They changed the rules every month. Smoking on your patio to no smoking, well lets take away the thing you like to do all at once and see how it goes. Rent went up $ 57 dollars a month just like that. I have a place to go what about others that dont? They are taking away all perks away in a blink of an eye. Please dont even think about renting here. They lost the best maintenance man they ever had so that should tell you something about this place. all they care about is the money.

I live at Brookview in Cove and its great. The.apts have great amenities gym, pool and various activities. Its quiet and its only for 55 and up. Its close to everything, stores, restaurants, banks, and medicalfacilities.

Absolutely amazed the grounds are always kept clean The Grass Is Always well-manicured In the seniors that live here always seem to be happy

Dear MacDonald Companies/BrookView Village Apts,I wanted to let you know what a great job Angie is doing, thank you for hiring her, she is awesome!! I can count on her for getting things done and keeping her word. She always makes herself available, is pleasant to speak with, and goes the extra mile. Maintenance request are handled quickly, the apt complex is cleaner, we have a responsive maintenance person, the trash dumpsters are never full like they used to be, I can see where I’m parking now because the lines were restriped. She has improved BrookView Village Apts. We enjoy the bingo and extra festivities she sets up and she is always available for package pickup at the office. Angie is an asset to your company and makes BrookView a pleasant place to live. I will refer my friends and family to BrookView because of Angie.

My mom lives here,the elevator been out for a week, alot of people cant climb up and down these stairs. Its ridiculous that its taking so long to get fixed. Leaving notes in the doors telling the residents that its still not fixed does not help them. Get it fixed already. Im sure its violating a safety law.

We werent allowed to look at any models as they have a 5 year waiting list. We received an application and eligibility requirements and told to call back with the information they requested.

My friend lives there, really nice apartments for older people.
