My package or perishable items has been with them for over two weeks now. I have emailed and called and gotten no response. The company I ordered from has also emailed and called and gotten no response. If you order from anyone that uses this delivery company, think twice.Update: after 15 days Hackbarth has told me they never received my package and to contact the vendor that I ordered from. It took them 15 days to tell me that. No professionalism, no urgency, no customer service. It took them 15 days to reply to my email. If you didnt have my package, then why would it take you 15 days to figure that out?
Quick in and out ...you have to go in past the guard shack as if you were going to the food warehouse and go all the way back to the last warehouse...
Did not get the delivery drivers name. But! He went above and beyond today while delivering HVAC equipment to my house which is not easy access for big trucks. I have had a great exeperience all the way around including customer service. I wish every delivery service communicated as well as Hackbarth has with me.
Hackbarth was very responsive to my questions when I called. As soon as they received the shipment from the LTL carrier (Averitt Express) they delivered the next day and texted me with confirmation. The delivery crew was excellent as well. A narrower delivery window would be better, but overall, great job
I concur!!! Have ended business with four companies that use these three people that think theyre a delivery company. Two weeks to get to the dock and sitting for a week and still no delivery. No contact and no reply. If you ever see that this is how your shipment is coming the best of luck and wishes to you. Wish no star was an option if not negative.
Hackbarth Delivery delivered a large piece of furniture for me today. I was concerned about how my delivery would go after seeing the reviews on the page, but my experience was fine! I was contacted by text on the business day prior to the delivery, and the delivery professional contacted me about 30 minutes prior to their arrival. It was a difficult drop off but they went above and beyond helping me get the furniture into my home. Thank you!
Bought through a vendor who uses this awful delivery service. Have called 3 times and emailed 3 times without a response. My shipment of perishables has been sitting in their warehouse. Such poor quality that I had to open a dispute with AMEX and am cancelling all future services with the original vendor.A warning to any prospective businesses, you will lose customers and money if you use Hackbarth.

Made arrangements for an order 3 days ahead of time. Scheduled it for delivery..no-show. They told me they tried to deliver package. Nope! I waited home all day for a delivery. Now theyre trying to reschedule again for another delivery for 2 days later because they have a lot of packages on their dock to deliver. Do NOT use this company!!
I was buying some items through a vendor who shipped with Hackbarth.The first time I could see via the tracking # the item arrived but it was several days before I got a text about delivery. The text basically told me I had to reply within a few minutes to get delivery the next day. I replied to the text but didnt hear back. Not knowing if there would be a delivery I had to have someone at the house all day to wait and see; package was delivered.Second delivery got a text and received a reply. They provided a 5 hour window from 8a-1p the following day. The driver missed the delivery window with no explanation so I went about my business. Got a call several hours past the delivery window that they would be dropping the package off.Ended my relationship with the particular vendor after 2 months citing poor final mile delivery experience ie Hackbarth.
Delivery is three weeks late. Hackbarth will not answer the phone nor reply to emails. This company is a scam.
