ZERO STARS! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! No semblance of professionalism or customer service. We had an appointment scheduled for 8 am on Saturday for a french drain quote. When 8:30 rolled around, and there was a no call and no show for the appointment, I called to try and follow up. I first called the main line, to try and understand the issue, and the owner explained to me that he does not handle the schedule, and doesnt know wether or not Im supposed to have an appointment. He then explains to me that Fernando is the customer service rep, and spends the next 5 minutes trying to locate the number for Fern (because his number isnt saved on their phone???), and says, sorry Im having trouble, my desk is such a mess. After locating the number, I was finally able to call Fern to try and seek clarification as to where the miscommunication occurred, since the owners have no clue about their own business.I called Fern, and asked regarding our 8 am appointment, where he responded with Oh yea! I was supposed to come to Krum today, but I cant, when can we reschedule for?There was no concern or intent to even attempt to come to our appointment, or to contact us to reschedule. We would probably have waited all day, and then received a call to reschedule at the close of business. That alone is extremely unacceptable. I, then, explained that we would no longer need them to come out for a quote.I called the main line back to explain my dissatisfaction to the owner(s), whom did NOT care. I proceeded to explain my conversation I had just had with Fernando, and that I was not happy with our experience, when he responded with you dont know what youre talking about, in which I responded well you dont know f****** customer service!The owner, not being pleased that a woman was standing up for herself as a customer, then stated Well, we dont want your business anyway, f*** you!, and then hung up on me.My husband, whom was dealing with another appointment during the conversation, but was here the whole time, tried to call back twice to speak with the owner to sort this whole mess out but there was no answer. After waiting, my husband called a third time, and a woman answered whom also claimed to be the owner; when I had called previously, she passed me off both times we spoke shortly into the conversation due to her lack of pertinent business information. My husband asked to speak with the owner, in which she stated that SHE was the owner, and insisted on handling the conversation. My husband stated that I was on the phone earlier regarding our scheduled appointment for the day. She then proceeded to state well your wife thought she had an appointment, when my husband interjected, no not thought. Shes been scheduling appointments all week, we had a scheduled time written down, are you telling me that shes mistaken?After that, her tone in the conversation immediately changed into rude, and defensive, and started talking about your wife, and her foul language, when my husband responded woah, were just trying to have a conversation, theres no need to get nasty, in which her response was to ALSO hang up.This is a company whose owners run the show, but know nothing of the business, didnt even ATTEMPT to level with the customer, or understand the issue(s), extremely unorganized, are barely in communication with their own employees that they dont know their numbers or THEIR schedule.We were looking at quotes for a french drain and a retaining wall along the length of the side of our house. As a consumer, are YOU willing to take the chance on giving this company your money? Think about that. You give this company the security deposit. Whats to say it will be done in a timely manner? Whats to say that it will be completed well? Whats to say its even going to get done at all? Hell, they cant even coordinate a quote appointment properly. Take your time and money elsewhere.
