ~ this office was outstanding in service ~ brought me a vehicle comparable to mine while I was stuck at hotel in Lampasas ~ service could not have been better! Firstly I called, to see what they required of you to rent a car with a debit card, the lady at the local office not the 1-800 number, she told me all I needed was proof of residency. So when I get there with my proof and everything I needed to rent the vehicle they were like oh you have to have proof of employment too. So then I proceeded to get my husband on post and then they wouldnt even let me use my card. Then we told them that since my husband was listed as a main driver, that I would be the free additional driver since Im the spouse, and since he wasnt going with us we listed my friend as the second additional driver and proceeded to pay the fees for it.Then the day we left the day after we rented the car, we got in a bit of an accident (yes that part is our fault) But then we made claims with our insurance and were told that the additional driver we had paid for wasnt listed as an additional driver nor was she allowed to drive in the additional 2 states we were passing through even though we made sure they put that on the paperwork, a basic dot your is cross your ts.Overall I will never go with this company again they are incompetent and dont do their job, whether it be to do additional paperwork, or put the full story on the claim. Very rude to boot, theyre the worst Ill be going with another rental car company or go to Killeen.

I had an appointment setup to pickup a rental vehicle and ended up having to wait for over an hour for me to get my rental. And once I was about to get my rental vehicle, another employee took it to use as shuttle. For me to say things were unorganized at this Enterprise would be an understatement.

Weve been with Enterprise for 3 years the beginning was great they change managers Nov of 2017, they are disrespectful they dont treat us like they treat the other people I just dont like doing business with them anymore only my opinion
